This is the most wonderful place!! We called for an appointment and they got us in super quickly. I came with a friend and we both got manicures and pedicures, and they had 2 people working on each of us. They were so kind and sweet and chatted with us. They do AMAZING work here!! My fingers and toes are practically flawless. I can't say enough good things about V nails and spa in carrollton! The place is very clean and tidy and has to be the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. I would highly highly recommend!!

A lovely cozy nail salon. Everything is clean and nice. The vibe is very serene and calm. Owner and staff are super sweet and friendly. The service I received is also very top notch. The tech is gentle and handles my cuticles with care. My pedicure still looks very good after 3 weeks despite my daily barefoot yoga practice. I wouldn't really need another pedicure if not for my cuticles and calluses. I have to drive a bit to get to this salon. But even though I have so many salons very close to home. This salon is still my first choice

Hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to! All the ladies were so sweet! I got a full set of dip nails by Sara with beautiful flowers & rhinestones, she's a very talented artist. And a pedicure with Water, who was so gentle & considerate of a knee injury I'm still recovering from. Both did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with my experience & nails. I'll definitely be back & recommending them. What a treat.

After I discovered them I've never gone anywhere else in Dallas, despite moving 45 min away, I still make the drive. Nim takes her time and is truly a perfectionist, I trust her completely! The vibe of the salon is friendly and positive and comfortable. Every staff person is kind and takes the time to get to know their clients! I truly can't recommend this salon enough!! Also not to mention their prices are insanely reasonable for the quality. This place feels like a hidden gem but I can't gatekeep, Nim deserves the world!

I want to start off by saying this place has some amazing staf!! For a long time I had been traveling for more than a hour to get my nails done because I couldn't find a place that put effort into what I wanted done. Im so glad to say that I finally found that place close to home! This is my second time coming here and all I have to do is show them a picture of what I want and they get it done. I went to this nail salon to fix everything from a previous nail salon that same day being that I was unsatisfied and unhappy with the end product on my natural nails. I was taken care of immediately once I walked through the door, the nail tech which I assume was the owner kept asking me if everything was okay, and made my nails look natural, clean, and precise. She fixed every mistake from the prior nail tech with filing, shaping, and even gel nail color and took her time doing so. * the owner even offered to open on a closed day for a client for a rescheduled nail appointment which I thought was nice. I came again another day for a pedicure being that I haven't had one in a few months and my toe nails were hurting on the sides I was taken care of immediately once more. I believe I got the deluxe service for $68 with gel polish and it was wonderful. My tech took her time, everything precise, wasn't a rushed service, my toe nails don't hurt on the sides anymore, and looks clean would highly recommend! read more

Love this salon! It's a small family run shop. I scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband earlier in the day and they were able to get us both in together. I was heavily pregnant and they took great care of me. It's a small place with unit a few chairs. The staff is super kind and friendly. We had a mid level pedicure but next time I'd like to try a high level pedi along with a mani. read more

Exceeded my expectation! Very polite on the phone when I scheduled (with short notice). Mey did my nails and was wonderful. The CLEANEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! This place is immaculate! I wish I lived here so I could come all the time. I'm in my 50s, been to a lot of salons over the years. Owners don't allow their paying customers to choose what they want to pay for. They "couldn't" do the dip and charged $45 for a gel manicure $10 for dip removal. I payed a total of 110$ for a gel manicure/pedicure with low quality nail polishes. For an overpriced salon you would expect better customer service from the owners. read more

Time for an updated review. I'm still completely in love with this place! Nim is now my go to girl, and I've referred all my friends to her. A small sultry salon in Carrollton. Prices have gone up, but I'm still here! $40 for dip, $5 for tips, $5 for fun shapes like almond, or stiletto, and $5 for design. Very price friendly in my opinion. Ask for Anne for your pedicure! read more

This place is a gem and exactly what I needed near my house. The prices are super reasonable, the environment is very clean and well kept and the nail art is the bomb. I love that they know how to naturally shape of the nails. They have a HUGE selection of colors for gel, dip, regular nail polish. Everyone is super sweet and great vibes here. I came in for an acrylic fill and pedicure and showed a reference photo of the cat eye nails I wanted. The owner immediately told me they couldn't do cat eye, so I agreed to switch to chrome instead. When the chrome was applied, it wasn't visible at all. I mentioned that I didn't want to pay extra for chrome since there was no noticeable effect. At that point, my nail technician told me they actually could do cat eye and brought over another technician to do it. Unfortunately, the finished nails looked nothing like the inspiration photo, but I accepted that and was ready to move on. The problem came at checkout. I was charged an additional fee for both gel and cat eye. I politely asked the owner to remove the cat eye charge because of the confusion and because the final result wasn't what I requested. Rather than taking any accountability for the miscommunication, he argued with me, talked over me, and insisted I pay the full amount. I've overlooked imperfect nails in the past because everyone makes mistakes. What I can't overlook is poor customer service and refusing to take responsibility for a situation the owner created. After years of being a loyal customer, I expected much better. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated--not because of the nails--I won't be returning.

