I think Hello Sugar has really good pricing but recently I haven't been feeling like they care for me or even the people they hire... I was with one aesthetician for a year or so and we got really close and I just love coming to your ass because I meant updating her all my life choices and just having a friend to talk to and she had to up and leave which really sucked and it made finding a new station at that location super hard and ultimately I just never recovered from her leaving which sucks cause I like Hello Sugar and I liked how convenient it was. Before the lady started on my eyebrows i said "i have thick eye brows please don't make them thin"…read moreshe said "okay ill clean them" i responded and said "i want them shaped a little but please don't make them thin". the girl took off most of eyebrow hair, cut off everything that made my eyebrows look full and long and left me with a hideous uneven shape. horrible horrible skills. she just saw an eyebrow with lots of hair and decided to take it all off when i EXPLICITLY said "DO NOT MAKE THEM THIN" then shape is horrible. the left eyebrow is angled down, and there is no arch left on my eyebrow (my natural shape has an arch. after some back & forth i was able to get $10 refund from the $12 service. i do not recommend this place. if you value your eyebrows, don't go here.
