Drinks were offered (sweet tea, orange juice, and a Coke for our crew), and from there it was full-on relax mode. The girls got kid pedicures and gel nails and loved every second of it--especially getting to kick back in the massage chairs on full blast while I finished up. I absolutely love getting my nails done by my girl Kimmy and my pedicures by Randy! I followed them from Aura Salon & Spa, and I feel so lucky to have met them there and continue getting their services now at Bella Nail Bar. This salon has so much to offer. They have a variety of packages depending on what you're looking for--I usually go for the cucumber melon pedicure with gel. For my manicure, I switch between gel and dip, and they have a huge selection of colors to choose from. They're currently expanding and adding more chairs, and the vibe is super cute. They also offer complimentary drinks and have TVs so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy being pampered. I come here about once a month and definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

I do enjoy coming here to get my nails done. Quality of work has been consistently good and can easily walk in for an appointment. Only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is for the menu and use of their space. The menu can get a little confusing with their pedicures. Some of them seem very similar although I do enjoy the most of them. Especially the Jelly one (it's an interesting experience). They do have a bar area where they actually do make cocktails. Sometimes I wish for more variety with soft drinks but I'm glad there is a drink menu at all. However the bar space is flooded with nail samples which is what make the poor use of space. It would be nicer to be able to sit at the bar while your nails dry than trying to sort through the thousands of nail options that are scattered on the counter top. read more

This review is based on 3 visits, one which I didn't receive a service. My first visit was great, I had a gel french manicure & pedi. Cindy was very attentive and would ask follow up questions to ensure she knew what i wanted. She even brought a couple of different options for the "pink" part of my nail. She was heart and I was very happy with everything. I returned, 3 weeks later and unfortunately that was Cindy's day off so I went only with the manicure since they don't go both at the same time. The new person didn't ask about the shape of my nails, in had said I wanted the exact same thing just obviously shorter. She left them rounder than what I usually get, but it wasn't that big of a deal. It took the manicurist next to us to tell her the "pink" color I wanted, even though it's apparently the most commonly used. She was using a different one at first. It's bubble bath or something like that. Again, not a big deal just a little awkward. I was however ver impressed with her one swoop french painting tip, she said it's the Korean way. It wasn't the usual paint the thick white line and use the acetone to remove the white and shape the curve. So it wasn't until I got into my car that I noticed the pink part was cloudy. It wasn't layered on correctly and looked cloudy, there were bubbles in 3 of my nails and fibers in some as well. To be honest you couldn't see the cloudiness in the salon but you could in the sunlight. It bothered my because I just got engaged 2 weeks before the 2nd visit and had planned a photo shoot for Memorial Day weekend while out of town. Once home I noticed little drop size of gel stuck under my nail and around my finger tips and my cuticles are a mess. It took a lot for me to talk to someone and although she tried to be nice it was obvious she was annoyed. She did call her manager and got a re-do approved with Cindy 4 days later. I requested a Monday because I felt bad coming on the weekend when I know they're their busiest. Come Monday, I explained I was there to see Cindy for a redo but don't want to damage my nails by having them remove them after 4 days since they use that machine to file the gel off and it burned last time. I had rescheduled my photo shoot anyways due to weather issues. Instead I asked for a pedi from Cindy so that way she'd get paid instead of the free correction. I was seated and then after 10 min get notified Cindy was removed from my appt earlier that day and replaced with Someone else. I explained the situation and how I explicitly stated I wanted Cindy and why and I had even received approval from manager and after returning from speaking to someone else, she said I could wait for another 30 minutes or have someone else. I left work early to make this appointment and they didn't honor the appointment. It was made obvious they didn't care. I just wish they were honest from the get go about wanting to make sure I was happy with my nails instead of wasting my time and gas. I would recommend Cindy as she was great but i will most likely not come back. There are too many options out there to have to settle for bad service from the rest. read more

I waited after the first time I came here to get a dip manicure before o decided to review. This time I came with colleagues after work to enjoy a much needed manicure and pedicure along with massage chairs that massaged EVERY area. When I felt my butt being massaged, okay forgive me, I was like WTH is going on. But, I felt every kink from the long day at the off melt away. In addition to "Ting" magic hands. Then when they asked what was your beverage of choice double WTH! Sorry all, indulge me please. I felt like I was at a full service salon as well I felt pampered in every sense of the word. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and engaging. "Ting" (I pray I got her name correct) was absolutely the best. I felt like a valued customer. Before leaving this area to travel back home (here for work) I will be back. Ladies and gentlemen you are worth every penny there. One last thing I saw that touched my heart the first time I went was a technician attending to a young man that was paraplegic in a wheelchair giving him a manicure. My nails always look great and the service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and I've had a different nail tech every visit but every time I am not disappointed. I get dip and they always last a very long time and even when they're grown out I still get compliments on them. This is my 5th visit. I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is lively but also homey and warm. All the staff I have encountered have been so friendly and welcoming even when I don't make an appointment and just walk in due to my alternating work schedule. All the nail techs I've had have been really sweet, gentle, and skilled at their craft. I have not walked out once unhappy with the work they've done. My pedicures last forever and the nextgen mani's have been lasting 4 weeks, would be longer if my nails didn't grow so fast. Also it's definitely clean and the tools they use are pulled are pulled out a sterile package, I can assume they use an autoclave or some sort of sterilizing machine. I am always a happy customer when I leave. I think it's safe to say this is my new go to! read more

