First of all, the staff were incredible, and the mineral water pools were also great. There was a little bit of tension from a few people, but chalking it up to being in the Texas heat, I absolutely understand. After chatting with a few staff members and discovering that they had all recently gotten their pay cut, I was baffled. Not being able to tip poolside service was crazy as well, especially since I'm sure the hourly pay is poor. The first time I came, a year ago, compared to this visit, you could definitely see all the little things corporate has done to make the biggest buck, and that is sad for a beautiful concept like this. No robes included, dirtier pools, towel restrictions, and QR codes at all the pools for convenience (I used one once, but after seeing that you couldn't tip, I didn't want to use it again). I left with the group I was with, and I'm still feeling tense about the working conditions for the staff. I hope corporate takes better care of their employees and maybe hires some women in corporate to run this show--people who have worked their way up--because this gem of a place is going to get run into the ground. read more

They violated federal law by refusing a breastfeeding mother to pump. She was forced to pump and dump out her baby's breast milk because the staff is too uneducated to know the law. Once it came to light what happened they changed their website. This place should be closed down. They are not family friendly and discriminate against nursing and pumping parents. I will never be going back here again after knowing how they treated another mother. The response was lacking to say the least. It never should have happened to begin with. This shows no one at your business actually cares. If they did then this never would have happened and your employees would have been properly trained, but yall didn't bother to train them properly to start! So no your apology means nothing to any parent at this point. Every mom group on our area is now aware and are boycotting. Some go weekly, they won't now. So who the there is responsible for writing your employee handbook and training? Have they been fired? Do you realize the LAWSUIT that this family can bring against you and the employees. We spent the entire day soaking in the different pools at WorldSprings and had a great time! This time, we even tried the Cold Plunge, which was definitely an experience. World Springs is one of the best activities in the DFW! This was my first time here and the vibes were great. The servers Naomi, Dee and Eunice had great personalities especially Naomi! She was so vibrant and lively! I loved the different areas of the soaks, and the saunas. They have a description for each one you soak in along with the temperature. I even conquered the cold plunge for a few minutes. They have everything here to relax and it makes for a great recovery day after a hard workout. It was just a great experience all throughout. The ladies area was spacious; and had plenty of lockers and showers throughout. And they had a machine that drys your swimsuit which was plenty neat! They say everything is bigger in Texas, and apparently this is even true for spas This place is absolutely massive and there is so much you can do here! They have several themed areas, with different soaking pool types and minerals to accomplish different health goals. There are saunas that run the perimeter and cold plunge pools scattered throughout. One thing that was really thoughtful that I like, is all pools have small temperature fluctuations, which actually makes a big difference. For example, pools over 102 were too hot for me, but others enjoyed. With the cold plunges, even just a 4 degree difference made it so we could participate and enjoy longer than the colder ones. I would suggest you give them all a try and figure out which really work for you and your body. They also have massages and facials available, so you can get that done and enjoy the grounds for the rest of the day. If you get a spa treatment the use of pools is included. There is a discounted rate for attending starting at 5pm which I actually liked because it was too hot to enjoy during the day anyways. There is food and beverages on site also, which were decent (I tried a flatbread and a frosé). The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because of the size it did feel quite busy with a lot of people there, and not as clean as other spas I have visited. Also, it's a louder environment, lots of people chatting. If you truly want serenity I'm not sure I would recommend and would seek something more private. There is something about soaking...the envelope of water over your body, the quietness as you sit or the engaging conversation of others, the welcomed tiredness that comes from a few hours moving from pool to pool or rejuvenation of muscles as you finish your day. I have been fortunate to visit several times since WS Colony opened. While not a fan of their pricing, I have managed to take advantage of offers to visit. I've completed early morning, almost full days and evenings but I enjoy end of the day as I tend to towel off, head home to bathe and sleep off the day. The locker rooms are big enough to handle large crowds as I've never felt uncomfortably close to other patrons in the room. The saunas located around the property are a nice touch and also welcoming as a moderate way to dry off. For and amped up experience, ask about the soaking regimens in which you soak in different pools for energy or relaxation/recovery. The food and drink offerings are satisfying and presented well. I have not used their services, but feedback from a friend from my last visit was positive. The downside is that patrons tend to leave their cups EVERYWHERE. ALSO - they haven't figured out the pricing so we have seen many changes in structure. DO BETTER. We came here on a Monday with four people to celebrate my mom's birthday. We bought day passes hoping for a relaxing afternoon, but instead we left feeling terrible for your staff. The first thing we noticed was complete chaos. There was ONE SERVER taking care of what looked like over 500 guests. The bartenders had an overflowing drink well with drinks stacked everywhere waiting to be run. Everyone was working as hard as they possibly could, but there simply weren't enough people. The server was an older woman out in 100+ degree Texas heat, running nonstop. I asked if they were getting any help, and the disappointment on their faces said everything. They told us INVESTORS cut staffing, leaving the employees to do twice the work for less pay. As someone who's worked in restaurants for years, this was honestly heartbreaking to watch. How am I supposed to relax while your staff is drowning because people making decisions from an office decided to save money at their expense? We ended up leaving because it didn't feel right supporting a business that treats its employees this way. We won't be back. To the investors: I challenge you to work ONE shift in that Texas heat with the staffing levels you've created. Until then, stop expecting your employees to sacrifice their health and sanity so you can increase profits. Your staff deserves better. Your guests deserve better. DO BETTER read more

