Quality and price for poor work. Have to go somewhere else to get my nails redone knowing I went in there with issues. The vibe was super rushed I would never take my daughter again just for this expensive experience alone. read more

This is my spot!!! I've been a loyal customer for a while now and each time I come I have a great experience. I always see Lena. I love how she takes her time with my nails and toes and always listens to what I want. Many other places may have their techs rush to finish so they can move on to the next but Lena always takes her time to make sure my nails and perfect and they last me a solid 3-4 weeks!!! If Lena was not there I would probably ask for Jenny, Erik, Tim, or Tammy because I know they are great and have loyal customers too. Highly recommend you make an appointment!!!!! Yes, they have walk ins and will try to take you but they get busy especially on weekends so it's best to call ahead. read more

Hanna did my nails today, she was amazing best looking nails I've ever gotten beautiful design. My mom went with me and absolutely loved it!! Everyone was so friendly too as soon as we walked in we felt welcome! read more

I usually don't write reviews but I absolutely had to for these nails!! I don't think i've ever had such an amazing experience in a nail salon! When I showed my nail tech my reference picture she picked out a color that I didn't think would match but I went with it anyway, and she was so spot on with the color and shaping I'm absolutely obsessed!! She was so nice and made sure about everything that she did was what I wanted before she went ahead! 10000% my new go to nail salon!! UPDATE!! These nails have lasted me longer than any nails ever have for me! They stayed on for almost a full month which i've never been able to do! read more

They were ok....but I won't be back. Mainly because my nailsI got we're not worth the $40 I paid - they weren't attentive to making it look flawless. They left nail polish powder all over my hands, didn't even apply lotion when finished. 6 days later this is my dip....5 nails cracked and they're too full to take me. Now 100% won't be back. read more

Love this place, they have a great variety of spa options and the techs are all pretty good to great. Friendly, (for the most part) and I always leave relaxed and pleased with their work. I'll be honest, it seems they do treat their frequent flyers a little better than new people, at times. I went once with my sister and my service was excellent, while hers, she stated, was just okay. I live up the street, so I'm not tripping read more

Variety of services, talented nail artists, appointments are kept, and staff friendly and helpful to get exactly what you want or find a product or design that will make you happy. Relaxing atmosphere, clean facilities, hygienic practices and instrument handling. Selection of refreshments and the prices are affordable especially for the great service. read more

Everyone is super friendly. They'll get to know you by name. They offer complimentary soft drinks or wine. The chairs are newer massage chairs. The place is very clean. They do a great job on pedicures. I don't get manicures, so I can't speak on that. I have been coming here for years. It's always been a great place with comparable prices to others locations in the area. Betty & Mimi are great Managers and are always friendly & super helpful. Give them a try, you won't be sorry. read more

save yourself the trouble- don't come here!! story time came in- some minor issues, design wasn't executed, hands were raw and hurting. but they were nice so i didn't want to make a fuss- literally left the building to grab my wallet come back pay and 20% tip. decided to go somewhere else to get them shaped up- all she did was file them even and repaint them. same. set. (my nail tech was done resting from falling and hitting her head) so we were able to finally take these off and see if there was any damage that needed to heal before a new set. that's when we noticed how swollen they got- and gummy!! yeah- i'm 40 mins from this shop so i finally am able to go back exactly 2 weeks less than 30 days. i lowered my head and spoke softly asking for a refund bc this is low behavior to leave someone with a set knowing how damaging it is. telling him this is honestly offensive and should be reported- he tells me i'm threatening him that people like me do this, and so yeah i just left because i tried to communicate and find a solution and he just kept gaslighting me that it wasn't his nails and that i wasn't there. when i literally saw and talked to my gfs godmother and friend who were there when i was getting my nails done. i sit in my car calling my gf to tell her of what happened bc he was getting aggressive with me in tone. and that's when i look up and he walked up to my car knocking of my window asking for my name and number to be put on file- that i was on camera- once again i tried to not make a scene or fuss but management was not willing to listen. i told him i have all the time stamps, receipts of payment- location stamp on pictures- down to a physical person who can vouch i was in the shop. so please save yourself the trouble and don't come here. ps i spent 80$ on just my hands- ridiculous. read more

This is hands down the most relaxing mani/pedi I have ever had! Really nice staff and fair prices make it even better!

