Overcharged had nails done with gel: as listed $56.99. I was charged $90:00. I called and asked why I was charged so much. The receptionist reply was oh we went up on the nails to $59.00, then I said that still does not equal $90,00 then she said oh gel extra. Not according to their list price i got ripped off. $30.00 brow and lip. Left with a horrible pit in my stomach: $120.00 in the hole. For nothing: try doing your brows at the table with your nails. So uncomfortable and unprofessional will never go again. dishonest on their pricing Don't ever go: unless you want to get ripped off read more

My daughter just came back from a mani pedi with my mom. Almost 100.00 for a 12 year old and they tried to put her feet on a bucket to do her pedicure! The chair was $10.00 extra! I will never let her go there again! What kinda salon doesn't do dip? Give the customer what they want! We prefer Epic in Corinth! Won't be back to Envy ever! read more

I paid $140 for a manicure and pedicure from Nail Envy on 9/28/2022Below is the communication I sent to the manager at Nail Envy named Anna on October 12th 2022 I will include photos for you as well. Hello Anna, this is Tricia Sairie. I'm reporting some issues to you regarding my nails. I am sending you pictures. The 1st pic happened 2 days after I got my nails done by your shop. It just cracked. I wasn't even aware of it. This was right before my reunion which was completely embarrassing then I tried to super glue it and that wouldn't even work so my nail ripped off which is the next picture you see, and it's been very painful. Then a few days later you see the picture of my thumb nail that cracked. Now tonight after doing absolutely nothing my middle fingernail cracked. The pedicure I received from you was bad too as my polish and nail cracked. Worst job ever. If you do not reimburse me the $140 that I paid to get my nails done I will report you to the BBB. You have 24 hours to respond from the time I sent this and refund my money before I take action. I have not received a response from them. Anna's phone number is 469-379-5126 read more

I see fellow yelpers Brandi and Whitney have already said this but wow that's pricey. Pedi = $41.95, gel removal = $10, gel mani = $38.95. I could live with these prices but the $10 for gel removal bothers me. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 because I really liked Tam and Becky who performed my services. I only planned to get a mani but they coaxed me into a pedi at the same time. It's not as comfy because you are reaching across yourself to give your hands to the manicurist. Becky gave a long leg/foot massage and that was nice. The clientele is mostly regulars. I get my nails done a lot of places because I travel for work. This is pricey. I will update how long the mani lasts. read more

Envy Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

Really wished I had read the review before getting ripped off. Paid over 100.00USD to have my dip full set removed and to have acrylic full set nails. It took almost 2 hours to complete this service. Definitely will not recommend anyone to go here. Feels like a legit scam. I've gone to a lot more fancy nail salons and the most I've paid for this service is 60.00USD. If you all are looking for a better nail salon don't go here. RUN! Take your business elsewhere. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is dirty they overcharge and the gel nails I got chipped the next day. I wrote this review about a year ago and it miraculously disappeared. Just typing it back as a warning. Don't go here read the reviews. I have no idea how they have 4 stars very suspicious considering the only typed reviews with details give bad reviews. The ones with no details or pictures give good reviews. Hmm Yelp what's going on here ? read more

I was impressed how busy this salon was. I thought they had to do a good job if they stay this busy. However I think their business is their downfall. When I was getting my nails done the guy was not paying attention and reached to hand someone something with the drill in his hand. He cut my wrist and didn't even say anything. I said "Should I go wash that off or stop the bleeding?" He said "I guess we could put this stuff on it." He put some liquid on the cut and it burned! He told me "SHH!" The next day I had to go back in because 3 of my nails broke. I told the manager what had happen and she gave me a little trial size of lotion. The same trial size of lotion she gave me and every other customer yesterday. Still to this day I have a penny sized scare on my wrist. No hard feelings. Just slow down and focus. read more

I hate to leave a semi negative review but I left feeling confused about why my gel mani and regular pedi cost $86. This was my first visit and I really enjoyed both the mani and pedi and the girls were extremely friendly but the pedi was in a bucket on the floor, no massage chair and the gel mani wasn't anything unusual that I haven't recieved elsewhere. I have seen the prices on Yelp and am wondering if there was a mistake in what was charged. Due to the pricing, I probably won't be back which is unfortunate because it was a really nice place. UPDATE: I called to verify pricing because there is a difference based on what Yelp says...for a gel French manicure it's $44.95 and for a regular pedicure it's $41.05. Unfortunately my mani/pedi doesn't look like a $86 mani/pedi. Anyone in a budget should beware!!! read more

Staff is nice, but their prices are ridiculous. If you want to save yourself the time and lots of money; go to Delux Nails in Flower Mound. They have a excellent prices with consistent results. They also aren't looking to charge for anything extra. They use buckets and it's super crowded and small! read more

