I came in a few days ago for an acrylic set and a simple gel pedicure. I picked out what I believed was a pink sparkly gel polish for my toes. No one told me it was actually just a clear glitter top coat, so when my pedicure was finished, my toes looked like they had little to no polish on them. When I asked if there was any way to switch to an actual color, I was told no. Instead, they just added a sheer pink-tinted top coat, which still looked completely clear. To make matters worse, I was in the salon for FOUR HOURS for an acrylic set and a basic pedicure, despite there only being one other customer there. I was passed around between four different nail technicians, and the entire experience felt disorganized. Throughout it all, I remained kind and respectful. I complimented the pedicure, said I loved my nails, and never complained in person. Meanwhile, my cuticles were cut so aggressively that several fingers were bleeding. When I got home and took a shower, the polish on my right foot literally washed off, and the gel completely peeled off one toe on my left foot. The service wasn't even completed properly. I called the salon and explained what happened. I asked if I could simply come back and have a white gel polish put on my toes since the original polish had failed. The man on the phone agreed and told me to come in. After driving back to the salon and waiting another 30 minutes, I finally sat down, only to be told that he would not be changing the color after all and that I would have to pay. I politely explained that if he wasn't willing to do it, that was his choice, but he shouldn't have told me yes over the phone, made me drive back, and then changed his mind after I had already waited. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began shouting at me and even announced that he was recording me. I've honestly never experienced customer service like this. Between the four-hour appointment, bleeding cuticles, polish falling off immediately, poor communication, and being yelled at for simply asking them to honor what they had already agreed to, this was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. If you value quality work, honest communication, and respectful customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

He wanted me to write a review while I was getting my pedicure and literally tapped a QR code on my phone to pull up Google Reviews. I told him that I was not writing a review at that moment, especially while he was standing directly over me so he went away. He did come over to check on me quite a few times and I told him everything was fine. I always come here and have been coming for 2/3 years now and I like the service I get or I would not come back. Fast forward to 2/3, I wanted to get my nails done so I went in. When I went to check in, I told him I wanted acrylic and pedicure and asked for Hi and Hannah because they are the only 2 I have do my services. He told me Hannah had a 10:30 appointment but then added everything to the printout so I figured she would get me next after her scheduled appointment. He also put in a gel set which is about $10 or so more expensive then the gel instead of the acrylic I asked for. After sitting in the chair, Hannah came over to talk to me however, I had a new woman coming over with pedicure equipment as well as a guy I had never seen before to do my nails. I asked where Hi was for my nails and they said he is busy right now. So I apologized and explained that those are the only 2 that do my nails and I explained that when I came in when I asked if they were there. I ended up leaving without getting a manicure or a pedicure because i don't feel like the manager was truly listening to what I needed. Its a shame because this was my go to place for getting my nails done but now I might need to look elsewhere.

The first time I came in nails were chipping and I was paying what I felt to be ridiculous amounts for a simple acrylic fill at almost $100 am I tripping or is that normal? So I took a little hiatus of not going because I felt the prices were getting steep, but then I had no choice but to come back due to time constraints and got a Mani Pedi and the nail tech that did my feet ended up cutting down my nails too short and bled ! Instead of apologizing, she just fixed it with their drops that make the blood stop, but I was in so much pain ! And not to mention when I finished my nails, the quality was OK but two of my nails ended up breaking one day later I tried to come in immediately to show them, but unfortunately, I work out out of town and could only come back in on the first available day that I was off so I came in to show them. They had me sit down at one of the nail stations and had me sitting there for 30 minutes with nobody even touching my hand to look at what was wrong . I simply got up and walked out because I had waiting so long ! I don't know I really miss the quality of work when I used to come in a couple years back especially from that particular nail tech but now it just seems like they're sponging money out of anyone who walks in there and not even giving the quality of work to keep the clients . I will say in the times that I did have good experiences. I did appreciate the clean environment and complimentary drinks are nice but not enough to keep customers .
