I very much enjoyed my experience at LA nails. The shop is very small, but clean. I have been there twice, and there are always only two people working there, so if you dont have an appointment, you might have a bit of a wait. My experience was great, with an excellent spa pedicure. My feet felt great when my technician (I cannot believe I forgot her name!) completed my pedi, and my nail color was expertly applied (some places want to put the coats on too thick). They fully clean each spa station and spa chair between customers. I would definitely recommend and I will certainly return! read more

Ladies are nice but one tech I had does not shape nails well. She drilled my natural nails to thin, made it sore and cuticles were cut too much on one finger it was bleeding and does not shape well on gel nails. I had dips from her drilling too much. Polish had a few lints also. Gave her a few chances and told her what was wrong the last time I was in because I know they work hard and I don't like complaining. She spoke in Vietnamese to her co workings thinking I don't understand. She's been there for years. Shaping is not her specialty. I do support small business. read more

To start off with. the the workers are very very friendly! they offered us complementary drinks over and over again because they felt bad for us waiting so long. then one of the ladies offered us corn on the cob, which was really funny. but she told me and my girlfriend how cute we together and all that. all of them were very friendly and funny and just great people. nail salon was very clean and had a great atmosphere. a couple bad things.. first, i would recommend setting up an appointment or you'll most likely be sitting there for possibly 2 to 3 hours waiting like we did. then secondly, the lady who was doing my girlfriend nails (she was wearing a all white coat). my girlfriend complained and said her nails were very sharp and ridged and kept stabbing her and hurting her really bad. the whole process took about 4 to 5 hours. but overall her nails were done really great! read more

LA Nails, Lewisville, TX A Year ago I went for a gel manicure at LA Nails... I got a male nail tech, who seemed angry and acted like he wanted to rush me thru so he could smoke... he would leave the table repeatedly step outside to get a cigarette. He proceeded to Jerk my thumb to turn my hand. I bet he said "Relax" 30 times. i told him to take his time but stop yanking my hand!!! A year later my thumb is so sore i cant use a yipper, put on my boots or hook a necklace. ... the nail salon is so small you are elbow to elbow. to get your eyebrows done they put you in a hard back chair, in a closet leaning against a bathrrom. For less money you can go to a very nice roomy salon.... Skip it !!!! read more

I have been going to LA Nails, for about 15 years and all the ladies are so friendly and kind. Miss Hayley usually does my solar nail manicure and most of the time Miss Jan does the pedicure. Hands and feet look gorgeous every time. They are very professional and yet personable and always want the customer to be pleased. I usually schedule ahead, but several times called the same day and they were able to get me in. This salon is the best I've ever been to and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Worst place ever! Ann was extremely rude.She was either tired or may be too old to work in the Salon.The manager needs to take actions against her.I was so frustrated by her behavior that I got up half way when she was doing my nails.Instead of apologizing ,she said you have to pay.Seriously! She needs training for how to treat the customers.I think she was in a rush to take more customers.She treated me as if she was doing me a favor and I was getting it done for free.A big high five for Jones .He did my daughter's nails and she loved it .He painted my nails too and seemed upset with Ann's behavior.Thank you Jones.You made my day. read more

This woman just completely ruined my eyebrows. When you tell someone you're going to even them out, even them out. But that doesn't give you permission to completely change the shape! This is beyond fixable and now I have to walk around with this until they grow back in. Will never go back. read more

Careful getting a pedicure from the older woman. Don't know her name, but she's the more tomboyish one who is always doing the pedicures. She cut my toe cuticle in such a way that I now get ingrown toenails. I left bleeding and my toe has been hurting for 7 months now. read more

Worst place ever!!!!! Whatever you do don't go here. Went to get my nails soaked off, nothing more. The lady cut my thumb nail so low it started to bleed!!!! Everyone knows when it comes to nails, you soak first, then clip and file as they dissolve! I wanted to sue these people! At the end of the day I had to pay for a bad service!
