Before the lady started on my eyebrows i said "i have thick eye brows please don't make them thin" she said "okay ill clean them" i responded and said "i want them shaped a little but please don't make them thin". the girl took off most of eyebrow hair, cut off everything that made my eyebrows look full and long and left me with a hideous uneven shape. horrible horrible skills. she just saw an eyebrow with lots of hair and decided to take it all off when i EXPLICITLY said "DO NOT MAKE THEM THIN" then shape is horrible. the left eyebrow is angled down, and there is no arch left on my eyebrow (my natural shape has an arch. after some back & forth i was able to get $10 refund from the $12 service. i do not recommend this place. if you value your eyebrows, don't go here. read more

I have been coming here for greater than 5 years. I'm. It sure about the reviews about "the guy" there is no guy that works there. It is owned by an individual woman and she is the one who provides services. She does an amazing job. The most painless threading I have ever had and her shaping is perfect. The guy working there waxed my brows completely rushed and handled my skin with no care at all. Never come here for waxing. I was telling him why I don't like threading due to my sensitive skin, and after my brow wax he continued to thread around my brow ON TOP of my ripped skin that I had no idea happened. I would have never let him to continue if I knew my skin was ripped from his poor waxing and unprofessionalism. I cant believe he continued without that much care. Do not recommend letting the guy there do your wax if you care about your skin. They damaged my skin. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and my lip wax. I walked in there and there was a new guy I've never seen there before. He did my lip wax and it felt pretty painful not like the past times I've done a lip wax. He told me he didn't get all the hairs with the wax and will have to thread them off. After he was done he asked if I was okay because my eyes were teary. I told him it was painful and he brushed it off. After a couple hours I noticed he had damaged my skin with the wax and threading. When I went back in to talk to him about it he tried blaming me for what happened and questioned if I had applied something. Which I did NOT apply anything besides aloe vera. This was painful and uncomfortable . It felt like burn marks on my face. Also it was very noticeable appearance wise. read more

Before coming here, I called and asked if they do waxing. I was told yes and looking at the reviews I decided to come here. As I arrived, the lady is on the phone for about 7 minutes. (I am the only customer) when she finally decides to go attend me, I tell her I want my eyebrows waxed and she gives me a face and says "no threading." (I didn't want threading because I break out) as she is doing my eyebrows, she pulls out her threading material AFTER I SAID NO THREADING. I HAD to write a review after seeing only negative reviews because I had an amazing experience here. The parking lot was kind of dead so I was worried they were closed, but nope, they were indeed open as posted on the door and online. I was immediately sat down and the lady started working on my brows. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she was a very pleasant woman. She did such a great job threading and tinting my eyebrows, I can honestly claim it's the best my brows have ever looked. The process did not take that long and I felt well taken care of. I came here on a Sunday because no other place close to me was open. I called the place Saturday night to make sure they would be open at 11am the next day, the lady on the phone told me she would be open at 11 and told me to come in at 11:10am so I did. I get there at 11:10 and the place is locked. I look around to find that there was another girl waiting before me for the owner to come open. I went back to my car and waited as the other girl was doing the same. Another vehicle pulled up and tried to go in as well but it was still locked so she also sat in her car and waited. Finally around 1130am - the owner comes and opens the door. We all follow her in and she apologizes for being late. I let the girl waiting before me go and get her eyebrows done since she was there before me waiting in her car. After she finishes it was my turn and the owner did not listen to what I had to say and what I wanted done to my eyebrows. She did what she thought was best and I left the place with the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had. I was so upset, as it takes a long time for eyebrows to grow back into the perfect width. Very disappointed with the service here and will definitely not be coming back! read more

I went here for the first time today because it's close to my apartment and I had seen good reviews elsewhere. I'm very disappointed because my eyebrows are the thinnest they've EVER been in my entire life. I guess since I was a new customer I should have specified that I wanted them to look natural, not pencil thin. I never even tweezed my eyebrows this thin in middle school. Starting now I'll be diligently applying castor oil and coconut oil on them every night and praying that they grow back in normally. read more