While trimming my teenager's cuticles during her manicure they cut her finger quite badly (see chunk of flesh missing in second pic). Rather than stopping and seeking help (I was in the salon) the nail tech convinced my daughter that she was going to have to cut some more to "even it out" leading to another chunk out. read more

Terrible. They have some quality technicians but too many that are not trained. My cuticles bleed every time because they rushing to get the next walk-in. I gave them a shot again and never again. Always super rushed, NOT relaxing at all and don't honor their appointments on time. NEVER AGAIN!! STAY AWAY! read more

i've always gone to this place because i'm pleased with the results, but today i had such a phenomenal experience with jenny and now i will always go back to this place for her. she was very kind and an amazing conversationalist, she took every measure to make sure i was comfortable and to make sure i enjoyed my experience. she has earned my loyalty from now on and for as long as possible. read more

Andy did a great job on my nails. I got the nexgen powder color. He was really nice and made sure everything was perfect. They were busy but were able to get me in quickly. Claire did a great job with my gel manicure and my pedicure was great although I didn't get the technician's name. Very friendly and I'll definitely return. Went back today - Christeen definitely didn't do as good a job on my nails as Claire did. I might go back but not sure you get the bang for the buck here. read more

I've had good experiences both times I've gone here. Both technicians I had were knowledgeable, honest, and informative. I will be going back in 3 weeks (just got my nails done today). I got nextgen dip powder both times and both times the technicians did a good job. For now, this is my nail shop. My boyfriend swears by this place, he likes it too. It's hard for me to find a good nail shop and this place is good! The first time I went I had Dianne, the second time I had Irene. Diane couldn't do what I wanted the second time and she was honest about it, so Irene worked on me this time. I will probably ask for Irene next time I go. She did a great job! read more

Last chance...again the manicure technician caused my cuticle to bleed. I won't go back. Instead of nipping the cuticle, the method is to pull with the nippers. I'll use my cuticle "melt away" from now on. Leg message and polish application was fun. read more

Best nail salon in Coppell, hands down. Betty and Claire are awesome! They fit me in on the spur of the moment because another Coppell nail salon did a horrible job. I won't ever go anywhere else! Thank you for saving my feet! read more

(051813) It was okay. For the price I expected a little better skill but it's always a crap shoot at these places. My girl just didn't seem confident or comfortable. She made me slide my seat all the way fwd b/c she said she wld hve to reach if I was further back. So basically I was crammed up in the chair the whole time unable to really relax b/c I cldnt stretch out. I've never experienced anything like that. So, take ur chances. The paint job looks good. Let's see how long it lasts... read more

In response to Barbara T. and Rabab R. - Barbara if the tech does something you do not like say something immediately so they can take care of it then. Don't complain on yelp after the fact and give a bad review - apparently you liked something if the massage and polish application were fun!!! Rabab - this is a VERY populated area and if you expected to "walk-in" on a weekend and NOT wait - you are so VERY wrong!!! MAKE an APPOINTMENT next time and you will not be disappointed! This is the BEST salon in the Metroplex - without a doubt! You cannot get a better deal for your $$$$ Ladies if you are looking for a new Nail salon in the Coppell area please try Legacy - you will not be disappointed!!! read more

My first visit to Legacy Nails. I brought my mom in for a new set of pink and white nails (White tips, pink powder, buffed, old-style). They wanted to sell me on the gel nails, but I like the old-fashioned acrylic. Beautiful Mediterranean decor with comfortable spa pedi chairs, clean washup area, and comfortable looking client chairs at the manicure stations. Everything looked clean, but no liners for the footbaths. Friendly aestheticians who seemed to understand me at first, but then on my manicure I ended up with squared nails instead of ovals, as I requested. I might go again if I am in the area. This location is about 30+ miles from my home. Nice job overall. read more