I have been here several times. Each time I have seen a new nail tech. They had a nail tech ask me to pay them on zelle, under the table style. When I went in to get one fixed after she took hours and $$$ to do them, they treated me like I was throwing a fit for wanting pearls, like the original design. When ANOTHER nail broke not even 2 weeks into having them they made me pay to have it fixed. Ridiculous. I want to like them as they do cute nails but customer service needs work! read more

Hey yall. So I decided to treat myself to go this beautiful and higher priced nail salon. The vibe was cute and it was definitely giving boujie. Now, my nail lady was very sweet. She did a good job with the pedi, my problem is with my mani. The amount you pay for their services, you'd think it'd be a great job. I was correcting her painting skills and reminding her of steps she missed. I know a good thing or two about a good mani and I definitely was not satisfied. I can't even show pics bc I went straight home and redid them myself! Icing on cake, she added services she didn't do my bill and I had to call her out on it. This was my 3rd visit and it went wrong again. The time the nail technician was to fast and rush through the pedicure and did not do a good job painting my toes so they gave me $5 discount on a $60 service. 2nd visit went good , so I thought I was okay to come back but I was wrong. The tech did not stumble my feet and shaped my toes nails crooked to the point where they could not be corrected and again they offered me a $5 discount. It would be great if they offered a second drink, especially if sitting waiting for a second service. Also, WAXING - I really wish the ladies would slow down and be sure they are truly waxing the area(s) as you can never see all the hair until you're out in the sunlight..... and talk about embarrassing! I took my mom here for a pedicure. The person cutting her toenails acut her toe, causing it to bleed. The manicurist gave my mom a , indicating there was not a problem. Her toe was bleeding and painful! On paying, my mom told the manager what happened. His response was to give her a 20% discount. Three days later, I had to take he to a podiatrist to properly cut the nail on the injured toe, as it was jagged and poking into the cut the manicurist had made. I live in Boston and am in Denton visiting my husband's family for the holidays. I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi and found Bella Nail Bar on Yelp. They got great reviews so I scheduled an appointment for noon today. I was greeted, I picked my colors, and was asked to sit in one of the pedicure chairs. Well! I turned on the massage feature, and I have never experienced anything like this. The pedicure chair at the salons at home will do a fine job of massaging the back. This one, however, not only massages the back, but the sides of the seat rise up and squeeze the hips, and the massage goes underneath and massages the butt! Very different. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was that I waited 30 minutes and then had to ask when my appointment would start. Finally it began. One person did my pedicure while another did the dip powder on my fingernails. Both of them were very personable and nice, and both did an excellent job. I've been looking for a new nail salon, and had a lot of people tell me to go here! The place was so nice, and clean. All of the workers were very nice as well, and greeted me nicely. The first thing I noticed was definitely the bar! I'm so glad they serve actual drinks, and not just boxed wine like other nail salons.. I do recommend making an appointment. They do take walk ins, but In my opinion it's more respectful to make an appointment. Which I should have done, but wasn't thinking! They seated me in less than 5 minutes, and I had a lady named Hailey do my nails, and toes. As you can see from the picture, she did AMAZING. I really like the space, and my sister comes pretty often to get her nails done here so I was excited to go with her. I sat at a pedicure chair for 45 minutes, watching other people being helped around me, before I just got up and left. Usually when you are waiting on a pedicure, they let you soak your feet in the water, but they didn't turn the water on either. I heard them telling others that there would be a wait when I was walking out, but they did not mention that to me when we walked in. My sister and mom got helped immediately, but I just sat there awkwardly until I mustered up the courage to just leave. I had the worst week of my life and just wanted a quick pedicure (I chose the cheapest option just because I get ticklish), and I just wore comfortable clothes and didn't get myself all made up. I kind of felt like maybe they assumed I wouldn't leave a good tip? I'm not sure. I came here with my mom and daughter for pedicures. My daughter got kids pedi and we chose the fruity ones that were about $50 each. My daughters was very rushed even for a kids pedicure and her polish was very thick and globby with only one coat of color and one coat of glitter and the lady did no top coat or base. It was her first time so that was a bummer. My moms girl did a good job. She groomed and did all the things well. My lady did awful with the grooming even though I told her it was important to me my cuticles be pushed away and trimmed well and she barely shaped my nails or smoothed the corners. I even told her and took the file to show her. It still wasn't corrected. The massage part and mask etc was good. They gave us drinks and offered a refill since we waited so song when we got there. The polish on my nails was horrible. I asked her to make sure the coverage was close to the skin all around and it was sloppy and looks bad especially with the cuticles that weren't groomed properly. I loved the color I picked, I just wish I could get the polish redone by someone who's good at it and my cuticles addressed. We really had a lot of stress and needed the time together that day so I wish it would've been better, especially for the money we spent. read more

It was a nice experience. Big place, multiple rooms and Lots of drink choices. I chose the lavender pedicure for $40 and it was perfect for me. The whole thing including the foot massage was nice and relaxing. The massage chair was really fun - naughty is what I called it when it started to squeeze my tush and press against my who-ha. I was like whoa, that's a little too intimate Mr. Chair. But you can turn it off. I went with my husband who needs a lot of foot care (he has corns and calluses) and he enjoyed it too, but wasn't blow away.
