This was a horrible first experience. The vibe was just not good. People weren't too pleasant and didnt seem happy to be there. The owner made it clear I had to do my Gel manicure and tropical paradise pedicure together, which I am not a fan of at all but I wanted to use my Groupon so that was what she had me do, which was understandable and because she said it was SO busy. There was just me and another lady the whole time I was there. Too bad they couldn't do my nails separate at that point... I couldn't relax, couldn't use my chair massager, since the one girl doing my hands made me turn it off so she wouldn't mess up. Not at all relaxing. Plus my big toe was messed up too at the salon, I think when she was putting my shoe on. I just wanted to leave so bad. (See picture) The 2 ladies did not seem happy to be working there, but were very sweet. Not best nails I've ever gotten but oh well. When I was finished, I told the girl doing my hands that I need to buy my groupon, that I had forgotten. She said I didnt have to, I can just pay there and not have to do Groupon. Which saved ME TIME to get out of there. I went to the front, and the owner was there and the Spanish girl who did my hands came up with me to tell the owner that I want to just pay without my groupon. The owner proceeds to tell her associate AND ME that I got dip, not gel. I was in shock, so I told her "No, actually I got Gel... its $49 on groupon." Her associate confirms that i am correct and the owner is RUDE and bashes her associate telling her "If i say its $55, that's what it is." I couldnt believe it. Her associate looked at me. I felt so bad the owner did that to her! She didnt even apologize at least to me! She finally says, "Yes it is $49.." she then proceeds in telling me that I misled her with telling me over the phone yesterday that I already purchased my groupon. The owner lost my business, I wont ever come back. Horrible service. Who says that to customers and their associates when you are trying to do business. Complete bitch of an owner. read more

Today I went and received my first manicure and pedicure in a looooooooong time. Much needed and way overdue. If you are looking for an above average warm and relaxing nail salon, you've found your place! Let me just start with when you walk in the door you feel relaxed and they are so warm and welcoming. Beautiful meditation style music. Wonderful lime water. I was seen by Isabelle and she's a true gem. The massage chairs are great and the foot tubs are superb. Came here with the Groupon discount, which was great! It's basically a 1/2 off deal for a gel mani and pedi. But, I had made an appt and they didn't have me down, but still took me as a walk-in. I was very happy with their customer service, very friendly and even saved me $10 for using their newest shipment of nail polish. I was very happy with how my pedicure turned out, but my gel French tip was average. She cut my nails before asking, which I did not want, and filed a couple of them crooked, resulting in my French tip being crooked on a couple of nails:/ It was too late to ask her to change it because I didn't get to look at them until after she put them in the machine. read more

I went here recently to salvage some nails that I had broken. They fit me in and June made my nails look amazing. I got a classic french manicure, and it is the best I have ever had. June is an artist! I've been looking for a nail salon that I can return to forever, and I think I found my place! I would advise making an appointment, as this salon has a lot of return customers. Julie, my nail tach., goes along with my crazy nail art ideas while being respectful when I want to do something more tame. She is also very helpful when I am indecisive.. which is often. -dishonest pricing -pay for services you don't get -$55 pedi lasted less than 40 minutes Visited in early June when things opened back up and had a horrible experience here. Took my MIL to get pedi's and was not impressed. They have pricing listed on their website and are already on the high end($50). When we got to the salon for our appts the menu we were handed had even higher prices! I showed them the website and what was listed and they would not honor it. It was a $10 difference so we just proceeded. They charged me $55 for a pedicure that boasted about its fresh fruit(lime, lemon, and orange) and callus removal, these services were completely skipped. The entire thing was rushed and little effort was put in! We were paid and out the door less than 45 minutes after our appointment time started!! So horrible, I will never go back. If you have to charge more "bc of Covid" at least off your customers a good experience. We were the only people there the entire time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place; I'm sure they are far better nail salons in the area. read more

Will not come back here. I went in yesterday for an express manicure and it took over an hour. The girl who did my nails cut the F out of two of my fingers with cuticle scissors, one was actually bleeding, and they still hurt today. One is a tad swollen and red, if it gets any worse I'm going to the doctor. Many of my nails are filed uneven, but I was so ready to get out of there because it was taking so long that I finally just told her they were fine so I could leave. Never had to file my nails at home after a manicure before! I thought with all of the great reviews my experience would be different, but I guess you get what you pay for. First time trying them, had decent hopes because they didn't have really bad reviews. the technician didn't apply the dip color I wanted properly so they said I had to pick something else. Couldn't use my second choice bc it was the same type as my first choice. So pressured into choosing something I didn't really want. They were apied too thin and cracked one not even an hr later putting my daughter in her car seat. I called to let them know, they offered to fix that nail... i don't have a ton of free time, why would I go back to receive sub par nails?!? Went in today to try out Nail Lab for my homecoming nails and a pedi for my mom.. LOVE! I had Stacy for my dip powder mani with extensions on the nails where my natural ones had broken. she blended the extensions seamlessly and was so kind in assisting me to find the right color and shape. I'm very picky when it comes to the shape of my nails and making sure they are all even- Stacy made them perfect to even my standards!! My mom had a classic pedicure and said "it was very relaxing and the woman who did mine was obviously very professional and knew what she was doing." What a Wonderful Gem of a Salon! My sister and mother live in the area and go here often and like it. I hadn't been in almost two years and the owner remembered that I was a teacher from Houston!!! That is how you do business, remembering peoples names and giving personal attention means great service and return customers. She even called the day after our service to make sure that we had a good time and were satisfied. I had a Pedicure and was served peach champane and water. Called this vendor to make appointment told them I had a Groupon went today for appointment only to be told they no longer accept Groupon. This is a bait and switch. They put me in the spa chair, then told me they did not accept Groupon and I would need to pay CASH. There were 3 people working there and there was NO ONE else getting their nails done. When I called for the appointment we discussed the Groupon I said it states Gel mani/pedi and would it be okay if I had a gel mani and a basic manicure. My original review, edited to remove an unacceptable comment: My wife and I recently moved to the area, and she needed her nails done. She found this place online, and it looked cute. That's where the good experience ended. She came home crying. I asked her what had happened, and she said they mocked her, asked her if she was pregnant, and didn't do what she asked on her toes. She left (after paying, unfortunately) without letting them complete work on her fingernails. When I went up there the next day to complain and ask for a refund, they were dead at 11 am on a Saturday. (big surprise there!) I asked to talk to the owner, who was working at time, and she invited me to sit down. I was obviously perturbed to put it nicely, and I told them about my wife's experience the day before and did not sit with them. They obviously remembered the incident, because the owner got defensive, telling me they were required to ask about pregnancy for health reasons, and proceeded to defend the abuse and poor service they had suffered my wife. After listening to her obtuse and rude defense of her salon, I asked for a refund. She then proceeded to try and tell me services had been rendered and she could not issue a refund, but she could, however, offer a credit. At that point I turned around mid-sentence and walked out. Needless to say, a credit would have been pointless since we won't be going within 100 yards of this place ever again. I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business by summer.
