I came in for a manicure and pedicure, made an appointment ahead of time. a technician started with my pedicure and I noticed as others arrived they immediately had someone come wrap their fingers to have the hand nail polish removed. I reminded the pedicure technician I was also getting a manicure and didn't have the foil on for the polish remover. She spoke to the gal putting foil on the others. After some exchange the technician doing my pedicure got up and brought back a bowl of acetone and told me to put my hands in there (pictured) Not once did the other gal helping everyone else give me the service given to everyone else in the salon. read more

Gel mani and "luxury" pedi today. Not the quality I'm used to - and I don't live in a posh area like Flower Mound. It was just ok. Seems like the gel polish was thinned out. The end result is uneven. Also, I asked for a particular color for my toes and I think they just pulled something they thought was close because later I noticed it wasn't really close to my fingernails at all. Really disappointed in that. The fact that I was the only customer in there should have tipped me off. I know Flower Mound has better places so next trip I'll look for another place. If you just want it done, it's fine. Otherwise, I would check some of the other places out. There are many others to choose from. read more

First time back to Diva since Pandemic started. They have remodeled and all techs still are wearing masks. Inside looks pretty and clean. They don't require customers to wear masks but seat you one chair away from other people. My gel mani looks perfect. Pedicure looked was relaxing as well but massages never seem to match what's advertised as 10 minutes long. Prices had gone up $80 for basic classic mani/pedi with gel polish only on finger nails. read more

I came in to get my nails done for homecoming and the lady who did them did the completely wrong color, they are way too short, way too thin and the french tips look poorly done. I am very very disappointed with the quality, as I paid $67 for dip french tip nails. Other places around this area charge 40-50 dollars, so $67 is absolutely not worth it. read more

I tried to call and talk to the manager and they kept telling me she wasn't in and to call back. I'm unhappy. Shouldn't she call me back? Nothing. After calling a week and a half I gave up. Got #523 dipping powder. The nail color I got was completely different from the sample color. I ended up with bright pink nails. I told them I didn't want tips, so they also filed down my nails to nothing instead of shaping the length that I did have. They offered to redo the color but I had already been there over an hour and didn't have time to wait. If you do dipping powder then you know how long that can take. Then they asked me to come back the next day and they would fix it. Again...I don't have time to go back and wait another 2 hours. The tech's hands were shaking the entire time and the nails are very uneven and poorly finished. This place used to be nice. I'm not sure what happened. Won't be returning. read more

I was here for a gel mani and regular pedi. They charge $45 USD!!! For gel mani and $43 for what I would call a regular pedi. Total of $93 USD and I didn't pick any add-ons. I was recently at another nail salon in Flower Mound and I paid $80 for birth services with neck massage. I do not see the value for what they charge. Time to look for a new place with more reasonable prices. read more

Stopped in with my daughter at 11:30a today (Thursday). The receptionist didn't know the prices... Had to flip through the flyer. That should have clued me in to say thank you and leave. But, we're new to town and this shop is literally a mile from our new house. Immediately behind us walks in a grandma and her two little ones. The girl took us all to the pedi chairs. My daughter wanted a mani only so they sat her in a chair. 20 minutes is what my very average & kinda sad pedi took. Zero pleasantries or pampering. My daughter sat there with nothing. The two little girls got pedis and the grandma also sat with no notice. There were maybe 4-5 other customers. Not cool. I asked when my daughter and I would be getting our manis and the lady just half smiled back. The grandma and I exchanged withered looks and I knew I was done! So I paid ($30!) for a really ho-hum pedi and a super bummed tween to get nothing. Waste of time. read more

I love this place! To start, they have a lot of dipping colors and gel colors that have matching polish for your toes!! There is nothing worse then trying to match your hands and toes and ending up with a clash! They also serve complimentary drinks (wine and other beverages) I don't ever take them up on it but it's nice that they offer it. I never request anyone specific when I go since I always go last min but Kay and Sam are my favorites. ALL of the nail techs do a good job so you can just get whoever is available and be happy. First, I had to wait probably 15 minutes just to get someone to come to the front desk to check me out. Then, Lynn walked up and was incredibly rude and did not want to help me at all and was very put out that I was using a gift card. If they don't want people to use gift cards, then don't have any!! She barely said a word and when she did it was rude and impolite. I asked if I could tip the lady that did my pedicure and she said no and would not let me tip her so I had to use cash and go find the lady that did my pedicure and tip her with that. All of this was after I had already had a bad experience at Diva and I was trying to give them another chance. All I have to say now is that I will never be returning and will put my money towards another nail salon. read more

I have been nicked twice and for the first time ever, developed a fungal infection after a pedicure. Won't have pedicures there anymore but still go for dipping powder nails. read more

Wow! I really, really like this place. The first time there, I was greeted by two lovely young ladies who really made me feel good about coming in. Then, I had a pedicure from Thai, and he does an awesome job! The presentation of the scrubs they use is so pretty. You can tell they go through pains to add that special touch to make you feel pampered. Thai really gave me a wonderful massage and also the paraffin wax was great. I found out that the two lovely girls are his daughters and that his wife, Kelly, was also there. A lovely family. The next week I brought my mother. She got a manicure and pedicure and received the same special treatment. I know that there are many salons out there vying for our business. I think that I will be going to this place. read more

The reviews posted were helpful. I thought the manager, Kim, was only rude to me. She barely speaks when I come in with her back to me and whispers which seat I should take for a pedicure. That rudeness got the attention of two other customers who told her, "No one can hear you." I had to ask her four times, "what did you say?" Several times she has offered the person sitting to my immediate right and to my left something to drink, but has totally ignored me. I get the impression that they have more customers than they want and treat us like nuisances and irritations. Lynn is the owner and seems "sort" of nice. The only reason I go there now is because Blake does a really good job on my nails using the dipping gel. I've started getting pedicures any where and every where else. If I could find a salon that does both well I would stop going to Diva in Flower Mound no matter how convenient the location is. They have gone up on their prices quite a bit. This came as a surprise a few weeks ago when I was there. Before removing the nail gel and applying new along with a so called "best" pedicure came to $90.00. For the exact same things last time the bill was $120.00 which included an additional $5.00 for "working on cuticles". Nothing was done on the cuticles and I felt it was just a gouging attempt. Before I could afford to be very generous with tipping, well beyond 20%. But at their new rates I can't afford both. read more