Since I am new to the area I was in dire need of finding a new nail salon. Went to a few places and wasn't satisfied. I have been here 3 times (every 2 weeks). The variety of types of Manicures and Pedicures is fantastic! The colors - regular, gel and nex-gen is huge. It is typically quiet with relaxing music, but if you go during your busy nights it is quite loud. I like how they do both my manicure and pedicure together. I have recently switched to just having a regular manicure over the other types and they have lasted me a week (which is a miracle working in Food & Beverage). I would certainly recommend! read more

I've been coming here for years! The nail and eyebrow technician, Hannah is one of my absolute favorites. I love getting pampered here, and my nexgen nails come out perfect every time! And Irene is my fav nail tech! read more

This is my GO TO PLACE! I have been going to Legacy for over a year now ever since I moved to the Lewisville/Coppell area. They never disappoint! I have gotten solar, nexgen, gel, pedicure and they turn out great everytime. I would say the same as other reviews; they're pricing is comparable to other salons but you pay what you get for! Not only is the quality of work up there, so is their customer service. With other salons I feel like one is usually compromised--but not here. The front desk girl is always welcoming and makes sure I'm taken care of. I highly recommend Jack for your technician. He is super friendly, gives good color recommendations, and always makes sure I'm satisfied. Big fan of Legacy Nails!! read more

Came here to get my nails and toes done. The guy who did my nails was very rough and hurt me. My nails are super uneven and not painted all the way. Had an appointment and still had to wait. It was also very expensive. Very disappointed in my nail experience. read more

So this is my usual nail salon of choice as it's close to my house. Needless to say today is my last day. I received an overlay on my toes and the guy who did that was great. The guy who actually did my spa pedicure was not. He barely scrubbed the bottoms of my feet to remove any dead skin, he did not ask before cutting my toe nails and cut them WAY too short. He did not massage at all only rubbed lotion and oil on. I was getting white toe polish and the preview color was still visible. I didn't speak up because I am non confrontational and I was trying to relax before picking my kids up from school. I will absolutely pay for services but won't be coming back. Idk if he is new but this was terrible. read more

The place was pretty inside, seemed to be extremely tidy. However, my nails looked horrible when I was done. My toe-nails were not filed smoothly, and the lady doing my nails rushed the entire time (didn't even rub in most of the lotion on my legs). The lady also got upset with me because I did not purchase the luxurious $40 pedicure, only the $26 one...which felt like a $5 pedicure!! The last thing is the massage chairs are somewhat falling apart, and you cant even see the buttons anymore...therefore you cannot even turn on your chair. When you do finally get your chair on, it just completely jiggles your body the whole time as if you are having a seizure! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!...WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. read more

I got my nails done here today and it looks as if I got them done my self. Actually it looks worst. Such a bad job, won't be coming here again! I can't believe I paid 37 for this gel nails it looks horrible! I'm so disappointed!!!! Waste of money and time!!! read more

I totally love this salon. They're clean and the room doesn't smell like acetone like the other ones I tried. The staff is very professional and patient. I get gel nails done about every two weeks and pedicures and each are wonderful. They will do my nails chair side when I get my pedicure done! Also the quality on my nails is excellent. The nails are stronger than when done elsewhere and they are very meticulous to make sure the job is done right. When they have to remove my acrylic and gel they are much gentler on my hands and don't soak them in acetone. Loving this place! read more

Legacy Nail - Beautiful! - Nail Salons Near Me - Coppell, Texas

Love love love this nail salon! I first went about a year ago at the recommendation of my step mother. They've always done an amazing job on my nails and I often bring my daughter so we can have a mini girls night. They are extremely patient with her and she feels like she's getting treated like a princess. I've tried a few other salons in the area but none compare to Legacy. The staff is extremely friendly and they're always able to fit you in, even on their busiest days / nights. I no longer go anywhere else :) read more
