Went back again. I got great service again. I got a gel manicure. I was greeted upon entering. I was explained pricing and options before the service was rendered I am very pleased with the shop, the cleanliness of the shop, how valuable I was treated and the quality of service given. A nail fill. I made my appt with Anna early in the day for 5:00pm. There was a light out on corporate drive so I called and told the store I would be a couple mins late. I was there at 5:04. I was seated at a chair and was told by Anna that she would be right with me. I waited 10 min and then someone asked if I wanted a drink? I asked how long my wait would be and was told 20 mins. They left us with crooked nails (I had to ask her to cut my nails shorter and she only cut 1 nail shorter. Left the rest long (like wtf)) we kept asking for them to not cut the skin around the nail plate. Kept having to ask for them to straighten out our nails. Okay, here's the thing...I've regularly driven past this place for the last 3 1/2 years and have also made previous appointments which I've had to cancel for one reason or another. The crazier thing is I've always LOVED the various pics of the completed designs - LOL! I finally visited the ladies at Glaze Nails back on 3/1/2023...and I left VERY, VERY, VERY PLEASED! My appointment was for 4 p.m. and I was seen promptly. I got a full set of acrylic nails and their standard pedicure. I found the design for my nails on Pinterest and hoped whoever I was assigned to was up to doing their best. Y'all, I am SO happy with the final results! the first picture shows my nails after first getting them done (May 31). I was charged an extra $5 for cuticle trim and she cut almost all of my fingers to the point of bleeding (you can see the blood around the cuticle). In total I paid $105. I wasn't given a discount, and I was overcharged $20 after I left and had to call and get it fixed. The next photos show my nails almost 3 months later, after not getting nails again. They dug into my natural nail creating a sort of hole/indent in my nail and as it started growing out it began peeling off and away from the nail bed. Hoping it doesn't get infected. Will not be returning, she was very careless when it came to doing my nails and no one else said anything about it, and still dealing with it months later. read more

They do an okay job however they are super slow. I stopped coming here when it took a nail tech 2 hours to do basic gel nails without acrylic. Even if you have an appointment on a weekend prepare to wait. Also the one thing I couldn't stand is that the place doesn't seem very sanitary. I question how sanitary this place is. I visited yesterday with my daughter. We both got mani/pedis. My technician wasn't very friendly and didn't want to paint my entire nail. I had to show her where there was no paint on 3 of my fingers. The wait was about 15 minutes for me and 25 for my daughter, although they sat us in chairs. This was done so we wouldn't immediately leave. $120 later, i will not return. The prices were average but the service was poor. read more

My friend and I came to Glaze Nails to get a full set for her and a gel manicure for myself to look nice for her mother's funeral. My manicure was nice, it only included the polish not the typical hand/arm rub down so at $20, it was a but overpriced. And that's the only remotely positive thing I have to say. My friend requested a full set, and asked the woman to first do a square nail and after cutting each decided the rounded square might look better. When she asked for the rounded square the tech told her that it would be too much trouble to round the nails. That was after she tried to sell my friend on an eyebrow wax because her 'eyebrows make her look like a man'. We won't be returning. read more