This place is horrible. Pedicures are done in buckets, hand towels are washed in a sink with only fabric softener, and the employees obviously talk crap about you. I know that last part is typical but still. I will never go back to this place. They don't use Next Gen or dipping powder because it is "unsanitary" yet they re use tools for every customer. The seemingly clean environment is VERY unsanitary if you take a closer look. And to top it off their prices are sky high! $54 for a gel manicure alone. What made me the most upset was that when I called they quoted my friend and I $35 for a gel manicure. Once we got there we sat down to have out NextGen removed and while they were almost done filing off the top layer they decided it was a good time to FINALLY mention that there was a $15 removal fee. Very unprofessional timing if you ask me. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

This salon was recommended to me by one of my customers. I've had my eyebrows done (Holly did an excellent job), manicures, pedicures, and pink/white done here and haven't had any problems. They allow walk-ins, but you can tell lots of the customers are regulars. All of the ladies are very friendly and usually ask, "Did you work today?" I guess they can tell I work with my hands because my nails are usually atrocious! I brought my bridal party for my wedding, and we were all able to get our nails and toes done at the same time- I made an appointment since there were so many of us. I've never been picky about my nails but after coming here so many times, if I go to another salon with a friend or something, I find myself being critical of they way other salons do things. I highly recommend this place! read more

I was robbed. I paid $90:00 for my nails. On the site it say's $56.99. Here is what I got a $90:00 charge for the worst service I have ever had. They did my brows at the table with my nails. I had to twist my body in order for the girl to wax my brows . She did a terrible job, I could not twist enough, so she stopped, under the brow was not completed. The nails were to be , said :by the receptionist , $56.98, when receptionist said "0h we went up to $59.99". Nails with gel, she said yes. What a lie, they charged me $25:00 extra for the nails. They are a rip off DO NOT GO THERE. I called mgr she was rude and abrasive, said it was not her fault, about the brows, never go there. You will be SHOCKED with the nails and price. You will get ripped off. read more

I went with my Bride (did I mention my best friend got married!). In total there were 6 of us (4 bride's maids, 1 bride and 1 mother of the bride). Even with out our large group this place was packed. And the whole place is TINY. However the people were nice. They did an wonderful job. The pedicure was wonderful, as was the manicure. They did a beautiful job of trimming and shaping my nails the way I liked it. The paint job is the only thing I had a few issues with. They put a ton of pre and post polish whatever on and did a kinda sloppy job on the actual color, (I had a few spots and streaky areas). Overall a very good experience. read more

So expensive! $170 for 2 basic pedicures and one gel manicure! No prices posted online - and on a tiny 3x5 card I'm the salon! Pedicures are done in a bucket while sitting in office chairs. Save yourself- and your money and go elsewhere!!! read more

I went here for the first time last Saturday and was very impressed with the pedicure and manicure I received. I appreciated the fact that they did both at the same time, and the two women worked very well together to finish each at pretty much the exact same time. I also really enjoyed the leg and arm massage that they both provided. My only complaint was that the area was crowded - but I that is only to be expected on a Saturday morning, and I think speaks highly of the business. I will definitely be back to this location. read more

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! They charged me twice as much for the same pedicure and solar nail fill w/gel polish than any other salon I have ever been to. Not satisfied with the service. No massage chair w/whirlpool. They do pedicures in a bucket! Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer. read more

Fantastic pedicure but it was pretty expensive and there wasn't a massage chair. I was really confused and disappointed when they sat me in an office chair and stuck my feet in a "pedicure bucket" - since the massage chair is half the experience. Anyways - the staff was extremely friendly and my toes look great but $40 pedicure with no massage chair doesn't add up to me going back I realize now that this has been noted in a previous review but I didn't think to look since I didn't know not having a chair was even a thing If these issues I had won't bother you - the service and staff were great. read more

My go to place for the past 13 years. They are so sweet and do an excellent job. My fav techs are Ann, Loni, Sam and Becky.

Best nail salon in Flower Mound! My nails and toes look amazing after every visit. I do the Pink and White Solar Acrylic nails and they last me up to 3-4 weeks and look so nice! They do great pedicures also! I've seen everyone in the salon and can't rave enough about how great the employees are! Plus, they keep everything clean and sanitized which is a huge thing for me! It's a great experience every time I come in! read more

Envy Nails was recommended to me by a friend. She recommended Ann and now I do, too! Her pedicures are the best! I like to tell people that I had Shrek feet and she somehow managed to make them look like princess feet! She really takes her time and removes all dead skin. She also shapes your nails really nicely. And her polish is perfect! I highly recommend Ann. I do not know about the other ladies. I would bet they are good, too. But I can only speak to Ann's work. read more

Maybe I wasn't so budget conscious a few years ago, but I returned to Envy Nails after a rather long hiatus and was hit with a $65 bill for a mani/pedi! And it was one of those footsie bath pedis in the manicure station, not even the comfy massage chairs. Those are secluded in the back with a door so I can't imagine what those cost. Everyone there is so nice and they really do a great job. But, I'm not sure I'd rate it up there with a "you get what you pay for". I think I could get the same treatment elsewhere for a whole lot less. read more

