1st time here and I received excellent service from Aista! She is very meticulous and pleasant to talk to. It did hurt a little but I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in months! I used to have a lady that did my brows when I used to live in Dallas, but ever since I moved to Flower Mound I was hesitant to look for a new place. Love my brows! Company needs to get better at updating online hours and opening on time. Their door reads a different time than online hours and even then they still don't open on time. I waited around for 10 mins past 11am which is when their door says they open and no one showed. There have been multiple times I drive across town to see that they don't open for another hour due to misinformation on Apple Maps and Google. read more

I was really hoping to like this place since it specializes in brows & is very affordable, but.... Cons: -Next day I developed 2 small, itchy, red bumps. The reaction wasn't severe, but this has never happened at any other place & makes me question their sanitation and products. Those with sensitive skin should heed caution. -They changed my brow shape..for the worse. My brow arches are barely existent now. Best eyebrow threading salon in the D/FW area! I've been going here for years and they never disappoint! The hours are convenient and it's in a safe location. I usually get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and they've always done a great job (no matter who does them). It's taken me a while to find a good eyebrow threading place in D/FW (I've been all over) but this one is the most consistent in terms of price and reliability. The only downside is there's usually only one person working at a time (at least when I go) but on the bright side, there's usually no wait. Love going here! read more

They are good at eyebrows and waxing. Horrible facials. This is second time going there for a facial and it was worse than the first time. I felt they were trying to use as little product as possible. The massage and facial strokes were basically nonexistent. I would not recommend for facial ever. Everyone is super welcoming when you come in and the place is clean. Rosie took her time to confirm how I wanted my eyebrows cleaned/ arched. Eyebrows are super critical for me and I have been to threading places that I ask to clean around the brows and they take away hairs leaving me w thin eyebrows. Rosie did an awesome job in doing what I asked her to do and she was quick. It's been a while since I've found someone that can keep my eyebrows looking full after threading/wax. I stumbled upon this location thanks to Yelp! When I walked in there was no wait which was nice for a Saturday. I've had bad experiences not listening to yelp and going to just any place. The lady did listen and only cleaned up. She did not try to make them too thin. This place is fast and they do a decent job. They are also not too expensive. I was far from impressed with experience here. My regular girl at my regular place is on maternity leave, so I stopped by here after reading the good reviews. There was no attention to detail. There were lots of stray hairs left. The woman who did my brows did not shape them. It was just such a half-hearted effort. I can finally say - Flower Mound FINALLY has an excellent place for threading! This place truly deserves the 5 stars! I consider myself very experienced as I have been going for threading for over 15 years, but unfortunately after moving here I couldn't find a decent place in FM (the nearby places you have poor customer service, are overpriced and have inexperienced people working the salons like a threading factory). This place however is AMAZING! Immediately I was greeted with superb customer service and a smile, welcomed into a CLEAN space, and I could immediately tell that they knew what they were doing because it did NOT hurt! If threading is done properly and correctly it should not hurt very much, if at all, and this place proves it! Rosie knows what she is doing and is properly trained and certified and is a professional when it comes to threading (again, other places have people working that don't understand how threading works and leave you with painful cuts and scratches). I am happy to say this place is professional, clean, efficient and affordable! I am so so glad to have found this place in such a great location and highly recommend it to everyone! read more
