Tried this place out since we were going to be in the area. Got here right when they opened so we're seen right away especially for 5 pedicures and 1 manicure. There was only 3 of them working in the place. For the price not too bad. A little cheaper than the other places I've been to. Not going to show my toes after what they've done (not a foot model lol).

I had a really great experience getting them done. The employees were all very friendly, respectful, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They were also super time-efficient without rushing the work, and the final result speaks for itself. The prices are totally fair for the quality and care you get. I would definitely recommend them and will for sure be coming back!

Don't come here. If they injure you they won't offer a discount an you. I should have spoken up but the man was so sorry he injured me. He was really nice. And he did seem genuinely sorry. So I let it go. But now I'm home and he did a really crappy job. That really upset me because i was going in expect to come out with nice toes if not painted. My middle toe wouldn't stop bleeding during my pedicure. I told them no polish right away. I told him to remove the dead skin. I was expecting a good pedicure still! And the man didn't do that. If you're scared to injure me FUTHER, I understand. let someone else take over. He offered a nice polish so I said yes. but he kept BUMPING or rubbing my injured middle toe! ): If you can't see up close, please don't use automatic tools! Nearly 60 dollars down the drain. Update!!!!!!! after having to go in person to get a discount. They looked at my feet and saw all the dead skin. They wanted to redeem themselves but I said no thank you. (I don't believe my tone was that polite I was upset). Then they tried to hand me a 10 dollar gift card. I said no. I paid 60. He asked how if the pedicure was 47 I said I tipped Even with an injury I still expected a good job! I get mistakes happen. I've been injured before. After hearing that, he decided to refund me the amount and only recharge me $30 which I felt was fair since I did get a good massage. Still super upset /: but it is what it is.

I am traveling from out of town. Read the reviews and selected to go here. Very nice spa and well designed. The nail techs were fabulous. My only concern is they automatically added their tip to my bill and never told me. I added another tip on top of that. I didn't realize this until later when I looked at my bill to figure out why it was so expensive. Beware and check your bill. Mine was $142 for a house gel manicure and pedicure with french. read more

Was in the area and had some time to kill so decided to try Posh for a pedicure. It was a great experience! She really took her time, I got the $55 pedicure which came with hot stones, paraffin wax, hot towels and a 15 min massage. It was great and all ladies working were very friendly. They have excellent customer service, very high quality treatments, and such a pleasant peaceful place to relax in. Came here for a pedicure and I did not enjoy it at all. I'll start by saying she didn't put gloves on which already gave me red flag vibes .. She massaged both my legs at the same time back and forth without pressure so it felt like a caress rather than a massage ! She also started the timer before starting the massage at 14 minutes instead of 15 minutes like it says on their menu for the tropical pedicure. It felt rushed and half fast! Won't be coming here again! Then I also don't like the shape of my nails , she made them round square(made my toes look too short and stumpy) when I always get a perfect square shape ! What a terrible experience ! I do not enjoy rushed service ! read more

My husband and I came here for pedicures while we were in Grapevine for his work training. We didn't make an appointment, and they took us in very quickly. It's a very large salon with a lot of chairs available. It's clean, and well organized. I had Quinn as my nail tech and she was incredible. We ended up sharing stories with each other and she made it one of the best pedicure experiences I've had. Would definitely go again if I'm in the area! read more

I stumbled into this place because I was going to the beauty supply store nearby. I'm not from the area and desperately needed my nails done so i figured why not. Didn't check any reviews. Super clean, classy decorations, friendly staff, was easy to get in, and overall great visit! I had some time to kill before my flight so called for an appointment. Very nice and got me right in. Once I chose my color and service they offered me a drink (alcohol and non alcohol options) I went with the bamboo charcoal pedicure and it was lovely - HIGHLY recommend. I was a Thursday afternoon walk-in for a mani/pedi, and was honestly impressed. The customer service was great, they offered me something to drink and let me get comfy. I highly recommend asking for Alvin to do your mani, especially if you want nail art. He was FANTASTIC! He cleaned up my cuticles, shaped them well, and had such a steady hand throughout the process. I also really appreciated that he asked me a few different times how the shape, color, and design was. Lastly, made sure my skin wasn't sticking to the glue and my skin was moisturized. I felt…read moreit was very overpriced for what you received and although Bebe is a very social lady, she left me feeling like i will never come here again. Let me start off by saying, i called ahead to book a relaxing spa package for a full facial and semi massage. Over the phone everything was fine although i found it weird i had to zelle the full amount before arriving. I get facials constantly and have only ever been asked to give a deposit, but i paid the full amount. I get there the ladies were nice to offer me some cheese and champagne but i waited 20 minutes before being seen and there was literally no other clients there. I told Bebe i had some makeup that i need to remove and she made a huge stink about it. Why did i come with makeup? I said its easily removed i am getting a facial so cleansing is part of that.... Well according to her i should keep the makeup on because she would never have clients remove makeup. So weird!!!! I went to the bathroom anyways and removed it because im not about to have a mask and products placed over makeup! What was she trying to do, clog my pores?! Then she mentions it's a full massage and semi facial. When i said nooo i booked a semi massage and full facial, she made that a problem. Insisting her specialty is massaging and that's what the relaxation package is for. I gave in since clearly this lady is the persistent type and i was exhausted from traveling all day. She mentioned several times through the service how i need to feel Relaxed, this is going to be relaxing, jus relax but it's very difficult to relax when you keep mentioning it and talking. She made a lot of noise, either dropping things, forgetting things outside the room or mentioning what a big deal she is several times. So the last thing i felt was relaxed. The full service was about 90 min and about 45 min of that was me just laying there by myself with a bright light over my face. Not even goggles to protect my eyes. The music was abysmal. From nice spa music, to club music, to rap music at some point. It felt all over the place. I will say the massage was great. Her hands are a blessing but it was unfortunate that the ambience ruined the experience, the facial was basic and for a whopping $220 + $45 tip i was ripped off. I didn't complain or make a fuss i honestly jus wanted to get out of there actually relax in my hotel room. Luckily i will never have to come back.

I live right down the street from this place and had been waiting for it to open. Finally went today and LOVED it. I got just the simple spa pedi ($25) and simple mani ($15). Ummmm nothing simple about it. Pretty much the best pedi I have ever had. Danny did a great job and I will definitely ask for him when i go back. From grapevine and saw this place while shopping at grapevine mills.. Came in and saw it was a big elegant nail salon with friendly staff.. Btw they speak english, got the organic pedicure and that made my legs and feet feel amazing.. Soooo smooth.. Also did i mention they offered me beer? it was miller light but was still good.. This is a fabulous salon! I've been going since I moved here a little over a year ago. It is clean, relaxing, and they have the most comfortable chairs. They do fantastic gel manicures! It is a little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. High quality services and high quality products. Newly opened with wide variety of services and super friendly. Great ambience and very trandy. They have seating suitable for parties and events which I think I may throw one soon there.
