I got my eyebrows tattooed with powder ombre by Laurie and it was the best experience! I am so glad that I made the decision! My eyebrows are fabulous! I was hesitant after seeing a few negative reviews. I do business in Frisco, and was only in town this time for about a week and was rather "bushy" I needed a haircut and needed my eyebrows cleaned up. When I called the lady on the phone was incredibly professional set me up with an appointment later on that same day with Brittany. When I arrived the place was awesome, everyone was super friendly, I had only maybe a 2-3 minutes wait before Brittany was ready to perform her art. My eyebrows came out fantastic! Whenever I am in the area I will 100% only come here for my eyebrows. I am unsure where those that had a bad time went, but it was not here. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get spruced up a bit! read more

Worst wax ever! This is a warning not really a review. Negative stars. I left the salon bleeding and missing chunks of skin from an eyebrow wax. As the wax started my tech Amber was pushing the wax application stick into my skin so hard it was extremely painful I was worried about bruising since the skin around your eyes are sensitive. I asked her if she could use lighter pressure with the stick. She said she needed to push hard to spread the wax. Then as she pulled the Muslim strip I felt a sharp pain. She said nothing and continued. Then as she put the after wax lotion on a flinched from the sting said that area hurts. She apologized and said I had a little nick. She handed me a mirror and I was horrified. It was not a nick I was bleeding and missing a chunk of skin! She said she misunderstood what I meant my lighter pressure so she didn't hold my skin tight when she pulled the wax and it took chunks of skin out. She replied with it's only the top layer! Seriously. I know I was not charged for this service and asked to come back in why would I. Be careful. read more

Interesting that they would have the people who work at the salon write a glowing review lol! I also noticed in another recent review in which the client was left bloodied with skin missing; that the salon owner called it a "training" lesson! WTH??? I really tried to like this place as it was a good location and reasonable price for Brazilian waxes. I even tried several technicians, including the owner. However, I left with bruising and even was bleeding in a very sensitive area after one session! I have been getting Brazilian waxes for probably 6 years at various salons and I have never had adverse reactions before coming here. I would not recommend the services here for waxing at least. read more

I have been to many salons in my quest to find the right one and I finally did! Extremely efficient and as painless as a wax can get. I'm usually in and out of the salon in less than 30 minutes. The entire staff is a joy to be around and I always feel at ease and relaxed as soon as I walk in. Their body scrubs are amazing and everything, services included, are fairly priced. I came here twice... the first time I came, I had a great experience. Trenice did an amazing job. My second experience completely sucked. I saw Amber and she was over 45 mins late for my appointment. While I was waiting I noticed that I had been booked for a jelly mask( I didn't sign up for this, but it was added to my service). I assumed it was because of the delay in my appointment... Amber was kind, however this is the worst wax I ever received. She left so much hair and I even had to tell her that there was still a lot of wax left "down there". She spent more time going over my inner thigh than anywhere else. The hairs were also broken so not even 2 weeks after my service the hair is already growing back. She did do the jelly mask, which was nice.. but when I went to check out, I realized I was charged for it. Instead of arguing with the front desk rep I just paid and left. But I most likely won't be back because of this experience. read more
