I want to start by saying that I highly disagree with what a lot of these comments have to say about this establishment being " racist " . I am a black woman & I have been going here for about a year now AFTER being mistreated at past nail shops . They've always welcomed me and my family with open arms and does such a great job on our nails each time. They're always asking me about my new baby & how life is for me. Very nice,kind, thoughtful people! When they are busy they are busy . Lynn is booked majority of the time because she is that good ! The vibe is relaxing and the music is always good. I called and made an appointment for me and my girls (4 total including me) to get our nails done. I assumed we would have a few techs since I called a few days in advance, but they only had two and we had to take turns, but that's okay, I'm not complaining about that, it's covid times so I understand less employees. We were not informed that there would be no alcohol or drink service, or even water. We were there 3 hours and weren't even offered a water. There was no music or TV on, just awkward silence or me and my friends conversation going on, we are still not at my complaint. I am willing to look past all of that if the nail tech knows what they are doing. Both the techs were inexperienced- they could not shape nails, they could not do ombré, or any of the designs advertised. My tech assured me she could do ombré. I asked for lavender ombré with square nails. I ended up getting misshapen nails that didn't look square or round. Then I asked the tech to please make them round. She filed my nails so low in order to get a decent shape that all my fingers are still in pain 4 days later. I have below pictured how one of my nails started bleeding from how low it was filed. One of my friends almost got an injury when her tech almost buzzed her finger off. She also had shaped all her nails different lengths. My friend asked for them to be correctly matching and the tech was shocked that she wanted the nails the same length, smdh. I paid $50 for my service and even left a tip. Biggest waste of money. Just be careful going here. I only experienced two of the techs, which seemed very inexperienced, but maybe they have other techs that are better. read more

I've been here several times for multiple's services and I'm assuming they do not cater to men. Every time i walk in they are almost empty and tell me they can not service me at this time. I've never had this happen. Also there's panhandlers that they allow inside the shop to ask for change. read more

Came here last minute after too long of a wait at another nail salon where I'd made an appointment. Requested a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My pedicure went alrite, chair massager didn't work but the pedicure area was pristinely clean which I appreciate. I'd already clipped my finger and toe nails to the length I wanted and shaped them but my tech proceeded to clip my toenails shorter, was fine since I'd left them a little longer in anticipation of filing. My toes turned out GREAT. My gel manicure required a lot more attentiveness, making sure my tech shaped my nails correctly (she again started changing the length and shape without my approval). Her painting skills on my fingers left much to be desired. The very next day I noticed some brush marks on the ends of my nails and inconsistent paint coverage. I'll give Top Nails one more try on my manicure since the location and salon itself are really nice. Hoping the second time is the charm for a great gel manicure! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My mom and I went to get our nails done, nexegen nails to be specific. They never gave us nail color selection and when I asked for one, she said just tell me what color and I'll pick it out for you. Then, the lady doing my mom's nail screwed up big time. She took 1.5 hours to take off my mom's old set, and even after 1.5 hours, she still didn't take them off completely. At one point she said they were all off, but after my mom and I looked at them, you could clearly tell they weren't off. After 1.5 hours of the lady doing absolutely nothing but trying to take off my mom's old set, she caused my mom to have burn marks on her nails and cuticles. We ended up leaving with my mom in excruciating pain. It's important to note that the lady doing my mom's nail- he fingers were shaken the entire time and looked like she couldn't see well. read more

The woman that did my pedicure was not friendly. BURNED the crap out of my legs and feet with the hot towel and hot rocks. So that wasn't enjoyable. Just don't. If you're like me and just read the first couple sentences of reviews, read on! I really didn't plan on writing a review but the more I think about it, the more upset I get. My initial appointment was fine. I say fine because it wasn't horrible but it definitely wasn't great. They were rushing it, weren't paying attention to detail, and didn't even massage my hands with lotion after. The lady was nice but that doesn't really make up for a mediocre manicure. A couple days later I noticed a couple fractures in the dip which I thought was strange because that's never happened to me before and then a large piece chipped off. I went back to have it fixed and that was the really horrible experience. They sat me down at a station that still had SOMEONE ELSES NAIL CLIPPINGS (pictures below) on the paper they use to protect the station. I thought she was going to clean it off but nope, just proceeded to fix my chipped nail right over these nail clippings. I mean ew. Then the color came out slightly different because she used one of the natural pink powders on top of the cream color that I got which the other girl didn't do. The salon is very clean and they are taking all necessary precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic to make sure everybody can still be beautiful and safe! This place just opened 8 months ago, I just happened to drive by and really needed a solar fill. They charged $28 so I thought that was reasonable. They were very nice and friendly . I was greeted right away, and they started on my solar fill. The owner Jimmy did them and they look great. The decor and atmosphere was very nice, very new. His wife Jane does nails and waxing, she ended up doing my wax for eye browns and upper lip, which I was pleased with. The guy that did my pedicure is named Lee, he was okay and did not do a outstanding job. I will request (Julie), they said she is the best one for the pedi. Overall, I will come back and give it a try. Although today (the next day after my fill) one of my fill broke off. But Jane said she will be happy to fix when I come in tomorrow. So I was happy to hear that. I will keep you posted. My pedi and the broken nail is the only reason why I kept the 4th star off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is a very small shop with only 2 techs (mother and daughter) and the father who only does pedicures. I love to support smaller businesses. However, they refuse business like no other. I have called so many times to make an appointment and they will lie and say they are booked. Even if you walk in and NO one is there they will say they are booked and don't want you to wait. I have never done anything wrong. ALWAYS have tipped the couple times I've gotten my nails done there (once having to trick my way into receiving service). Even with HORRIBLE business (like them forgetting they booked you for an appointment days in advance and no one being able to do your nails, rude to clients, etc). I still tip. I called to make an appointment and was ASKED what time and day I would prefer (clearly indicating some availability). Because I'm so used to them always saying they have no availability I let him know I was flexible and to just let me know a time. He acted like he was checking the books and as soon as he realized who I was he said they are booked til the end of the week. I had my friend reach out to make an appointment that same day to see if they were really booked and guess what...THEY ACCEPTED! (I would hate to assume this is a race issue but I am starting to lean in that direction after this). This angers me because the daughter there is super talented but the way they conduct business is terrible and it's a wonder they stay in business. There are plenty of nail salons in the area. New to the area, went there for a regular mani-pedi.. such a polarized experience! I was immediately seated for my service as I had made an appointment. I was two have two nail techs work on me simultaneously, one for my feet and one for my hands. Lily who was doing my feet was super nice and engaging.. she did an excellent job with the scrub, the massage and my nail paint. The other nail tech was just the opposite for most of the experience, she was very rough with my cuticles and had two of my fingers bleeding at the end of it. I asked for a simple design on my nails which she botched up. I sat there for 20 mins after she was done and yet the nails didn't dry and I had to come home and patch up what got messed up.
