I haven't gotten my eyebrows done in two years because I am super picky. I decided to drop by Blink Browz since my birthday is this weekend and I was visiting a friend nearby. I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews on Yelp but decided to trust my friend when she told me to try this place out. The experience was fantastic! Usually it hurts when I get my eyebrows threaded but it was super painless and fast! I didn't get any irritation like I used to! My eyebrows look fantastic! Great customer service, clean boutique south of the square in Denton. Wide knowledge of all hair removal services including brazillian waxes and SO sweet . It's unfortunate that a local competitor is currently trying to sabotage this business. Please take the time to review the 40+ 5 star legitimate reviews that yelp chooses to push to a back page, and refuses to take down. Simply put. She's the BEST wax artist and thread artist in Denton. Now I know why the boutique is named "blink browz ART" because she literally turns your eyebrows into a PIECE OF ART. Not many guys care about their appearance but if you're one of those guys (like me) that doesn't have a problem with getting their eyebrows done, Sanjeena is your girl! I have been so used to leaving appointments having to fix my own brows after the fact and she was super professional while being super personable and my brows look fantastic! I'm really shocked to read these reviews. I come here regularly every 2 weeks for threading and my eyebrows are the best shape they have ever been. My eye area is very sensitive, my eyes tear badly and I get red easily, however not when she does my brows. I will continue to keep going back. read more

i have to start by saying i had a very pleasant experience overall, and steph was kind and…read morereassuring. she was able to work well with my eye twitching from nervousness and light exposure, which i imagine can't be easy. but my time there is not why my review is so low, it's because how short-lived my lashes lasted. i've never had my lashes done before, so i did some research on my own about what to expect, so i was somewhat prepared on the longevity of my lashes and that they wouldn't last as long as someone who regularly gets their eyelashes extended... but i was really disappointed with how long they ACTUALLY lasted, which was maybe 5 days. i had them from april 30th (when i got them done), to may 5th. by then i had maybe 3 extensions left on each eye and i ended up just removing the rest on my own because there were basically none.. i don't understand what i did wrong to cause my lashes to come out so prematurely as i still have all my natural lashes. i slept on a silk pillow, changed my sleeping position to my back, wore no makeup, brushed them once in the morning and once at night, and used no oil products. by the end of day 5 i looked so silly with like 3 extensions on each eye that i just had to remove them myself. the experience itself was pleasant and i enjoyed them up until day 3, but overall i'm just extremely disappointed that i spent over $150 for something that didn't even last a week, whereas i paid less than $80 for my nails and they last 1-2 months. i can't say that i will be trying extensions again anytime soon... :*(
