Everyone was amazing!! I called last minute and the owner, Tracy, was able to fit me in and Tammy who did my nails was great! She was super sweet and great attention to detail! Definitely will be coming back! I also had surgery and so sitting for a while can be uncomfortable and I have to readjust which I know is a pain when getting your nails done, but Tammy was very caring and asked me how I was doing and if I was comfortable the whole time even when I'd have to pause to readjust. Also my nails look literally amazing! These are my natural nails and Tammy did such a great job and nailed the shape! read more

This has been my nail salon for a year now. I've tried every nail salon in the area and this is by far superior! Every nail tech is top notch. I've never had a nail chip or crack. My acrylics can go 3 weeks+ which has never been the case any where else I've tried. Not to mention everyone that works here is sooooo nice. They are also priced reasonable and do not overcharge. I'm a lifer! read more

I have been searching for a new salon in the Fort Worth area since relocating. And BB nail spa is my new spot! The service is sensational and the work is quality! Each time I've came I've been incredibly impressed with the set itself, but also with the longevity they have. Couldn't recommend a better nail salon in North Richland Hills! read more

Walked in and it was good at first however you should always know if they don't tell you the price until they start they will up charge you. If a price for a fill is 45 then it's 45 no if ands or buts. They charged me 65 for a fill, and I asked how much this set would be if it was brand new and she said 70? So make that make sense. Another 15 for French tip. Originally I asked for a design it would be 130 so $65 dollars for a design? Absolutely not. I came in it was empty so nail techs were in the pedicure chairs with their feet out on their phones. Just not a good look. Didn't ask if I needed any water until half way through. I got the fill with the French tip but left with lots of power all over my fingers still and a peeling thumb. If your gonna overcharge at least have better service. Most places give you a complimentary hand massage but i guess that's only the nice places ! read more

This used to be my go to nail salon for years. Went Saturday for the first time since the new management took over. Making an appt was easy, they even called me later to tell me I could come in earlier if I wanted. Very nice customer service. The nail job itself though was lacking. Unfortunately during my pedicure, the lady doing my nails nicked my big toe and it bled forever. She added some kind of powder and blue drops to stop the bleeding, but the combo of drops and powder was black and left a black residue all along the edges of my nail, leaving me looking like I had mud on my toe. :\ she apologized profusely but the dip/drops inevitably hardened into the polish in some areas in small dots and left it looking different than the other foot. I picked a pink gel color for my manicure and the next day it has a fair yellow hue in the middle but is pink on the edges. Almost like a mood ring (this was not a gel color with effects, it just dried this way.) but the color is very inconsistent, leaving me to believe the quality of polish has lessened somehow. My pinky toe on my right foot also had gel polish all around the nail itself that hadn't been trimmed, leaving very rough edges and looked very sloppy. I had to trim it myself with clippers once I got home. I still paid full price and tipped because the lady was apologetic, but unfortunately I won't be returning as spending $100 for lower quality of product/work, not just the nicking. UPDATE: after my review, one of the owners texted me and graciously offered for me to come back in for a free polish change. We confirmed the polish was the mood changing color but the precious owners had the colors mixed in with the normal gel colors without any separation of indication they were mood changing. The new owner stated she had since separated them to avoid future confusion. I went back in for the polish change and literally got the best manicure I've ever had. She did an incredible job and was very active in trying to fix the situation. Will keep going back there! read more

Linda was phenomenal. I am picky and very up front about it. I will tip well because of it. However it has always been hard to find someone who isn't offended by my pickiness. It's also hard to find someone who can give me a nail shape that suits my hand shape. Linda embraced my critiques and even asked me to tell her if I see anything I want changed. She was sweet & easy to talk with. Linda is a true expert. As someone who likes nail art, I always ask if the tech I am with likes doing nail art. She said she loves it. I showed her a blurry photo of something and changed the colors... she recreated it perfectly! Was $55 for a full acrylic set including 4 custom nail designs. read more

