I get it most places are like that now; but usually you can find a few places that take walk ins. Lucky for me this place answered and had availability to fit me in. The vibe of this place is super cool and the place smells and reminds me of Earthbound Trading Co. I really dig it. Hannah was my wax person; and she did amazing. Quick, painless and got the job done. I would definitely recommend coming here for your waxing needs.

Very unprofessional work. Never go here. My daughter went in for eyebrows, upperlip threading. A…read morelady Mariam did eyebrows threading and for upperlip she said she would do wax and full face wax as she had lot of dead cells from acne. I told her we never did face wax but she assured that it would remove dead cells and clean the face. I said we never do face wax and she insisted that she has done it and it would be awesome and as she did one side, I asked her face was turning red and she continued doing it saying it will go away. She burnt my daughter face and has left bruises and scars. I don't think she even assessed type of skin my daughter had and knows to do it. Very very clumsy. I never did face wax so I was totally unaware...when I asked her why the face is Allred, she applied a face pack and said it is going to heal to cover her mess.. I didn't understand this then..my daughter had a presentation at college and just went on for a basic grooming and it made it worse. When I contacted the owner, that lady is even absurd to support her staff saying I didn't object when service was done and she has a cosmetology certification. She left so many burns on my daughter face and when I shared with owner, she says it is because of acne. Ridiculous..I know she has acne but the burns are not from acne. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. If you are a professional beautician, you wouldn't do such a clumsy job leaving patches and burns. You should assess sensitivity of rhe skin. I don't understand how they are justifying their poor quality job. Even eyebrows threading was so worse and had cuts. No other girl should face this so I am sharing pictures to caution.
