I had such a great time here. Friends and I reserved a cabana to celebrate some birthdays. When we arrived, we were greeted by security (checking bags) and then on to the counter to get the run down. The staff were very clearly in how everything worked from ordering at the cabanas to the access we all had. A couple of us did a spa experience and really enjoyed it. I did the immersive sauna experience, and let's just say it was an EXPERIENCE that's a little hard to explain aside from using the word "intense." We ordered food and drinks. Everything was delicious. I do wish that the bartender would have been in a bit of a better mood and greeted us with a smile, but maybe she felt overwhelmed with it being a holiday weekend. My sister & I are gifted passes to a Soak at World Springs and decided on a Friday afternoon. We made reservations for 1pm and there were more people there than I expected so I guess several had the same idea as we did but this is probably normal, lol!! We arrived about 15 min prior, checked in, and found the locker room. The locker room is spacious with plenty of locker space, restrooms, and changing area. They have a bar area where you can order drinks and food with seating around. There were also water stations throughout. It was a hot day so definitely welcomed. You are also able to order drinks at most of the spring soaks using a QR code which we did. We got our towels and went to our first area - water temps ranged from 49 (Cold plunge) to about 104, I believe. I did the cold plunge for about one minute, lol. Definitely keep your hands out and breathe. We relaxed in others and chatted with a few friendly folks in each. Several had canopies above when to help block sun. I also did the immersive sauna experience which was my first sauna experience ever. I made it the 10 minutes - start hydrated, close your eyes, and relax. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my reservation and was promptly greeted at the door and showed where to check-in. Upon check-in, I was greeted and asked if it was my first time to which I replied it was. The welcoming staff gave directions to the locker rooms and how to use the lockers with your wrist bands. There are plenty of lockers. I went on a Friday night and I saw rows and rows of available lockers. For a Friday evening, it was buzzing with people all around and yet - never seemed overly crowded. There was plenty of space to get ready in the locker room. Plenty of options for saunas, red light therapy, various temperature spas, and cold plunges. You're able to order spa side which is a great feature. There is a small service charge for convenient spa side ordering, but it wasn't an exorbitant fee. Our drinks were delivered in a reasonable amount of time and were refreshing. There are alcohol, non-alcohol, and frozen drink options available to order. I can't wait to return and honestly? I want to come for the full day. I want to experience the day time buzz and end with the evening buzz. You'd think with high temps in Texas it wouldn't be refreshing. It was oddly amazingly, refreshing and calming. I could feel my body relaxing so much that I had to watch my step walking around. I drove home and quite literally crashed into my bed. I've never slept more soundly! Oh, if you're wondering what the cold plunge is like? It's the most beautiful, odd experience. A must try. I was really nervous and had never experienced a cold plunge. I DO NOT like cold or even lukewarm showers or baths, so I couldn't imagine I'd enjoy a cold plunge. However, I braved it with my friends and I'm so happy I did. Initially, there is the quick burst of freezing feeling. I took one step at a time and went in quickly (don't linger it'll be worse), then sat down all the way to my neck. I was given a gift card to World Springs for Christmas so I finally wanted to give them a try. I heard that it gets really packed over the weekend so I opted for a weekday and play hookie from work. You can either call or book your message online. The massage was pretty decent, if you are looking for deep tissue you should request a male, I had a female. After our message I was famish and opted for the cafe since that was all that was offered onsite. Turkey sandwhich and chips were like a trillion dollars, the sandwhich was dry, no option for fries...the cafe gets two thumbs down. I wasn't too enthused. I can see why, if you've never been to a Korean bathhouse, of which there are two in the Dallas area, WorldSprings would seem cool. It was okay. There are so so many hot tubs, and the location did have natural beauty. As expected, there were lots of people and talking as WorldSprings bills itself as a place to socialize. I was annoyed by the constant upselling: QR codes everywhere to order food from the cafe (read: alcoholic beverages) to your hot tub using your phone. Why would I have my phone if it's a hot tub wellness retreat? $10 robe rental wasn't included in the pricy ticket, and cabanas for rent everywhere. With 'sauna classes' located inside the large indoor sauna, it seemed like the large sauna was only available for an additional fee. No one ever gave me a towel, and I didn't see any sitting around. I wondered whether towels, too, were only available to rent. I was surprised to see the cafe wrap I ordered was