Then proceeded to wait 2 hrs to see if they would open back up. They tell us that the storm is over us and we can wait it out in the locker room if we'd like then about 2-5 minutes later told us they were closing for the day . A pretty penny for a mediocre experience. My review may be tainted by the weather issues leading to an early closing. However, this was a gilded venue. Everything looks nice and tranquil. However, the veneer is thin. Long lines, water stations empty, unmaintained showers and dressing rooms abound. The most popular spot, the world pool, contains sumptuous magnesium salts and is certainly relaxing, but the railings as you walk in are loose with dented or damaged posts. Not sure how that happened underwater, but it's an easy way to slice open your foot. I am unsure if staffing is an issue, but I would hope that $100 for 4 hours of spa, sauna, and pool time would allow for more coverage. No pics unfortunately with the water hazard. read more

Fun spa activity for a girls night out! My friends and I decided to check out WorldSprings through their evening pass deal. It was plenty of time to enjoy the pools and grounds! It's really cool how they have over 40 pools that mimic other bodies of water! The vast majority of the pools are on the warmer side, so beware of that as the weather gets warmer. We came during the winter months when the weather was cold, and honestly, that made the experience even better. Each one had its own vibe and temperature, and even though there were a lot of people there, it never took away from the relaxation. A friend suggested going here on a Saturday morning to check it out. We chose a cooler day to enjoy the warmer pools. We got there right when they opened at 9am which was the right move because when we left at 1pm it was packed. Clean, wide open, cool ambiance m We arrived early, parking was a breeze, 1st time check-ins fill out a waiver on their iPad, then head to the locker room if you want to secure any items. I didn't notice logic to the pools, they were just sort of random. There are little signs that explain the temp and benefits of that pool. I was hoping for a 70's ish cold pool but there was a 55° pool. It was Cold! I couldn't stay more than about a minute but some people didn't react like it was freezing. There are saunas throughout. The food was better than I expected. You do have to walk up, order and return when your buzzer goes off. The turkey sandwich & sweet & spicy chips were delicious, guacamole & chips and flat bread was average. The wait was maybe 10-15 mins. Updated: 2025 prices have increased. I have been about 5-6 times and the 9/2025 was the most expensive by far. Each mineral pool has their own benefits (circulation, muscle relaxation, etc) and the temperature of the pools changes daily. During the weekdays, it is soothing and tranquil. However, when it comes to weekends, its the complete opposite, almost like a pool club. It gets very crowded which is fine however, people play music on phone speakers, talk loudly and it gets very messy - empty cups, towels, drinks left everywhere and it can remain on the edge of a pool for a long time. Came here for a girls day out. When we arrived we were asked if we had reservations, we didn't, but was told we could enter anyways. You have to sign a waiver and then pay. Not knowing what exactly we were getting into my sister left her drivers license in the car and she looks over 21, the lady at the front desk made such a funk about her not having it that she got a no drinking band. Her attitude was horrible as when I went to ask a question, she let me know that if I just waited she would give me her spill. However when I went to order food, she didn't connect my credit card to my band so I had to use Apple Pay. We stayed and utilized almost every pool, had some food and ordered some drinks. A major disappointment was seeing many many heaters throughout the property but none were on. The only active heaters were near the food station. Visited today 5/1/26 for the first time with my sisters - group of 4. Smooth check in, no issues, take note, no food or drinks allowed. Water stations to fill up cups, so you can take an empty cup. We didn't plan on eating so only one card was put on file. We decided to eat there and I went to the front desk to add my card to my wristband. That took 15 mins and repeated questions and inserting card and providing my info several times. Okay, no biggie. I order food for the 4 of us - $70 