Love this place! First class service and lots of friendly people. Pedicures are wonderful. I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed read more

What a great place to pamper yourself! I am very picky when it comes to manicures and pedicures, and I have found this to be the best in town. Obviously, so have many others - they are always busy and have tons of awards on their walls. A little pricier than others, but you certainly get what you pay for. Their pedicures are a little bit of heaven! read more

Love the quality and service of Envy Nails, Flower Mound. Got a full set of pink & white nails plus a pedicure. Great job as always. I won't go anywhere else. Very clean, very careful to sanitize all tools. They only use disposable foot bath liners. read more

I've been going to Envy Nails for a long time and it's always the same great service. Staff is very friendly and the quality of the manicures and pedicures is top-notch. The salon is pretty too. They do take walk-ins, but they're so busy, it's best to make an appointment, especially on the weekends. It's not the cheapest place to get your nails, done, but one of the best, in my opinion! read more

By far the best place to get a mani and pedi. Staff is wonderful, very clean and worth the $$.

Great nail salon in FM! Professional staff, clean salon, courteous and they do a great job!

It's clean (#1 priority for me!) and they always do a good job. I love Nancy she is precise and very nice. Pricier than some but ok by me as I value the service. read more

Quality Quality! Love this place! I have been getting my nails done for 4 years here. They are all friendly, clean and call you by name. My acrylics look the same every time. They are thin but strong and have had absolutely no problems with them. Yes, it is recommended you make an appointment since they are so busy. Quality doesn't come cheap due to the quality of product they use. The environment is soothing and relaxing. Just know if you want it done right this is the place to go. If cost is an issue make sure to ask prior to receiving services. It's worth it! read more

I've been coming here for over 12 years! I moved to Frisco, Texas about 7 years ago. Since that time I have driven 45 minutes at least, to get here for my pedicure. There are so many nail salons close to my home. Every few months, I have tried a new salon. After my last experience, I said, that's it! I'm going to keep making the trip to Flower Mound! I just love this salon! The staff are so warm and friendly. . . The atmosphere is comfy, clean and relaxing. . . Love the soft music playing in the background. The pedicure is superb. . . My feet look amazing. . . And feel amazing from the awesome foot massage. I ask for Nancy every time because I know her and she knows my feet. However, I would trust the other nail techs as well. Love Envy Nails in Flower Mound . . . Lisa F :-) read more

Vanessa and her friendly, professional staff are the best in Flower Mound. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a pedicure.

They said there was no wait, but I had to wait 5-10 minutes... It was worth it! I got the hour long pedicure in the back room and it was really good. They use tub liners so it is clean and sanitary which makes me extra happy! Ill be coming back for sure. read more

Total nightmare!! Made an appointment and had to wait 25 mins for someone to actually start on my pedicure. The lady that took care of me was cutting my cuticles way to deep to the point that it turned red and three of my toes was bleeding. I yelled "ouch!" and she didn't even bother to say Sorry! Dried my toes for 18 mins and it was still not dry!! Ask the worker and she keeps saying just wait. read more

I've tried many nail salons in FM and this is the best. It's amazing how many places have screwed up my gel manicures by getting the polish too close to the cuticle to where it starts peeling up as the nails grow. Envy Nails does a perfect gel mani every single time! Other places use drying acetone to soak off gel polish, or even worse, they sand it off with a nail file or one of those electric nail sanders leaving the nail thin and weak. Envy Nails uses the super moisturizing name brand gel soak off solution designed by OPI, Creative, etc. They are a little more expensive than other places in town but you definitely get what you pay for in this case. read more

clean, good job on french on my pedicure. long massages on the legs.

I seriously can not say enough about their spa pedicures. I bring people with me from all over to experience it. No other salon compares. you go in a back room that only has 3 chairs. The door's closed, lights dimmed, soft music playing in the background. The best part of the entire thing is how long they massage your feet and legs. It's am amazing, relaxing experience. read more

I found this location online and decided to try it out for the first time. The rating was very misleading. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was OK, although I felt like the associate could have spent more time actually scrubbing my feet instead of massaging it. In terms of the acrylic set, lets just say this; if you are up to date with your style of nails and want something that's not from 2001 then this is NOT the place for you. I get my nails done every month for the past 4 years, and I know what expect. I asked the nail tech for a simple french tip but I received something that was ugly and made my natural long nail bed look short and stumpy! I told the nail tech that I didnt like how it looked but he ensured me it would look good at the end; it didnt. And when I tried to show him a picture of a previous french tip full set I had done, he then proceeded to point out his awards on his wall instead of listening to what I the customer wanted. The venue, location, and front staff was very nice, but the quality of nails is definitely out dated. Not returning to this place. read more
