Was a long time customer since they had opened until I found out- This place is NUTS! After my Mom and I finished our pedis I needed to use the ladies room, so I gave the front desk my card and told them to please take care of our tab so when I got out we would be done and good to go. I return, my mom and I leave. The next day I saw I was charged for almost three times what was due! After I told them about it they did not believe me so then I went there and showed them the transaction and they gave me my money back, but not even an apology! They didn't seem sorry or concerned at all, even after they had clarified that they used MY form of payment to pay for someone else's tab. This was super ridiculous to me, all because I thought I was in the hands of people I could trust. read more

This was my third time there. The person I saw before had moved, so I saw a new person. Her name is Ellie. Oh my does she do amazing work!! I have never had my nails look this perfect! She's very efficient, and also very very meticulous. She made sure that all the polish for my gel manicure was off of my skin and as close to the edges, but not up against skin. I told her what shape I wanted and then once she filed them, showed me and asked if I was happy with it, before she moved on. Absolutely amazing work! I will definitely be going to her again. She is for sure my favorite!! The prices are really good, and everyone that I've talked to has always been extremely polite and professional. They offer you something to drink, and are just very kind and personable. The overall atmosphere is very nice. It's very clean. They have lots of colors to choose from as well. My first time here and I am AMAZED. I called beforehand on a Sunday to see if there was a wait and the guy who picked up the phone was so kind and got me in right away. When I walked in, they were so friendly and got me seated and offered me a drink. They have a large selection of color and the interior was small, yet modern. Lady doing my pedicure was great, nails looked perfect and my feet were smooth and refreshed! On the other hand, my manicure was just really bad. When he added length to my nails, he didn't even go all the way from my nail fold. Didn't bother cutting my cuticles either so now on day 3 I have nails that look about 2 weeks old. My husband went in for a basic pedicure. Once my husband sat on the chair and started the pedicure service, the lady asked my husband if he wants callus removal, husband said yes and the lady stated it was going to be a total of $45. Husband stated that was fine. He states everything was going fine until it came to paying. He gave the lady a $100 bill and the lady said my tip (first off $100 tip for a $45 basic service I don't think so) husband said no it's for my pedicure service just bring me back $40 and the rest is your tip ($15). The lady processed to put the $100 bill in her pocket and walked away. Instead of my husband asking the lady for change he walked out assuming the lady that my husband gave the $100 bill checked him out and she had kept all the change. Which again she was only supposed to receive $15 but kept $55. My husband was walking out and he stated another lady comes out saying he hadn't pay. He told the lady, he paid the lady that did the pedicure service. My husband said the lady that pocketed the $100 had a stupid guilty looking face since she thought she had pocketed the whole $100. Talk about greed!! It's one thing to have miscommunication it's another thing to know exactly what you're doing and try to get away with it just for more money! So rude and disrespectful! read more

Donna rushed through the process, left the nails chunky and misshaped, had residue EVERYWHERE, and nicked my skin several times. We were a walk in with two pedis and were very quickly sat down in the chairs. The women who were asking us about what we wanted were patient, which we appreciated because their menu is enormous. I went yesterday for the first time. I was a little anxious because it's been a while since i had someone do my nails because they can be rough and cause bleeding etc. The staff here is phenomenal. Really nice salon, got a Tropical pedicure which cost about $49. Lady did a great job with the whole thing! I picked a pinkish white and that color is really hard to paint and she did a great job! I couldn't get her name because they got so packed that the front lady was trying to rush her to go onto the next client. I mean she did take her time on me and didn't skimp on the job or time, but poor lady was trying to go to the next one without a break. I went in a Wednesday thinking it wasn't going to be that packed but it was a good amount of people after 5. Their customer service was great and provided me with a beverage. I'm sad that this nail spa just isn't what they used to be. I have come here 4-5 times a year since they opened. It was always pleasant, not rushed, and they were very good in making sure I was comfortable and left feeling pretty and relaxed. Today I feel like I was in a different salon because that wasn't the case whatsoever. I walked in this morning and asked if they had time for me to get a gel manicure with 15 minutes add-on reflexology, and a charcoal pedicure. I was willing to come back later. I explained we had been moving and I wanted to relax. They said they had the time, and seated me in a pedicure chair. Everyone loves the massages with mani-pedis, and leaving with pretty nails. Their massaging definitely isn't what it used to be. For the pedicure massage, half of my rocks were cold and the other half were scalding. She didn't press whatsoever; just moved them back and forth and back and forth. For the manicure with the extra 15 minutes reflexology, my shoulders were massaged well, but she squeezed my scalp so hard I have a very hot mark up above my right eye now that is slowly darkening into what I'm sure will be a pretty purple color sometime today. I expected to leave relaxed, not hurting more than I was from the move. As you can see from the pictures I'm attaching, walking out with pretty nails was too great of an expectation. It's pretty obvious the salon has went from quality and relaxation to more of an assembly line. The speed of getting you done and out the door is more important than the quality of the finished product. Just look at the picture of the French paint on my toes - I'm going to have to go to another salon to have them remove the polish and do it properly. Just look at the picture of the polish on my fingernails - a quick brush stroke to make sure it's even doesn't matter here anymore. Just look at the picture of the mark on my face. The bruise coming in will be a perfect purple thumbprint, and it's still sore. Maybe instead of chatting with everyone walking by they could pay attention to the client paying extra to relax. I don't know if there's new management here, but if there is they should change the slogan to, "Get em done. Collect that fee. Who cares what they look like when they walk out the door...even if you bruise their face." I won't be back. read more

After hearing multiple friends rave about this salon.. I decided to give Elan a shot! Boy was I blown way! Jordan did an amazing job on my nails, she was so detailed and listened to exactly what I wanted. I waited a month to write this review because I wanted to see how well these nails would hold up. Even after a month, I can say that my nails still look good.. Obviously it's grown out and the shape is not as prominent but with that being said, I'm very rough with my hands and for it to withstand everything.. I'm so impressed!