later; 30 mins have passed and buzzer still hasn't gone off. I see people done eating who ordered AFTER ME! I go check and I'm asked what I had and they will get it made. Why did I wait 30 mins?? 10 mins later we have our food. Then I find out they don't charge my card, it was the other person who had their card on file. What a hassle. They don't have Zelle and having to leave early to get cash to pay her back. What a mess. Once I got to my car' I realized that my purse and wallet were NOT in my duffle bag "yea' missing" I freaked out because I had only gone to the locker to undressed, re-dressed & placed all of my items inside of my duffel bag and locked the locker... I Recall, triple checking the locker before I left to ensure it was locked. As I returned, nothing seemed touched "threw on my clothes and headed out. When I got to my car looking in my duffle bag 'I realize my purse was GONE...and this was an expensive bag... I was taking aback- I followed every measure given by this facility. I paid entry that included a wristband for a (what seemed or promised to be ) secure locker for my items. My heart instantly dropped as I searched through my duffel bag, looking for my wallet and other things to NOT have my valuables... yet there was a cap in the bag..(???) apparently ,Whomever stole my items out of my bag left a parting gift "a world springs employee cap" in my bag' in my Mind I'm think WTH!! I was later told by management that those hats aren't offered for sale. It's only for their employees. Ikyfl!!!!! I'm not sure if this was to taunt me or to troll because I was just viciously violated. Don't get me wrong, this place is beautiful however BEWARE, BEWARE, BeWARE!!!!! Either one of the guest had a master key or this was simply an inside job!!! THIEVERY AT ITS FINEST! Seeing how I was one of the last people to leave, and the establishment had closed. I was told to call the next day as I called absolutely no one. NO ONE picked up the phone. I decided to go on my lunch break to the building just to speak to a manager or anyone in control of this place. Because this was INSANE! I spoke with two extremely nice women Taylor and Lindsey both managers that assured me they would look into it and look at the footage, to also come back after work for the results... ....well I'm sure we all know the end of this story ends --No one took accountability! I was told that I couldn't have the footage, which is crazy cause I didn't want the footage. I just wanted them to review it themselves to assist me in understanding what the heck happened to my stuff and aid w/my police report. Nevertheless, it's horrible that this experience happened because this is a very nice place, but it is quality is straight down the drain. The whole point of going to the spa is to relax, not get robbed!! i've always viewed going to the spa as a worry, free, relaxing event. Went here for a 3 hour soak with some friends. There were a lot of different pools to choose from, and it was really fun. They have pools from all over the world with varying temperatures. They also have some very cold ones too. There was also a sauna, but I didnt stay long because it was so hot. I got some pineapple juice for $6. They also had drinks and other food available. I did think there were a lot of people, and it was kind of loud. The line to get in (at 1pm) was long, and parking can be difficult. It was around $80 for the 3 hour soak. read more

The property has a wide variety of springs, pools, and saunas to explore. I booked a massage, which included a 3-hour soak to enjoy all the amenities. We grabbed a margarita and relaxed for a bit--you can enjoy the soak either before or after your appointment, which is a nice option. The staff was friendly and accommodating during every interaction, which made the experience pleasant overall. A few things could be improved: when booking a massage, there isn't an option to request a male or female therapist, which would be helpful for guests with a preference. Also, there's only one towel station at the entrance ( at least that I saw)--having additional stations throughout the property would make things easier. Lastly, it would be great if the wristbands could be used for payments. Having to carry your phone or wallet around kind of takes away from the relaxing, disconnected atmosphere they're going for. Overall, a good experience with a lot to offer, and just a few areas where small changes could really elevate the visit. read more

