I didn't understand this then..my daughter had a presentation at college and just went on for a basic grooming and it made it worse. When I contacted the owner, that lady is even absurd to support her staff saying I didn't object when service was done and she has a cosmetology certification. She left so many burns on my daughter face and when I shared with owner, she says it is because of acne. Ridiculous..I know she has acne but the burns are not from acne. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. If you are a professional beautician, you wouldn't do such a clumsy job leaving patches and burns. You should assess sensitivity of rhe skin. The place itself is located on the third floor of a medical office building, so I would come a bit early to give yourself to navigate and find the right door. I came in after having congested, dull skin and some damage to my skin barrier from a lot of traveling recently. Kellie kindly gave my skin a holistic assessment and fixed me up! She was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable. It's a couple days later and my skin is still glowing. I also liked that there wasn't any product pushing, good service was the priority. I don't know what happened with other negative experiences/reviews, but I had a wonderful experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Gorgeous Glow.

You need to make an appointment, so call and see when you can schedule. Wear a mask at all times. If you get a wash/cut, expect your mask to get a little wet, so best to use a reusable cloth one. My experience? Awesome as usual. Hilarious to see the amount of hair on the floor as I got my "summer cut". I hope it doesn't have to happen again like that! I'll be back soon as I have been doing for years.
