I saw Elvira for a 50 minute massage with the aromatherapy scalp massage upgrade and it was amazing. I've done this upgrade before and had some therapists who either overlooked it or did very little and was still charged the full amount. Elvira was perfect and really paid attention to my requests for medium to firm pressure. I had a quiet session and the table warmer was set high, which I appreciated and really made for a relaxing session. I definitely want to come back and try this location again in the future. The parking was a little confusing initially: I entered the parking lot from Carrol, but there's actually a lot more parking in the back. It was perfect since I also had some errands to run in Southlake town center and the lot actually connects to the backend of it near Barnes and Noble. Definitely give this location a shot!

I came in with a laundry list of what I didn't want and very little of what I wanted, and if you know me I'm very blunt about my likes and dislikes. Natetisha was so patient and helpful in trying to understand what I wanted my brows to look like and she nailed it! She was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what she was doing every step of the way. In addition to her professionalism and skill with creating my Ombre'd brows, she was so personable and fun to talk to. It felt like I was chatting with one of my girls. In the blink of an eye 3 hours of brow-shading and talking had passed then she held up a mirror and I let out a very loud "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM!" Not saying I doubted her but I was prepared for the worst and was instantly filled with joy at how pretty they looked (I promise I'll share a picture but I look busted and have sunscreen on my face that makes me look ashy). I got a lash lift from Tori on 3/2/19…read more It was my first time getting a lash lift, so I didn't know what to expect. The process was quick, but when she was done working on my lashes, I saw only the slightest of changes. She had assured me that they would be curlier the next day, so I went on my way. The next day, after all the proper aftercare (no steam, water, makeup, rubbing, etc. for 24 hours) my lashes seemed even flatter than before. When I looked closer into the mirror, the lashes on my right eye were intensely curled not at the base, but past the halfway mark of each lash, closer to the ends. This resulted in some seriously crimped lashes. Other lashes closer to the inside of my eye were going in the completely wrong direction, and no amount of brushing with a clean spoolie could help. My left lashes were not completely lifted. My natural lashes are thin and straight, so looking head-on at my eyes you really wouldn't be able to tell that they're there. The procedure really didn't help that. Some lashes in the center had the slightest lift and others had literally none at all, so my left eye was a mix of 0 and 1 degree elevated lashes. It looks horrendous. I called the day after the procedure to ask about any remedies, and the lady on the phone was super pleasant and told me she'd make a note to have her boss call me back. Over two weeks later, and no follow-up. It's a nice facility, but I'm really disappointed with my results. I spent $100 (including the tip) for something my eyelash curler could have done better. I will definitely not be coming back.

However I wish that someone had mentioned something about the quality of their massage services To start, I got the combination foot and body massage. I would recommend the foot massage only and here is why... Here's what was nice. There is nice ambiance, tender music, and soft lighting. They offer a good foot massage, warm foot soak, hot rocks, everything you could ask for. My issues started whenever they were working on my upper body They utilize a lot of general deep tissue techniques but it is evident that there is not a lot of knowledge of the body and particular muscles that need attention. I'm a thinner build, so many of the techniques they use were especially rough. The movements were very fast, did not feel intentional, and it felt more like my body was being moved around by there hands than any deep work on my muscles. I can already tell I'll probably be sore in the morning. Take that as you will. I would much rather pay more money for a more professional massage. I think having a softer massage that is more intentional in working out the muscles would be worth much more than having thumbs and elbows driven into my neck and back... but that's just me. *Updated* This is the morning after my experience. I'm starting to develop light bruising in my upper back. I definitely do not recommend any body massage from this establishment. But I do acknowledge that they are trying to make an honest living. If you are going for a foot massage you will not be disappointed!
