Overall it was "ok". Maybe more like 2 1/2 stars. Lots of polish options, reasonable prices, complimentary mimosa, hot towels, etc. I asked for the Signature Mani & Signature Pedi. The Pedi was ok, but when filing my nail they cut me! The emery board was resting on my skin as they sawed back & forth and ultimately broke the skin. LIFT THE FILE FROM MY SKIN! Why is that an issue? When I told them, they stopped filing (pretended to file the rest). The rest of the pedi was "fine". Then they asked me about my mani. I said yes, signature for the mani as well, but regular polish not gel (they pointed to my friend who was getting gel so I was clarifying). Cuticles, a little filing (I didn't need much), lotion, mini hand massage.... it was fine until I saw my friend getting hot towels, paraffin, etc. I made a comment and they actually came to me and snapped "you TOLD me classic" and walked away. I'm not going to argue (too late) but had to be sure I wasn't getting charged for something I didn't get. When we checked out there was a cost discrepancy with my friend. She explained what she was told, and then the person taking her payment yelled back "no big deal - you'll pay for the difference" to the person who gave her incorrect information. Rude, unprofessional and VERY off-putting. I wouldn't go back. Getting snapped at by the person who helped me and the manager (?) yelling at the other person, that's not an environment I want to support. read more

Advertise hand massage and complementary drinks with a manicure, but neither happened. No where to dry your nails. With so many nail salon options, I wouldn't go back. read more

I came recently for a pedicure, and everything was fine. It was a typical nail experience - nothing really bad, but nothing amazing either. I asked for a drink and ended up with a duplicate of my friends' drink, not the drink I asked for. Their prices are slightly higher than other salons in the area - $27 for bare bones pedicure, $36 for next level (paraffin wax and callous removal). Overall it was fine, but not great. read more

Great place to go! Fairly priced and very nice! I didnt get the complimentary drink spoken about but it was the middle of the day Nice quiet and relaxing. I got a mani/pedi/wax. The only negative was they didn't have the one color I wanted that was on their board. :( read more

I came here knowing that the last place I went to sanded my nails making them really thin. I let Christine know and she was very gentle removing my gel manicure. My replacement gel manicure is beautiful. Each service comes with a beverage. The lemon/strawberry daiquiri was super delicious as well. I am very glad I came because I have a place that I can trust. I loved it so much I got all the teachers at my kids school gift cards for Teacher Appreciation. I hope they love it as much as I did! read more

Absolutely loved this place!!! My bridesmaids & I went here the day before my wedding and got amazing service! One of the girls wasn't satisfied with her nails, so we went back and they fixed them, no questions asked! Super friendly staff and awesome management! read more

I can't review the actual service because we didn't get to have it. I made an appointment for 3 pedicures on Tuesday for Saturday. Showed up to the appointment on time and they acted like they had no idea we had an appointment. said they were backed up and asked us to come back in 40 min. Nope. Called our regular place Maxiam Nail Bar off 121 in euless. Asked if they could see us in 15 minutes....I am sitting in a chair right now with my party. This is great customer service. We just moved to Grapevine and wanted to find a spot near us but we will keep coming to the spot that always keeps their appointments!!!! read more

The nail tech (young Asian guy) was running late. He finally rushed in and started in my feet. His idea of the callus scrubbing technique was worth roughly $1 in pesos. The gel paint job was terrible with streak all over. I told him it did not look professional. He asked what he could do to fix it and I said get the streaks out and he looked at me as if he was just over me and my quality standards. I asked the lady in the massage chair next to me and she agreed audibly that he missed the sides of my toenails and it looked unprofessional. I told him maybe he should add more coats and cover the entire nail streak free and he almost jumped up at me. I proceeded to raise my voice so his colleagues would intervene. What appeared to be the owner came rushing over and told him something and he got his mind right and did a better (not up to my standards) job. I got out of there quick because of his instinct to kind of jump up then quickly sit back down. What was he thinking? I did not feel safe although I don't scare easily if I had reacted like him who knows what all news channels we would have been on. I did not want to find out so so ran out of there. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I just walked in there and there are THREE employees sitting in the pedicure chairs with earbuds in and there is not one single customer. I said I would like to get a full set with gel polish. I currently have a set on so they would have to to be soaked off. She looked at my nails, asked if I currently had acrylic nails on. When I answered yes, she asked me if I could come back in two hours because there wasn't anyone there that could take the nails off. WHATTTTTTT? I just said no and walked out. read more

Everyone is super nice. My mom drove 45 minutes to come here and didn't complain. Complimentary drinks. Clean. A great deal!