premade and not made to order. If it rains, keep in mind you'll be removed from the hot tubs for at least 30 minutes. Is WorldSprings a wellness focused retreat or party central with pricey bells and whistles? World Springs is one of the best activities in the DFW! This was my first time here and the vibes were great. The servers Naomi, Dee and Eunice had great personalities especially Naomi! She was so vibrant and lively! I loved the different areas of the soaks, and the saunas. They have a description for each one you soak in along with the temperature. I even conquered the cold plunge for a few minutes. They have everything here to relax and it makes for a great recovery day after a hard workout. It was just a great experience all throughout. The ladies area was spacious; and had plenty of lockers and showers throughout. And they had a machine that drys your swimsuit which was plenty neat! We went to WorldSprings for a couples massage to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we had such a great experience! Our therapists were Brittani and Paul, and they were both incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I especially loved Brittani! She was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and having a good experience, which I really appreciated. She was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the massage. Our original appointment was at 2 PM, but they called me around 1 PM because the female therapist assigned to my appointment had called out. They offered us a 5 PM appointment with two male therapists, but I wasn't comfortable with that, so they were kind enough to give us the option of coming at 6 PM with a female therapist for me and a male therapist for my husband. I really appreciated them accommodating us and making sure we were comfortable. The massage itself was amazing! We also added the scalp treatment, and we both really enjoyed it. Everything finished right on time, and afterward Brittani and Paul checked in with us to see how we were feeling. After our massages, we enjoyed the different mineral soaks and pools. Since it was our first time, the staff was also really helpful. They offered to give us a little tour and explained the map to us so we knew where everything was. Everyone working around the pools was also very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. They provide robes as well, which was super convenient, especially while going between the pools and different areas. The views were beautiful, and it was honestly the perfect way to spend my husband's birthday. The locker rooms and showers were also very clean and elegant. The lockers felt secure, and I loved that the showers already had products available, so we didn't have to worry about bringing everything with us. We stayed until around 8:30 PM and had such a relaxing evening. There are so many different soaks to enjoy, and we really loved being able to take our time and explore everything. Yes, it is definitely on the more expensive side, but since access to the soaks is included with the massage, we personally felt it was worth the money, especially for a special occasion. We didn't try the food or drinks since we had plans for later, and we went on Monday, it wasn't that many people around either so it made our day more relaxing. We will definitely be coming back! They say everything is bigger in Texas, and apparently this is even true for spas This place is absolutely massive and there is so much you can do here! They have several themed areas, with different soaking pool types and minerals to accomplish different health goals. There are saunas that run the perimeter and cold plunge pools scattered throughout. One thing that was really thoughtful that I like, is all pools have small temperature fluctuations, which actually makes a big difference. For example, pools over 102 were too hot for me, but others enjoyed. With the cold plunges, even just a 4 degree difference made it so we could participate and enjoy longer than the colder ones. I would suggest you give them all a try and figure out which really work for you and your body. They also have massages and facials available, so you can get that done and enjoy the grounds for the rest of the day. If you get a spa treatment the use of pools is included. There is a discounted rate for attending starting at 5pm which I actually liked because it was too hot to enjoy during the day anyways. There is food and beverages on site also, which were decent (I tried a flatbread and a frosé). The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because of the size it did feel quite busy with a lot of people there, and not as clean as other spas I have visited. Also, it's a louder environment, lots of people chatting. If you truly want serenity I'm not sure I would recommend and would seek something more private. I have been several times, and really enjoy WorldSprings. I went this past week for the first time this summer, and was really impressed with the recent upgrades to the property. The new sundeck is really nice, it is an excellent place to relax in-between soaks and saunas. I especially was taken by the new Afuggus sauna and that experience with Ashley guiding us. It was a very large sauna that fits maybe 100? and it's a 10 minute 3 round sauna sessions that include music, aromatherapy and heat..lots of heat! Afterwards, it's recommended you shower and cold plunge, which felt pretty amazing after such a crazy sweat! I do think it's a little pricey, but I came after 5pm for around $60 and I had a really, great relaxing self care night. read more