My soak time was 9:15am which I thought was a great time-no issues with parking, not overly crowded for a Saturday morning, I appreciate how there are colored wristbands to let you know how long you have, you have three hours to explore the amenities. The staff will make an announcement to let you know that a certain color wristband time has expired. Check in was a breeze, electronically done the waiver, and no other issues presented during my check-in. I think the soak is pretty affordable, considering the number of mineral pools available. It was well kept, well maintained property. I know there's been reviews about cleanliness, but I did not see any of those issues, and the common grounds and in the locker rooms. As far as food and drinks, I did not order any food however I did get a green smoothie which was pretty good and flavorful. I truly enjoyed my time and I feel like the 4 Hour drive was worth it. My fiancé booked the hot springs experience for me as a birthday gift & I must say it exceeded all expectations one could have. You walk in & immediately feel relaxation take over your body. There's a man inside the door that checks any bags you may bring, and also instructs you to fill out their waiver form. Once complete you go through the check-in line, which is straightforward, and are instructed on where to go for the lockers and entry into the hot springs. One thing I learned is that they have a side geared towards families & then an 18+ side, which is such a nice touch for those who don't have kids, or who want to consume alcohol and say/do as they please without worry. Apparently there's a few options to choose from as far as how long you'd like to be here. We had a 3 hour limit, but there's also an all day pass you can inquire about. I feel like 3 hours is plenty to visit in all of the hot springs, cold plunges & saunas - we did it in 2 hours with enough time to eat if we chose (plenty of food & drink choices for more than reasonable prices). Only thing is if you do intend to eat while here, maybe gear it towards the end of your time before you leave as food is not allowed in the springs area. Not as many cold tubs available and you have to wait in order to get into a cold one bc they get busy. There's hydrating/water stations around the facility. Flatbed was good and so were the drinks. Food and drink prices are on the high side. Parking was super easy. Restrooms were clean and there was always a crew working on it to keep them dry. Plenty of lockers to leave your belongings in an enjoy an afternoon going from hot tubs to cold plunges. read more

Hubby planned a date for the two of us at World Springs on a Saturday and I was looking forward to experiencing the venue. With over 40 mineral host springs with temperatures ranging from the 80's to the 100's, as well as plunges, saunas, fire pits, a cafe and bar, it seemed promising. I really wanted to go here and LOVE the experience, but unfortunately, I didn't. Unfortunately, I can't pinpoint the exact reason for my disappointment, it felt more like transitioning between various hot tubs, rather than immersing myself in a relaxing experience. I genuinely love this place, and the staff are incredible. The atmosphere is beautiful, the pools are relaxing, and the zen, the food and relaxing music do create a great experience. Even on a Monday, the parking lot was full, so it's clear this place is popular. My only real concern is staffing. I honestly found myself wanting to get up and help. There appeared to be one server, an amazing woman probably in her late 30s or 40s, running drinks to what felt like well over 100 guests while everyone else enjoyed the pools. ( I want to offer her a seat in the cold plunge pool ) She was working tirelessly in temperatures well over 100 degrees, and I was genuinely concerned about how much she was being asked to do. She deserves recognition, and I hope management considers adding more staff during busy periods. No employee should have to carry that kind of workload alone, especially in extreme heat. My only other observations are that the cold plunge pools could use a bit more of a thorough cleaning or an improved filtration system, also towels were difficult to find throughout our visit. I sincerely hope the staff are paid well because they work incredibly hard, and every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and talented. My impression is that any stress I noticed came from the team being stretched too thin, not from a lack of effort or care. This is a wonderful place, and with a little more investment in staffing and maintenance, it would easily be a five star experience every time. read more

WorldSprings is the ultimate romantic + fun date spot. It's quiet enough to actually talk (rare for dates), but still has relaxing music so you don't hear random splashes in awkward silence. The wristbands are super handy--you can use them to pay for things and to open your locker. (Tip: press the top of the band against the lock and twist your wrist to open and close it.) There are so many pools to explore, which made it exciting even when I had no idea what I was doing. The regulars told us the trick is alternating between the cold plunge and sauna, and trying it out was both hilarious and refreshing. The sunset views are gorgeous, and everyone is taking pictures, so don't be shy to bring your phone. The only real downside? Closing time. They clear the pools 30 minutes early (which does cut into the time you paid for), then 100+ people rush the changing rooms at once... no towels left, no where to change clothes, everyone dripping wet, and tiny hair dryers that could barely handle one strand of hair. The end felt more like a scramble than a spa. Still, everything leading up to that was amazing. My advice: head out an hour before closing and you'll keep the relaxing, romantic vibe all the way through. read more