Dip nails with Katie! She's amazing at achieving a natural look! No more thick dip nails or weird shapes. The salon is super cute inside, and the prices are in line with other local spots. Check it out! read more

I was in town for meetings and grabbed a bit of time for myself. I got French Dip nails and a pedicure. The nails were perfection, the techs were so kind, and I was out in an hour!!! Also, this is the most beautiful nail salon I've ever been in. Honestly, I'm bummed I live at the other end of the country...I would only go here if I lived in the area!!! Thank you, Sonny, Julie, and Lian! read more

Worst service, rude and verbally degrading toward customers. They didn't finish the service, talked openly bad about us and laughed to others who worked there. From the minute we walked in we were judged and treated like trash. The manicure was below mediocre as well. read more

Great service and clean salon, fair pricing! Bar drinks, overall relaxing experience. We will be back!

This spa is a diamond in the rough! The GPS took me to the back but I pulled around and parked up front. I walked in and was surprised it's bigger and nicer than I expected from first impression of outside. I signed in filling out a form of my service. I got the basic pedicure with gel and design. Service comes with a complimentary drink. I ordered a sunrise martini it was beautiful and delicious. My tech was Taylor and she was great, she talked to me which is nice cuz sometimes they only talk amongst themselves. The owner Sony is so personably and generous. read more

Work area very clean, no dirt on the shiny floor. Seats are comfty and most of all, very professional nice nail techs. I'm not gonna sugar coat either, After seeing many bad post I wanted to go and check it out myself. I was expecting to have bad service due to some bad reviews but my thoughts totally changed. This is A major eye opening to me. Meaning Always take a view for yourself before judging somebodoes work, you never know til you see. read more

I just dropped in here the other day spur of the moment and as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I selected my pedicure service and picked my color and straight to a chair I went. They give you a complimentary drink which is super nice. Their massage chairs actually give you a decent massage too! I had a great pedicure, the only thing is I wish the massage portion lasted a bit longer, everything was timed so I felt a little rushed but I still enjoyed it. I'll probably come back here next time I need a pedi. read more

By far THE BEST NAIL SALON in GRAPEVINE! I have been to many over the years and none compares to the atmosphere, the decor, but most importantly THE WORK is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Great job! very relaxing professional staff. Can't wait to come back I had nails toes and wax. Very good!

Worst experience at a nail salon! They did a horrible job on my nails and when they were confronted about it, the owner decided to argue with me about it! Very rude and unprofessional!! read more

Great place and Sunny was super welcoming to my Mom and I. The only negative aspect from today was that the nail tech filed my nails down REALLY short-exposing the skin underneath my nail. I should've said something or asked her to stop because it was painful but now seeing them, they are very short:/ read more

Great service! Very pleased with my gel mani and pedicure. Prices were reasonable too! Will definitely be back! Update: referred my mom there the next day (May 6th) and they said they are no longer honoring the 30% services which was posted on Facebook and said to be going on through May 15th. I left without making my mom an appt for that day. I guess losing two potential clients isn't a big deal to them. read more

Horrible place! I went there about two weeks ago and the person that did my nails did a horrific job my nails look bulky and very unprofessional. Also my daughter went there two times and the last time she wanted her nails taken off, well they left her hands in the nail remover mix for 45 minutes and this totally ruined her nails. I DO NOT recommend this place read more

Great pedicures and friendly staff! Complimentary drink and hot stones were a definite plus.

I'm not from the area and am staying here temporarily for the majority of the summer. I decided on this place because of the location and decent reviews. Inside it was a cute place and I was surprised they had a bar, but they did an absolutely terrible job on my nails. The entire time I was there I felt as though they rushed through both my manicure and my pedicure. They weren't even super busy at the time, but I felt like they weren't putting in any of the time, care, and attention to detail that a good manicure/pedicure deserves and just wanted to get me on my way and onto the next one. When I spend that much money on an occasional treat to myself, I obviously expect it to be worth the price. It was 5 days later and my manicure was already chipping away (I got the dip). That should NEVER happen. I also could see right through my pedicure in certain places when holding my toes up to the light. Very poor experience overall and I do not recommend this place at all. I highly suggest finding somewhere better! read more

Honestly not super impressed and think there are better options out there. Nails were ok....inside of salon was a little dated. Charged $40 for dip on natural nails when other places, even in Southlake, do a better job for $35. For me that extra $5 is a tip so it matters! Not terrible if you want to give it a try but nothing spectacular. read more

Ok nail salon. Does have cocktails if you are interested which is a nice touch. Walk-ins were welcome. Seemed clean