There is something about soaking...the envelope of water over your body, the quietness as you sit or the engaging conversation of others, the welcomed tiredness that comes from a few hours moving from pool to pool or rejuvenation of muscles as you finish your day. I have been fortunate to visit several times since WS Colony opened. While not a fan of their pricing, I have managed to take advantage of offers to visit. I've completed early morning, almost full days and evenings but I enjoy end of the day as I tend to towel off, head home to bathe and sleep off the day. The locker rooms are big enough to handle large crowds as I've never felt uncomfortably close to other patrons in the room. The saunas located around the property are a nice touch and also welcoming as a moderate way to dry off. For and amped up experience, ask about the soaking regimens in which you soak in different pools for energy or relaxation/recovery. The food and drink offerings are satisfying and presented well. I have not used their services, but feedback from a friend from my last visit was positive. The downside is that patrons tend to leave their cups EVERYWHERE. ALSO - they haven't figured out the pricing so we have seen many changes in structure. A pretty penny for a mediocre experience. My review may be tainted by the weather issues leading to an early closing. However, this was a gilded venue. Everything looks nice and tranquil. However, the veneer is thin. Long lines, water stations empty, unmaintained showers and dressing rooms abound. The most popular spot, the world pool, contains sumptuous magnesium salts and is certainly relaxing, but the railings as you walk in are loose with dented or damaged posts. Not sure how that happened underwater, but it's an easy way to slice open your foot. I am unsure if staffing is an issue, but I would hope that $100 for 4 hours of spa, sauna, and pool time would allow for more coverage. No pics unfortunately with the water hazard. read more

We came during the winter months when the weather was cold, and honestly, that made the experience even better. Each one had its own vibe and temperature, and even though there were a lot of people there, it never took away from the relaxation. The space is well-designed, so it still felt peaceful and enjoyable. I also treated myself to a Swedish massage, and it was exactly what I needed -- calming, professional, and incredibly rejuvenating. I walked out feeling lighter and refreshed. I've experienced the 3 hour option which gave me enough time to see just about everything I wanted to see and engage in. As a yearly member for two years now I am completely disappointed with the new policy of reducing the temperatures to 90 degrees during hot summer months . Visited last night and all of the pools were no warmer than my swimming pools . If this continues I am going to request partial credit for my membership. I come to soak my muscles in a warm / hot pool . Not sit and drink alcohol with people in a small swimming pool . This is supposed to be a spa . I didn't notice logic to the pools, they were just sort of random. There are little signs that explain the temp and benefits of that pool. I was hoping for a 70's ish cold pool but there was a 55° pool. It was Cold! I couldn't stay more than about a minute but some people didn't react like it was freezing. There are saunas throughout. The food was better than I expected. You do have to walk up, order and return when your buzzer goes off. The turkey sandwich & sweet & spicy chips were delicious, guacamole & chips and flat bread was average. The wait was maybe 10-15 mins. Updated: 2025 prices have increased. I have been about 5-6 times and the 9/2025 was the most expensive by far. Not knowing what exactly we were getting into my sister left her drivers license in the car and she looks over 21, the lady at the front desk made such a funk about her not having it that she got a no drinking band. Her attitude was horrible as when I went to ask a question, she let me know that if I just waited she would give me her spill. However when I went to order food, she didn't connect my credit card to my band so I had to use Apple Pay. We stayed and utilized almost every pool, had some food and ordered some drinks. It was a long anticipated visit to World Springs. It was an interesting experience to visit on a January evening. First, I really like the idea of soaking under the stars. It was a clear (and cold) night so I was able to spot my favorite constellation. I tried heated waters for relaxation, clarity and recovery. I didn't try any cold plunges for this visit. A major disappointment was seeing many many heaters throughout the property but none were on. The only active heaters were near the food station. I would have appreciated a notice prior to entry stating warming heaters were not available for whatever reason. It is important for consumers to make an informed decision. First of all, the staff were incredible, and the mineral water pools were also great. There