I had the worst experience here. I went in for acrylics and spent 5 HOURS at the salon. The first tech shaped my nails so they were pointing upward like ski slopes, and they looked extremely short and tiny almost like little kitten claws. When I brought it up to the manager, I was initially told he didn't see a problem. Eventually, he offered to fix them, but I had to soak off the entire set first. My cuticles had already been cut, shredded, and were swollen, and soaking them for 30 minutes burned the entire time because of all the cuts. The manager also hurt my nails while fixing them. I originally wanted a French tip, but the owner didn't know how to do one, so after spending 5 hours there, I had to settle for regular polish. I left extremely disappointed. I understand everyone has different levels of experience, but after 5 hours, damaged cuticles, painful removal, and nails I wasn't happy with, I expected much better. I was so excited to get my nails done here and unfortunately left feeling like I completely wasted my time and money. read more

Go see TOM! I went in today to get my nails done and met Tom. I did a walk in and asked for someone can shape well and the front desk girl said Tom can help. I love love love my nails. He listened to me, he understood the issues I've had in the past and shaped my nails without a nick on my skin! That is huge for me because I am big on nails. My shape was perfect, I didn't have to keep checking the shape and I didn't have to keep asking to fix them. He just took his time and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. He was so nice and asked me questions about the different issues I've had in the past with my nails. He explained his experience and techniques and now I somewhat understand how it's done. They didn't have the color I wanted but he went through 10+ colors to help me get something close to what I want. Book Tom! Don't get me wrong, I still love Ms Lindsey & Vanam but Tom will be my go to if he isn't booked. Thank you Tom for everything! My nails look amazing and thank you for being patient bc I'm super picky about my nails. read more

I must say from the moment I called to see if there was an appointment available to when they finished my nails & toes the service was excellent. The gentleman on the phone was kind & both of my nail techs were so friendly in helping me pick the color I wanted and making sure I had everything I needed including the front desk staff who made me a Vietnamese coffee. Been going here for a few years now. Never been charged to shape my nails EVER!!! That includes any place I ever have done my nails at. That should be included in the price already. However my bill was larger than I normally pay and when I noticed they now charge to shape nails. There is no way I'm paying $40 to 50 plus and you add an additional fee on top of that to shape. I can see if they were long and a crazy shape however it was not. My nails were already in a shape for you. There was nothing extra you had to do. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. For starters, they do not use new tools. The tech splashed alcohol on them and said it was fine. After that my manicure looked like a 5 year old did it. No shape, rough edges and looked worse than how I came in. I told the guy in the front and he said that he thought they looked good and I was shocked. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. Worse $85 spent. read more

We just moved to the area and I think we found our new nail bar. The inside is spacious and everything was clean and tidy. We made an appointment for 3:30 but the shop was busy and we still had to wait a while. My daughter wanted an intricate design so they made sure to get a tech capable of delivering, and that she did.