I call ahead. Told to wait 15-20 min. Arrive in 25. The lady looks at me and says "I thought you…read moreweren't going to come." In front of the entire nail alone. I ask, "Why would you think that?" And then she just has like a little weird giggle and brushes me off. I'm only 5 minutes off and it's not like had an actual appointment scheduled. They were still in the middle (not starting) servicing someone when I arrived, so it wouldn't even have mattered. I would've still had to wait. I'm sitting down, and the lady tells me the guy will start on me after a customer already there requests a manicure add on service all while I'm already waiting and it's only 2 in there. Which means they both will be occupied on him. I'm sitting at the pedicure bowl, and it's DIRTY inside and she's wondering why my legs were not propped up oh the foot rest. Even THAT WAS DIRTY!! She just rinses it out with water. :/ Residue is still inside. So no they don't use linings!! The guy is literally trying to go back and forth between me and the client getting services NOT A HAND WASHED, NOR SANITIZED, NO GLOVES!! I asked could he at least sanitize his hands or something before touching me again. He goes to wash his hands a the lady told him to just stay working on the client already there. Mind you I need a soak off hands and feet on top of a service. The drill bit he was about to use to take my gel off also looked VERY USED!! They basically wanted me to sit and wait for them to finish the guy, they close in 30 minutes. At this point I had already been there 15-20 minutes myself. Didn't offer me anything to drink even though they were sitting right there. I just decided to not get serviced and leave! Very unsanitary. Also the bin that the blue towels you dry your hands off with, also had trash in it! Idk what they got going on in there. Lastly, whenever the lady walked over to me to look at my nails, she had the same gloves on that. She was using to do the pedicure, touch my hands to see that I polish on there, and then literally sat back down to go work on the man's feet again. I'm a licensed Esthi/cosmo myself, so I know we ALLL should know proper infection control. Never again. I wish I would've taken photos of the dirty bowls

We walked in around 6:30pm on a Saturday and I like their store hours since they are opened later than most places. You are offered non-alcoholic complimentary drinks. You can havr alcoholic drinks if you want as well. My nail tech Nathan had us laughing the whole time! He did a great job and my cousin and I are very happy with our nails! Will be back :)

She took off all of my lashes, my eyes were burning and I laid there for two hours and when she was done I had less lashes than I had before I went in. My eyes were stuck together and were burning and when I opened my eyes there were big gaps where she pulled my eyelashes out and it hurt. And she charged me 150 dollars to come out with less eyelashes I had when I went in. I look horrible and I paid $150 to have my own eyelashes pulled out. i asked her what kind of lashes she was using and she said that I SAID I WANTED THEM TO LOOK NATURAL. I NEVER EVEN SAID THAT!!! Ladies be careful of this place if you're looking to have lashes done. THEN She said she would take them off for me!! HA! After pulling out my real lashes and having my eyes glued together.... do you think I want her to take them off and leave me looking like this? AND she is answering her phone the whole time she's doing my lashes. OMG! I give her a BIG ZERO RATING!

The…read moreinterior is very well designed, clean, and extremely "Instagrammable," which definitely makes it a nice spot if you care about ambiance and aesthetics. When I arrived, the staff initially seemed friendly, and I did make sure to clearly explain my nail injury on my right thumb. That part felt acknowledged at first, which I appreciated. Kim did my pedicure and Theresa did my manicure, and both of them did a good job with the services themselves. However, what really disappointed me was the lack of attention when I asked multiple times for a cotton ball and foil for my injured nail. I asked three different people and kept getting overlooked, which was frustrating given that I couldn't properly soak or file that nail due to the injury. Another concern came up at checkout. I noticed the price for my manicure was changed at the register compared to what had been written by the nail technician. That felt dishonest and left a bad impression at the end of the visit. Because of those experiences, while the salon is beautiful and the technicians were skilled, I'm not sure I would return anytime soon.
