My technician, Taylor, openly admitted she had to practice on herself when she saw an eyelash lift on her schedule--something no paying customer should hear. She didn't provide any aftercare instructions, and when I asked how long the results would last, her vague response was "it just depends how much oil-based products you use," which offered no real guidance. I don't use any, so this answer was especially frustrating. When the appointment was over, I truly couldn't tell what she did to my eyelashes as there was no difference from when I walked in to the end of my appointment. Not to mention, I had glue left all over my eyelids and tint dye smeared around my lash line and face, pictures attached. My brows still had wax residue, and sugar was matted into my hair. When I sat up, my hair was literally stuck to the table. I regret paying for these services and would not recommend this location to anyone for the services I received.
