Worst service I have ever received. I wanted to get nochip manicure. Rude manager and not a clean place. Not sure if they follow proper hygiene read more

!! THIS PLACE GAVE ME WARTS !! If I could give negative stars I would. My first time going here and two days after my appointment I realized I had two WARTS on my fingers along my nail bed. I have never had warts, and them being along my nail bed means they were from UNCLEAN tools used on my manicure. When I called to tell the company, she apologized and gave me a 20% discount for the NEXT TIME I COME BACK...not a refund. Which is just insane because I now have to go to my dermatologist to get the warts taken care of. Not to mention my manicure was messy and not worth $65. I won't be going back again - as tempting as that 20% discount is LOL read more

I love this place and go every two weeks. It's the only place in the area where my gel manicure stays forever. Everyone is so nice and the vibes are great. I never have to wait that long either! read more

Great service and quality work!! All the employees are friendly and welcome you with open arms.

I truly cannot stand getting my nails done, but this place makes it so fun! Every single nail artist is genuinely talented and will do any design that I ask for. They're very deliver it with their actions so the nails always come out looking better than the picture. My nails always last for three weeks and my gel pedicures typically last around a month when I get them done here but if I go somewhere else two weeks max, the service is always really great and the people are super nice. It's definitely my favorite nail salon by far. read more

I visited Grapevine on a last minute whim while traveling and I'm so happy I chose this place. The employees & manager did a fantastic job!! They have a full bar are very accommodating. They greeted us w/mimosas, my brother, husband & stopped by & teceiver everything we were looking for. She dugged 2 in-growns out of my husband's "military toes," satisfied my brother's boujee's expectations & my finicky taste. Best of both worlds of spa & a good pedicure- this is seldom. Clean, professional & personable. I highly recommend them. Only downfall is my pedicure man could work on his polishing skills but other than that it was such a great experience. We will be coming every time we are in TX- Thanks! read more

Just okay. First of all, their website states that the classic pedi includes the paraffin wax treatment. It actually doesn't. The technician I had didn't speak much English, so when i explained I wanted the nail on my big toe cut straight down to prevent the chronic ingrowing, she didn't understand. So I now get to enjoy dealing with this until i can go back to my regular place. The paint job was also pretty shabby. I know my toe nails are tiny, but if i can do it, surely someone whose job it is to do this every day can manage a decent paint job. The pros: scheduling online and the bar looked pretty expansive if that's your thing. read more

I normally go to a different salon but a friend convinced me to try here. It's the worst massage I've ever had during a pedicure. I get a pedicure to relax and receive a good massage. It was awful, and you could barely feel it. They didn't offer us any water or anything. They acted like they needed to get me in and out despite having an appointment. My manicurist had band aids on her hands that were scratching me while she tries to do my hand massage. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

The place is clean and that's the only thing they have going for them. I had gel on my fingers and toes and stressed that I do not want them drilling or damaging my nails when they remove them? So what do both lady techs do? Use a drill to remove (not enough acetone or long enough soak for them to come off on their own). They we're literally scraping and grinding with a metal cuticle pusher. Now, my dip nails are lifting-- 1 fell completely off and it hasn't even been a week!! The nail that fell off is so weak and fragile. I've been so careful and just spent soooo long growing them out strong and only had 1 round of gel from Frenchies put on. Unfortunately, I couldn't get in for a few days and made the mistake of coming here. Now I know why Frenchie's cost more- they actually give AS! Never again! read more

I dropped into the nail salon on a whim, I have now found my new place in Grapevine! Nancy did an amazing job and was nice and asked me repeatedly if I liked my nails. It was very nice that she was taking such time on my nails. I would definitely recommend this salon. read more

I've been here twice - manicure and pedicure - and unfortunately won't be returning for the following reasons: 1. I got a dip manicure that was so thick and bulky, that my new nail salon asked me where I got them done. They literally called over other nail technicians to look at my nails because of how unnatural and thick they were. When I told them I had come to Grapevine Nails and Spa they said "ohhhh we know them" and nodded their head as if this wasn't the first time seeing their interesting work. 2. I asked for a dip French manicure on my already almond shaped nails. They told me a French would be $40 more, on top of the manicure price. INSANE! That was a no for me. 3. Their prices are very high for the quality of the establishment and their work. The chairs and equipment need to be updated to support their pricing. read more

Great service and nails look so nice! Very nice atmosphere. I can in to do my hands and toes and it was very quick and easy!

