I was taken care of immediately once I walked through the door, the nail tech which I assume was the owner kept asking me if everything was okay, and made my nails look natural, clean, and precise. She fixed every mistake from the prior nail tech with filing, shaping, and even gel nail color and took her time doing so. * the owner even offered to open on a closed day for a client for a rescheduled nail appointment which I thought was nice. I came again another day for a pedicure being that I haven't had one in a few months and my toe nails were hurting on the sides I was taken care of immediately once more. I believe I got the deluxe service for $68 with gel polish and it was wonderful. My tech took her time, everything precise, wasn't a rushed service, my toe nails don't hurt on the sides anymore, and looks clean would highly recommend!

I chose the color I wanted and dipped my feet into the warm and bubbly water. The service Tammy provided was great, she offered me water and made sure that the water temp was to my liking. She just rinses it out with water. :/ Residue is still inside. So no they don't use linings!! The guy is literally trying to go back and forth between me and the client getting services NOT A HAND WASHED, NOR SANITIZED, NO GLOVES!! I asked could he at least sanitize his hands or something before touching me again. He goes to wash his hands a the lady told him to just stay working on the client already there. Mind you I need a soak off hands and feet on top of a service. The drill bit he was about to use to take my gel off also looked VERY USED!! They basically wanted me to sit and wait for them to finish the guy, they close in 30 minutes. At this point I had already been there 15-20 minutes myself. Didn't offer me anything to drink even though they were sitting right there. I just decided to not get serviced and leave! Very unsanitary. Also the bin that the blue towels you dry your hands off with, also had trash in it! Idk what they got going on in there. Lastly, whenever the lady walked over to me to look at my nails, she had the same gloves on that. She was using to do the pedicure, touch my hands to see that I polish on there, and then literally sat back down to go work on the man's feet again.
