I must say from the moment I called to see if there was an appointment available to when they finished my nails & toes the service was excellent. The gentleman on the phone was kind & both of my nail techs were so friendly in helping me pick the color I wanted and making sure I had everything I needed including the front desk staff who made me a Vietnamese coffee. I'm from out of town for Christmas and definitely chose the right nail salon. Very pleased with my nails & the customer service provided especially working on Christmas Eve.

Lindsey and Lucy are amazing! Lindsey can always bring my what I have in my mind for my nails come to life. Always a relaxing time!

Go see TOM! I went in today to get my nails done and met Tom. I did a walk in and asked for someone can shape well and the front desk girl said Tom can help. I love love love my nails. He listened to me, he understood the issues I've had in the past and shaped my nails without a nick on my skin! That is huge for me because I am big on nails. My shape was perfect, I didn't have to keep checking the shape and I didn't have to keep asking to fix them. He just took his time and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. He was so nice and asked me questions about the different issues I've had in the past with my nails. He explained his experience and techniques and now I somewhat understand how it's done. They didn't have the color I wanted but he went through 10+ colors to help me get something close to what I want. Book Tom! Don't get me wrong, I still love Ms Lindsey & Vanam but Tom will be my go to if he isn't booked. Thank you Tom for everything! My nails look amazing and thank you for being patient bc I'm super picky about my nails. read more

The female that performed my pedicure was amazing. Very friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Very attentive to detail. The female that performed my manicure was not very friendly at all. As a matter of fact, she appeared to be angry and seemed as if she didn't want to do it. I say "females" because neither one introduced herself or provided their names. Been going here for a few years now. Never been charged to shape my nails EVER!!! That includes any place I ever have done my nails at. That should be included in the price already. However my bill was larger than I normally pay and when I noticed they now charge to shape nails. There is no way I'm paying $40 to 50 plus and you add an additional fee on top of that to shape. I can see if they were long and a crazy shape however it was not. My nails were already in a shape for you. There was nothing extra you had to do. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. For starters, they do not use new tools. The tech splashed alcohol on them and said it was fine. After that my manicure looked like a 5 year old did it. No shape, rough edges and looked worse than how I came in. I told the guy in the front and he said that he thought they looked good and I was shocked. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Worse $85 spent. read more

We just moved to the area and I think we found our new nail bar. The inside is spacious and everything was clean and tidy. We made an appointment for 3:30 but the shop was busy and we still had to wait a while. My daughter wanted an intricate design so they made sure to get a tech capable of delivering, and that she did. We were very pleased with the result. My nails were also done well and shaped perfectly. We will definitely be back. read more

When asked why this was not disclosed to us that they did not have time when we arrived, he just smiled and said sorry you can come back another time. We will not be coming back.

One was crooked and a few of the others were different sizes. I didn't make a fuss because it wasn't noticeable from a distance and I had other appointments to get to as I was preparing for vacation. Overall, I would not return. It's not a bad place to go but it's not somewhere I would recommend if you're used to inclusive pricing and nails that are shaped properly. The search for a salon in my new area continues!

It was going good until she used the nail clippers and cut my skin around my big toe. She cut down into the quick and now my toe is sore. She also cut a corn off my toe and it bled. I couldn't feel the corn being cut. I looked down and saw it bleeding. She put antiseptic on it and used a piece of gauze to put on the bleeding. This is real scary because open wounds invite infection. I won't go there again. Keeping an eye on my toes!!!

At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Everything from the services offered to the staff, this place exceeded any nail salon I have ever been to. Great customer service, very personable, extremely professional and great at what they do. She knows me so well that I just say "You pick the color". True story, I fell at work the bruise on my arm is extremely colorful. Having bad experiences here. Worst pedicure in my whole life. She cut me three times by filing my nails so short that the file cut my skin. She forgot the polish and only put on sparkle gel. My toenails aren't even straight, she filed them crooked. And it took two hours. read more
