I have tried to refrain from leaving negative reviews but when it comes to my time, that is extremely valuable, i just feel inclined. I have only been here a handful of times, but the times that I have been here I have had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for someone to come help me, specifically the three times I have booked appointments. They have never been on time for my appointments. I just sat in the chair for 30 minutes today waiting for the nail tech to come to me who never showed up. I just find it disrespectful to book an appointment and not make an appointment and not bother mentioning or saying anything. It's really rude to just keep customers waiting. I feel like every time I walk in the salon no one ever greets me and they are always so busy they can't help anybody. As someone who spends a lot of money on pedicures in my nails I was really hoping this place could be more. This place is a sinking ship. Take your money elsewhere... Just had a terrible experience at Fiore Nail Shop off of Long Prairie. The woman (I know her name, but I won't stoop that low ) took polish off my nails, and it was red and she left polish on them and was ready to start filing and I asked her to remove all the polish off my nails before we went to the next step and she was so rude to me about a simple and reasonable request. She got to my second hand and did the same thing again and so I said you know what this is not the right nail salon for me. There are hundreds in the area and I will take my business elsewhere. I was calm, walked out and taking my business elsewhere. Im sure they have other nail techs that would show up differently. I however will NEVER go back there. read more

Not too happy with this place. The girl that did my nails seemed to be rushing through the whole process. She had messed up 6 of my nails, and had to come have someone help her fix it. She told me my nail was "loose" and that's why it was messed up. I'm tired of nail salons saying "your nail is crooked" to cover up their mistakes. They also charge $5 for almond shape, but not coffin or square. That's a little confusing to me. Overall this is probably one of the worst sets of nails I've ever gotten and just disappointed with how sloppy, uneven and chunky they look. Unfortunately they have now lost a customer. read more

As someone who alternates between extensions & natural nails, sometimes a mani/petti, sometimes extensions, sometimes just a very simple $20 manicure I've found some salons really dislike doing simple manicures & push for gel or extensions. One of the worst manicures I've received, I asked for shellac and I think they gave me acrylic. The nails are so thick and lumpy. The surface of the nail is so uneven and when I pointed this out I was told it looked fine to them. I have multiple cuts on the sides and under my nail from filing so rough. If you make an appointment with someone specific there is a chance that the nail tech will be late or not show up at all. If you show up for the scheduled time you still will have to wait. No appreciation for customers that support the business. One to many bad experiences. read more

I was put off that I couldn't pick my favorite OPI products. I asked about the brand of product they were using in case I like it and want it in the future. I was not really given a good answer. My fingernails have only lasted about 2 days, so that's disappointing. I was also taken by surprise that staff used the unused pedicure chairs to lounge in when they didn't have a client. There are 2 sections of pedicure chairs. I was the only customer in my area, but 4 employees came out to sit with their feet (and shoes) on the pedicure sink. All were on their phones, one of which was a FaceTime call on speaker. One of the employees fell asleep and was fully napping while I was getting a pedicure directly across the row. I certainly understand that they work hard and need some downtime, but I would prefer that they be given their own lounge. Also, it didn't seem terribly sanitary that their shoes are on the same ledge where I place my bare feet? Seemed like a bit of an oversight. I realize it would be covered with a towel for a customer, but this caught my eye and not in a good way. read more

I got a white mani/pedi with chrome powder here recently. The inside is clean, bright, and well decorated. The manicure was a dip and I got the lavender gel pedicure, which came with a neck warmer, hot towels, hot rocks, and I added hot wax. The experience of the pedicure was pleasant and relaxing. The neck warmer was a great touch. I don't enjoy the quality of the paint job- it looks thick, and messy in some places, but everything else about it was very nice. They did my nails while I sat for my pedicure. It seemed okay, I just relaxed while she worked. It wasn't until we were done that I noticed all the bubbles on the right hand, and how thick/not well filed many of them were. I was out of town for work and didn't have time for them to fix or redo it, so I decided to live with it. When I checked out, they accidentally charged me twice, so I had to wait a while for them to figure out how to return the charge. All in all it was about $150 before tip, which I find to be pretty expensive for mediocre results. This place seems fine overall, but not top tier quality, especially for the price. read more

They do not know how to do acrylic nails or they won't do them and their dip nails are horrible -- they leave them really thick and then they said it was because of the hombre colors I selected. I have had those color combinations done before at other places and it has never been an issue. The toe nail polish was even worse. I had to take it off when I got home. I received a gift card so decided to give it a try. Some of my dip nails are so thick that they look like claws. It was filed so inconsistently. I would've said something but as I was checking out there was already an extremely loud person making a scene and complaining. On top of the thickness, there is this weird whitish layer pulling up from the cuticle of half my nails. I received a pedicure and manicure and paid $125 without tip. Good color selection. A warm neck pillow was offered. Nice staff. I had the coconut pedicure. During the massage there was a cooling lotion they used and it was the perfect contrast to the hot stone they used. Wish the massage was a bit deeper however that is nit-picking. I tried the coffee pedicure and it smelled amazing! Tracy did dipped powder on my nails and she took her time and didn't rush them. They look great! While the atmosphere is great.. the pedicures seem fine but a bit inconsistent. Today, I got dip nails and I do not recommend. I told my tech several times I was unhappy with the look, feel, and length. The glue was uncomfortable and stuck under my nails and on some of the sides. The tech literally told me to spend the day picking at it and the glue would come off. It wasn't just glue- it was also dip powder. I told the manager at the front desk. She told me to pay and wash my hands again and then use some lotion. I now get to do my own home manicure! The color I selected for the pedicure did not turn out like the sample so the let me pick another color. I picked out a muted medium pink- by pointing at it - not by number. I was too busy dealing with the dip nails and didn't pay attention and now I have hot pink toenails I now have for my conservative event. If I have time I would go somewhere else for a gel polish change. Expensive experience to have to do my own nail work. read more
