An excellent way to spend a day relaxing by yourself or with a friend. The renovations are nice…read morealthough there are still some jets in the pools that don't work or the opposite, they blast out water to the point it almost drowns you! The indoor spaces are all really nice. I loved spending time going through all the sauna rooms & then taking a nap in the relaxation area upstairs when I got tired. The sushi place on the second floor was surprisingly good. FYI ramyun is the cheapest thing on the menu at the Korean place on the top floor & while it was good, it was clearly just instant ramyun that they charged $12 for. Next time I think I will just spring for something a little pricier. Couple of tips: It's both cheaper to go on weekdays & much less crowded. I would bring a change of clothes to wear under your robe. That way if you decide to go to the pool first, you can change out of your swimsuit to do saunas later. (Although plenty of folks just wear their swimsuit to the sauna!) Some folks say to bring a towel, but know they do provide full size towels & you can get fresh ones as needed in the locker room. If you plan to be there all day, I also recommend bringing a charger!

I NEVER expected a relaxing spa day to end with me crying in public and then crying again in my…read morecar. Today at Spa Castle, a woman was recording videos throughout the second floor. I realized I was being included in her recording and asked her to please stop because I did NOT consent to being filmed. Instead of simply respecting my request, she told me that I had an "attitude problem." She then went to the concierge and apparently received permission from a staff member to continue recording. She actually came BACK to where I was, started recording me again, told me, "I can keep recording," and called me "Karen." At that point, this no longer felt like someone casually taking a video at a spa. I felt deliberately targeted and humiliated. She also made a point of telling me that she gets "millions of views." I honestly don't care whether someone has 10 views or 10 million. Being popular on social media does not make another paying guest's discomfort irrelevant. What makes this experience especially disappointing is Spa Castle's response. I spoke with management and was told they could not make her delete the video. I understand that management may have limitations regarding someone's personal phone, but I cannot understand why a guest who had already been told directly that I did not want to be recorded was apparently allowed to return and continue filming and confronting me. I paid to come to a SPA--to relax and feel comfortable. Instead, I felt exposed, embarrassed, and completely unsupported. I was so overwhelmed by the entire interaction that I cried there, and then sat in my car afterward crying again. I can't remember the last time a business experience made me feel this humiliated. Spa Castle seriously needs a clear filming policy. There is a huge difference between taking a photo or video of yourself and deliberately continuing to record another guest after that person has specifically asked you to stop. People come to a spa expecting some level of comfort and relaxation. Nobody should have to wonder whether they're going to become unwilling content for somebody else's social media account. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this was handled.

I had such a great time here. Friends and I reserved a cabana to celebrate some birthdays. When we…read morearrived, we were greeted by security (checking bags) and then on to the counter to get the run down. The staff were very clearly in how everything worked from ordering at the cabanas to the access we all had. A couple of us did a spa experience and really enjoyed it. I did the immersive sauna experience, and let's just say it was an EXPERIENCE that's a little hard to explain aside from using the word "intense." We ordered food and drinks. Everything was delicious. I do wish that the bartender would have been in a bit of a better mood and greeted us with a smile, but maybe she felt overwhelmed with it being a holiday weekend. Nonetheless, she made an amazing margarita. I will definitely be back!!!

We…read moremade reservations for 1pm and there were more people there than I expected so I guess several had the same idea as we did but this is probably normal, lol!! We arrived about 15 min prior, checked in, and found the locker room. The locker room is spacious with plenty of locker space, restrooms, and changing area. They have a bar area where you can order drinks and food with seating around. There were also water stations throughout. It was a hot day so definitely welcomed. You are also able to order drinks at most of the spring soaks using a QR code which we did. We got our towels and went to our first area - water temps ranged from 49 (Cold plunge) to about 104, I believe. I did the cold plunge for about one minute, lol. Definitely keep your hands out and breathe. We relaxed in others and chatted with a few friendly folks in each. Several had canopies above when to help block sun. I also did the immersive sauna experience which was my first sauna experience ever. I made it the 10 minutes - start hydrated, close your eyes, and relax. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and looking forward to the next visit.

I've had several massages here and they've all been spectacular!…read more Walking in there is a relaxing wait area. I make my appointments online on their website which is really easy, but they also do accept walk ins. There is also ample parking in lot of the shopping center. My most recent appointment was with Mary and I booked an hour and 15 minute Deep Tissue Message with her. She did a great job and really worked on my trouble areas- especially a knot in my shoulder. In addition to the great massage, the atmosphere itself just goes the extra mile. The room was really dark and relaxing. There was also a weighted blanket and heated pad which really took it to next level in terms of comfort. Overall, all the massages I've had here have been great, and with same day appointments, it's very convenient too.

Unfortunately both my boyfriend and I were really bummed with our experience at the Nook. As much…read moreas we wanted to enjoy the experience, our massages were somewhat painful and personally, I am more sore after the massage than I was before. Same with my boyfriend. Even after two verbal exchanges where I said she could go lighter on pressure, it was still pretty rough and my body was tense over 75% of the time. My masseuse's nails were also a touch long so on occasion, it felt as though I was getting scratched. I cannot speak on my boyfriend's experience as much but I do know he said he would have preferred more of a gentle massage with longer strokes to ease out the knots and kinks in his back and shoulders. I am unclear if it is the massage we picked that was the problem, but regardless, we both left feeling unsatisfied, unfortunately. I have been hesitant to even leave this review but I feel it important to share at least. I would be sure to talk to your masseuse about what exactly you're looking for -- I do believe we are at some fault for not being clear what we wanted, although there was never really a time to discuss it.