was a little bit of tension from a few people, but chalking it up to being in the Texas heat, I absolutely understand. After chatting with a few staff members and discovering that they had all recently gotten their pay cut, I was baffled. Not being able to tip poolside service was crazy as well, especially since I'm sure the hourly pay is poor. The first time I came, a year ago, compared to this visit, you could definitely see all the little things corporate has done to make the biggest buck, and that is sad for a beautiful concept like this. No robes included, dirtier pools, towel restrictions, and QR codes at all the pools for convenience (I used one once, but after seeing that you couldn't tip, I didn't want to use it again). I left with the group I was with, and I'm still feeling tense about the working conditions for the staff. I hope corporate takes better care of their employees and maybe hires some women in corporate to run this show--people who have worked their way up--because this gem of a place is going to get run into the ground. read more

During my stay made my way around the entire place; trying out the 2 large pools along with many of the spas and even trying the cold plunge. BEWARE - BEWARE !! WARNING!!! What started out as a place of rest relief and good vibration turned into a nightmare!!! I start visiting this Spa over a years ago an instantly feel in love. Upon my last couple of visits ( I noticed) the quality of service diminishing slowly . Seven months later ' I decided to try them out again since it was cold in hopes of it not being an overpopulation of people ..After enjoying a wonderful evening in the pools, I instantly got dressed, because they were about to close . Once I got to my car' I realized that my purse and wallet were NOT in my duffle bag "yea' missing" I freaked out because I had only gone to the locker to undressed, re-dressed & placed all of my items inside of my duffel bag and locked the locker... I Recall, triple checking the locker before I left to ensure it was locked. As I returned, nothing seemed touched "threw on my clothes and headed out. When I got to my car looking in my duffle bag 'I realize my purse was GONE...and this was an expensive bag... I was taking aback- I followed every measure given by this facility. I paid entry that included a wristband for a (what seemed or promised to be ) secure locker for my items. My heart instantly dropped as I searched through my duffel bag, looking for my wallet and other things to NOT have my valuables... yet there was a cap in the bag..(???) apparently ,Whomever stole my items out of my bag left a parting gift "a world springs employee cap" in my bag' in my Mind I'm think WTH!! I was later told by management that those hats aren't offered for sale. It's only for their employees. Ikyfl!!!!! I'm not sure if this was to taunt me or to troll because I was just viciously violated. Don't get me wrong, this place is beautiful however BEWARE, BEWARE, BeWARE!!!!! Either one of the guest had a master key or this was simply an inside job!!! THIEVERY AT ITS FINEST! Seeing how I was one of the last people to leave, and the establishment had closed. I was told to call the next day as I called absolutely no one. NO ONE picked up the phone. I decided to go on my lunch break to the building just to speak to a manager or anyone in control of this place. Because this was INSANE! I spoke with two extremely nice women Taylor and Lindsey both managers that assured me they would look into it and look at the footage, to also come back after work for the results... ....well I'm sure we all know the end of this story ends --No one took accountability! I was told that I couldn't have the footage, which is crazy cause I didn't want the footage. I just wanted them to review it themselves to assist me in understanding what the heck happened to my stuff and aid w/my police report. Nevertheless, it's horrible that this experience happened because this is a very nice place, but it is quality is straight down the drain. The whole point of going to the spa is to relax, not get robbed!! i've always viewed going to the spa as a worry, free, relaxing event. got the membership for a over a week and a half now and have been here a handful of times now (~6x). Each mineral pool has their own benefits (circulation, muscle relaxation, etc) and the temperature of the pools changes daily. During the weekdays, it is soothing and tranquil. However, when it comes to weekends, its the complete opposite, almost like a pool club. It gets very crowded which is fine however, people play music on phone speakers, talk loudly and it gets very messy - empty cups, towels, drinks left everywhere and it can remain on the edge of a pool for a long time. Went here for a 3 hour soak with some friends. There were a lot of different pools to choose from, and it was really fun. They have pools from all over the world with varying temperatures. They also have some very cold ones too. There was also a sauna, but I didnt stay long because it was so hot. I got some pineapple juice for $6. They also had drinks and other food available. I did think there were a lot of people, and it was kind of loud. The line to get in (at 1pm) was long, and parking can be difficult. It was around $80 for the 3 hour soak. read more