I recently moved down here to Texas.I was looking around to find a good nail salon that doesnt try to overprice you plus gives you the dream nails you asked for.I came by B&B nails when I was looking up Spa's.I texted the lady and she even informed me before of the prices and everything.I went in the next day very welcoming place.I was able to get a pedicure done while at the same time another lady did my acrylics. It was AMAZINGGG every worker in there created conversation with me.I have never felt so relaxed! It felt like a whole Makeover!I was out in no time and I only paid a little over $100 even though I had gotten designs on my nail. They gave me a discount for being a new customer too!I can not wait to go back for a new set!If you are looking for a nice Spa get away this is the place to go!Good prices and Great service! read more

BB Nail Spa - The Lady did such an Amazinggg Job! In love with the nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - North Richland Hills, Texas

The service I received today was disgusting, the whole time the stylist was being aggressive with my foot and he ended up cutting my cuticle and now its bleeding. When I asked for a different artist they told me he was almost finished so I had to let him finish, even though there were two vacant stylist that could have taken over and serviced me. In the end he could not draw the flowers I request even though I had already shown him an exact picture of the drawing I wanted on my toe nail and he agreed that he could do it. So I ended up getting a pedicure that I did not want with a messed up pinky nail on both feet, no nail art and a bleeding cuticle. I asked to speak with owner of the shop and all he did was say sorry about that and that the worker may have misunderstood me. I am very disappointed with the service and the quality of my nails today. I will no longer be going to this shop and would never suggest anyone else go there either especially if you are of mixed race and/ or black passing!!! read more

Amazing job on my custom nails! Ben and his team went above and beyond. Very talented team. Definitely will go back

Wow....so the lady started my nails. I told her that one of the nails she glued on was pretty crooked. She pulled it off and replaced it. Then, out of nowhere said she couldn't finish my nails because she "won't be able to do it good enough." I'm literally in shock at this awful service. She left and started working on someone brand new and me and my mother are left with horrible nails. Never go here. I am speechless read more

The place is pretty, super clean and as a bonus the ladies are really sweet. they have all the required Covid protocols in place, a huge selection of nail polish, gel polish, and powders. I got the French gel manicure and I have very short nails so it's usually very difficult to do but she did a wonderful job. I'm very happy and I will definitely be back. 10/10 I usually don't get my nails done but I decided to treat myself today. I'm originally from Maryland and have only been in Texas a few months, I used to get my nails done on a regular from a lady back home but have been too scared to try anyone here... but BB Nails was an amazing experience! They made sure I was comfortable the entire process. They found me the perfect color and shape for my nails, I couldn't be happier. Just recently moving to the area, I was on the search for a nail salon. So many to choose from, how do you pick? After getting a coupon in the valu-pak envelope for this salon, I gave it a try. BEST decision. The hubby and I went in for pedicures around lunchtime on a Friday. They have only been open for a couple months, but what GREAT care they gave us. Linda, Kim & Jane.....attention to detail and just make you feel relaxed and good. Will definitely go back, probably will be my all-time go to for pedicures/manicures. Thanks Ladies!!! read more

I stopped in the find out how much they charge for a pink and white fill. The lady looked at my nails and said 25.00 but I need nee nails because one of my nails was broken. I said ok. I made a appointment for the next day. I showed up, a gentleman sat down and said I'll do a fill for you. I said great. He said l will do pink here and white here and its 40.00. I got pissed and pulled my hand away, told him I was quoted 25.00 and just forget it, I'll go somewhere else. He and the girl started talking back snd forth ( l didn't understand them) the lady then explained that he wanted to do solar powder because it's better but is more expensive. I said no, if I had wanted that I would have asked for it. So he said ok I will do what you want. It took him 25 minutes to do my nails and they are uneven, the thickness is different on each nail and there is a visible difference on where he filled the nails!!! So very DISAPPOINTED Needless to say l won't be going back.. On the bright side the place was VERY CLEAN read more
