When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.

I was promised a partial refund (even though the service deserved a full one), and nearly a month later I'm still waiting--despite calling four times to follow up. Each time I've been met with excuses and zero urgency to make things right. To make matters worse, one staff member told me they had never received complaints about this esthetician, while another admitted there had been many. Looking at other reviews on Yelp, it's clear my experience wasn't an isolated incident. I don't even Know where to start this. Sue is my and my daughters hairstylist and makeup artist! I believe she has never disappointed me and every time it's a WOW factor! I love the eye brow threading, waxing and facials! I have been so pleased the last 3 years! After contemplating for 6 months I finally decided to do micro blading with hesitation. OMG, Sue is such an artist! Wow! I was speechless when I saw my brows after Microblading! I couldn't believe my eyes! Mind, my brows are not easy to thread leave alone microblade! My daughter decided she HAD to have her hair cut, but my usual stylist was booked up (New Year's weekend). My daughter found this salon and called to see if they could get her in (based on the positive reviews). They worked her in, minimal waiting when we got there. Sue cut her hair and did a wonderful job (the woman ahead of my daughter looked great, too, lol). When the ladies found out my daughter is taking Hindi, they started talking to her in their language, making her practice. It was pretty cute. At first i was concerned that the shampoo, cut and style was only 30 mins maybe even less, but once i saw the end result I fell in love. I didn't catch the whole story and I thought maybe the person ahead of us was picky or something and didn't pay much attention. Well I was definitely wrong! When we also had an issue we brought it to Sana's attention and she automatically got defensive, started talking down to us (just like she did with the other woman) and even gave an attitude. I let her know that I was not satisfied with the job and that she messed up. My eyebrows were too thin and also uneven. When we tried to pay she insisted on charging me for the messed up eyebrows and tried to be sneaky about it. The amount would have been $5 for my eyebrows, $5 for upper lip wax, and then $5 for my mother's eyebrows totaling $15 BUT since my eyebrows had been messed up I didn't think it was appropriate to charge me for the full $15, and it should have been dropped down to $10. When I put my card in I saw her adding more onto the $10 charge making it total out to $17 before I even had the chance to add a tip! When I asked about the price she lied and said that there was a $7 fee for using a card. This is not true because 1. That is a ridiculously priced fee and 2. The last time we went there I also paid with a card and there was no fee! To avoid this made up fee we tried to pay with cash. Unfortunately the only bill we had was $100. When she gave us our change she stated that she was giving us back $85, still charging me for the messed up eyebrows! Luckily we counted the money and found out that this was also not true because we were actually only getting $80 back. She was trying to sneak an extra $10 off of us! We had enough and had to threaten to call the police! After that she finally caved in and gave us the correct amount back. I was going to tip for the services done but after everything went down I just wanted to pay what I owed and got the hell out of that shitty situation.

The vibe was ok if you like Greek style places. I left that salon with leftover gel and glitter all over my hands. I would not go here ever again and would recommend to never go here and ask for chrome.
