I needed to get a pedicure done and I wanted to see if I could find another location closer to where I'm living. I decided to give Grapevine Nails a chance, and it did not disappoint. They were gentle with the care and made sure to check in all the way until the service was complete. They were clean as well, which is usually my first look-over. The seat I was on was comfortable and came with your go-to chair massage. They were not overly busy, but they didn't seem to have a large staff, so I suggest making an appointment despite walk-ins being welcomed. I paid $45 for the lava massage, which came with a foot massage, leg massage, hot stone, and a scrub. I opted for regular nail polish; there will be an upcharge for additional services, so, as usual, keep a tab on what you ask for. They do serve drinks and have a 2-drink per customer limit. I took my nieces here because one of them just turned 5 and the people working here were super friendly, caring, and communicated every step of the way. Originally I had wanted to get just a manicure for them but changed it to a mani/pedi for both of them so they would have a fuller experience and they did so with no complications. This was the only place that had pricing for kids online and it was super affordable. It's very clean inside and they had Easter decorations up that were super cute. Just discovered this salon and I will be back. The techs were all very nice. They even found a straw for my son to use after he lost his. They were accommodating, nice, professional, and good at what they do. I was able to book a same-day reservation for a pedicure, and my tech was Hana. I will request her next time I go as she was excellent. My polish has also lasted a long time which I'm impressed with as I got a glitter polish. The prices are reasonable. I just flew in and really needed a manicure my gel manicure from another location was just falling apart. I called in and was able to get an appointment for 1 hour later. Upon arrival the shop was jammed packed of clients who appeared to be regulars and they all appeared relaxed. I initially went in for a gel manicure but after talking to the nail technician and a client next to me I decided to go for dip manicure. I did not get the nail tech's name but she was very pleasant and she works quickly. I'd definitely stop in again should I be in the area. Chrome dipped nails done under 40 mins. read more

Went here for my friend's 30th birthday celebration, and they did a fabulous job! Very accommodating, the salon was clean, and the staff was very friendly. They had a variety of colors for gel/ powder dip/ polish nails system, so you could match your fingers and toes with the same color if you wanted! I guess it reminded me why i do my nails myself. $60 pedicure and she used a callous remover for maybe 5 seconds? no foot file. my feet looks so bad underneath :/ she didn't evenly file and shape my toenails so they are all different shapes. I originally wanted a French tip with some flowers on 2 of the nails and her rate was $100. Would've been $70 from my nail artist in Los Angeles. I ended up doing ombré dip acrylic which was $72. Rated 1 star for hygiene. Came here for a mani pedi - my dip manicure wasn't great, very lumpy and thick. While trying to fix the thickeners, the nail tech cut my cuticle with the dremel. Cuts happen and I'm used to that but what grossed me out is that he then applied cuticle oil from the bottle to my bloody finger, then dipped it back into the bottle. my final thoughts: I originally came here to this location, was turned away an hour and a half before closing and the owner reached out via email stating I could get a free service if I came back. I came back and instead of taking the free service I insisted on paying 50%. With the phone -I verified today that it does go to someone's cell the receptionist, it's unfortunate that they continuously let the phone go to voicemail seeing how they are not busy at all. she (the receptionist)verified today when I attempted to get another service to soak off; I called through her call log. Attempted to come in today to get my nails soaked off because the gel popped off. Was greeted rudely by the Tec and I decided that I would go somewhere else and get my nails soaked off. !! THIS PLACE GAVE ME WARTS !! If I could give negative stars I would. My first time going here and two days after my appointment I realized I had two WARTS on my fingers along my nail bed. I have never had warts, and them being along my nail bed means they were from UNCLEAN tools used on my manicure. When I called to tell the company, she apologized and gave me a 20% discount for the NEXT TIME I COME BACK...not a refund. Which is just insane because I now have to go to my dermatologist to get the warts taken care of. Not to mention my manicure was messy and not worth $65. They're very deliver it with their actions so the nails always come out looking better than the picture. My nails always last for three weeks and my gel pedicures typically last around a month when I get them done here but if I go somewhere else two weeks max, the service is always really great and the people are super nice.