I walked into this salon in need of service and they accommodated my needs in a timely manner. Katie is amazing! She is very talented and my nails look great! Thank you for outstanding service! read more

Grapevine Nails and Spa - Acrylic nails with white tips and a subtle pink polish for a natural look. - Nail Salons Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

This was the worst manicure I've ever gotten; very unprofessional from start to finish. She was removing the gel I had on my nails not with a pusher/cleaner tool but with her own nail, scraping it off. Then soaked my nails in cold water and barely cut any cuticles. I like my nails short, so instead of clipping and filing, she just filed every nail so hard that I thought she would file off my skin. In addition, selection of gel colors was awful, 2 pages in the booklet with some wild colors. The most unpleasant experience I've ever had at the nail salon. Pictures say it all! read more

The absolute BEST nails I've ever had here!! I went to them first time and got beautiful nails done by Nancy! I ended up going to a different nail salon to get a fill, the messed my nails up so bad there that I ended up going right back to grapevine nails & spa, where Nancy fixed my nails and gave me a fair price cause she had felt bad someone made me spend so much at a different salon. I get the best service when here, very welcoming and so worth any cost! They accommodate all your needs and are true artists here. Highly recommended and will be my new go to nail salon! read more

Grapevine Nails and Spa - She even gave me the cutest nail design free of charge cause she thought it would suit my nail set! So creative! - Nail Salons Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Dip took over 2 hours and nails still look lumpy and uneven.....My 12 year old even pointed out how they were "sloppy." I was already made late to my date after so I didn't have time for the nail tech to start over. To top it all off she made my cuticles bleed and nipped my skin multiple times. Cute decor, sure, but it takes more than aesthetic to charge what they do for the "product" they turn out....not relaxing. Disappointed. read more

Please go else where, salon was hot and receptionist was on speaker phone right next to me the entire time. I got a French gel polish on my hands and it's one of the worst I've ever received. So sloppy and already chipped because the polish was all over my skin. I'm so upset I could cry. read more

The employees were beyond unfriendly, felt like I was invading just by being there. The woman who did my pedicure did not look at me or acknowledge me once, even though I kept thanking her. When she was done I thanked her again and she just walked away without looking up or saying anything. She also painted my toes but did not add a clear coat to help with chipping. There was no gloss or shine to my toes, just one coat of color. The complimentary drink is 99% ice and OJ and 1% flavored alcohol and they don't serve wine or beer. Definitely wont be coming back. read more

Grapevine Nails and Spa - French pink & white dip - Nail Salons Near Me - Grapevine, Texas

Terrible experience! Waste of money. As soon as I sat down they rushed me and kept telling me which color would be pretty...just so they could get done and get me out the door. Lady was harsh on my nails filing them so hard I said ouch and she still kept hurting me. She didn't even ask me what shape I wanted my nails and when I said round she did whatever she wanted and see the pic for yourself they are definitely not round. Had to ask for a drink three times and 35 mins later we get one. Told me to give them My credit card because they were closing and took it from me while she was still doing my nails and then told me to sign one handed. She then put lotion on my hands without even giving me a chance to wash them so there was sandy nails dip all rubbed up and down my arms. Did not pay attention to detail or listen to what I wanted. Total waste of money!!!!!! So pissed. Waste of money and super rude. See the pic for urself read more

Came here about a hour before closing to get dip. My first impression is that it is more expensive than the dip I normal pay for ($35) but you do get a complimentary drink while you have service which is nice, but not worth ($40). I think the actual service was okay but my nails don't seem to be holding up and the color as long as they normally do. I'm not sure I would come back based on the first experience so far. read more

After a long week I arrived early and opted for the Jelly pedi. Don took his time and gave me the best pedi I have ever had!
