I have come here on several occasions now and the staff is always kind and professional. All the tools and tables are clean and sanitized. They always offer you a drink as well. I once was overcharged for a service as the sheet was marked incorrectly but the staff made it right and compensated me for the issue. I have also found that the gel manicures I have received tend to last longer than some other places. I will continue to patronize this business as they are local and fair. I was hoping going here would be a great experience since it's so close to where I live but alas, it was not awesome. I made a reservation for a mid-tier manicure and brought my own polish. I called ahead of time to see which manicure included a significant massage and they told me that one would include a hot stone massage as well as the normal massage. I got there at about 6pm and was greeted quickly. Was not offered a beverage so I requested one, but had to ask again for it after my mani started and I realized I never got it. The mani felt very rushed and I could tell the person doing my mani was very tired (I felt for her). She did okay but I had to point out a few nails where polish was missing in spots. When I do my own manis with this polish they last for a few weeks. This one is already chipping a ton and I got it last Thursday. I also requested a hand mask instead of paraffin wax so when she came out with the wax I had to ask her for the other hand mask instead. I maybe had a 30 sec - 1:30 second massage. She left the mask on for about 2-3 mins (maybe) and skipped the hot stone massage all together. The whole service felt very rushed and lasted maybe 20 mins. My technician was very nice but it just wasn't a great mani experience. I also didn't see her using fresh clean tools which concerned me. The front desk person went ahead and gave me a significant discount which I appreciated but still I'm not sure I'll try this one again. I don't like giving negative reviews but I also want people to have a realistic expectation of the services provided. If I go back and have a different experience I'll be happy to update. read more

This is absolutely a horrible nail salon. My kid who I nanny got her nails done here, had to pay $22 for CHROME and it came off within FIVE days. They paid $99 for the nails. I come back with her to get it fixed and they were soooo extra about it. Of course they need to verify, but their mother was working so I needed to call her AT work and ask for her card, when she got her nails done and they needed her name to LOOK UP the appt. Maybe it's so they don't get scammed but it's very excessive. We sit down about 5 minutes later, still waiting. They aren't listening to her and so I'm stepping in of course because this is ridiculous, told them we want the chrome off and a fresh top coat over the pink. they remove the chrome, and the tips of her nails are CLEAR. ok fine, but then I have somewhere to be... so she's like we could just do french. they are literally not listening, she takes off 2 nail colors and doesn't listen. One of the ladies is trying to tell her to stop and she fails to comply. Still ridiculous, and she said we HAVE to pay for the french. we just paid ALMOST A HUNDRED dollars for nails that got messed up in 5 days. NO! I'm obviously not going to pay the $29 fee to do french to cover up the mess they made on her nails. They said I can talk to the guy at the front, so I did. When I got over there i'm watching my ELEVEN YEAR OLD girl i nanny be talked to by three adults. AGAIN, NO! So she comes to me because obviously you would be uncomfortable. SO THEN, i'm telling them "she paid $99 dollars for all of this and yall want us to pay another $29 and that's not happening." I'm 16 years old acting like a grown adult because adults can't act their age. Next thing you know they can redo her nails for free and add the french. I honestly could not care less how annoying I was, because the service was horrible. On top of that they were obviously trying to communicate with the little girl to try and get her to give up, and when she was about to get up they told her she can stay. Ridiculous. So anyways 0/1000 I do not recommend! The mom was not at fault for me arguing, that was a self made decision. Also please don't blame the poor girl doing the nails, it wasn't her fault. This place was amazing. I love how friendly everyone was and how they made me so comfortable while doing my nails. Everyone was so professional and gentle! When I don't get my nails done for a while, my finger tips usually sore from the technician being too hard, but I had a relaxing time here. They were very cooperative with me and how I want my nails. They didn't make me feel awkward to speak up and changed every detail I liked (which weren't many because they were so good). There are many pedicure chairs and manicure tables available. They also have wide variety of drinks to choose from. Their selection in color is HUGE. I was having a really hard time choosing a color, because they had so many options. I came here with some friends and had a nice time! It was a Sunday morning and they hadn't been open long so we were able to get in immediately for pedicures. I got one of the deluxe pedicure options with the paraffin wax dip, hot stone massage etc and it was wonderful. My technician got my feet feeling incredibly soft and I was feeling very relaxed after the massage that came with it. The service was very friendly, and the managers/front desk team came around regularly to check in on us. My technician was very sweet and I enjoyed our conversation together. My one disappointment was the nail polish that I chose - I waited 15-20 minutes to put my shoes on after the pedicure and the polish scrunched. I know they were dry as I made sure of it before even leaving my seat. I have only ever had this happen with nail polishes that have had acetone added to them. They don't have a ton of traditional polishes to chose from, so if this is a concern you may want to bring your own. read more

One of the worst nails spa experience I've been to. My friend and I decided to have a girls night away from the babies and decided to go get our nails done. We chose this place and boy, was it a big mistake. Greeted by the owner - who was a bit pushy to begin with. We sat and waited for a nail tech to come fill up our pedicure spa after about 15-20 minutes they finally came over to get the process started. I had 2 nails technicians who worked on my hands and feet. As the two were chatting it up in Vietnamese, the man asked, what color did she choose, and the woman replied that I had chosen a very ugly nail color (which was a creamy white polish) and she doesn't understand why someone would choose this color. He made a remark about how I had really tough calluses (I had just given birth to a baby and haven't been able to go out for months to get anything done) and not very friendly face (again in Vietnamese). Funny thing, is that I am Vietnamese and understood the entire conversation the two were having. After they had finished up.. I said thank you in Vietnamese and it really shook them because now they were completely embarrassed about all the remarks. After the woman even had the nerve to say "I love the nail color, so pretty" and the man completely disappeared didn't show his face or thanked me. The woman did ask the man if he had offer me any beverages and he completely ignored her so never got my water either. I will never step foot in this establishment. If you want to come in to be shamed at and talked badly in front of your face then this is the spot for you. Trust me other places I've been too.. never once have the technicians talked badly in front of your face (even when they know I'm not Viet) He also was very rough and cut my nails down to the core and it was hurting yet no apologies either when I made a gesture that it was somewhat painful. The first time I tried this place a few months ago, I had a bad experience. I came in for a pedicure and it took the lady over 3 hours to do my toes. I chose the color black and she struggled so much painting with it. I decided ... to try it again last week, maybe a fresh start or I'd get someone better.. nope. Worst experience of my life. I have been getting waxed for 4 years. I typically go to relax and wax. But was getting my nails done so decided to just do my brazlian here instead. First thing is she used the same stick to put in the wax and never switched out the stick. She waxed the same part multiple times causing my skin to be torn off. So I ended up leaving with %95 of my hair gone and about %30 of my skin missing from my private area. Do not recommend coming here at all. My nails are not bad but the shape in extremely off. Not good costumer service at all. Very rude workers. Also when they went to check me out they tried to charge me $70 for the brazilian but on the phone said it was $50 so the guy corrected it.
