I was so nervous because my brows grow so crazily and like all women I'm particular about how they look. I came in with a laundry list of what I didn't want and very little of what I wanted, and if you know me I'm very blunt about my likes and dislikes. Natetisha was so patient and helpful in trying to understand what I wanted my brows to look like and she nailed it! She was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining what she was doing every step of the way. In addition to her professionalism and skill with creating my Ombre'd brows, she was so personable and fun to talk to. It felt like I was chatting with one of my girls. In the blink of an eye 3 hours of brow-shading and talking had passed then she held up a mirror and I let out a very loud "OH MY GOSH I LOVE THEM!" Not saying I doubted her but I was prepared for the worst and was instantly filled with joy at how pretty they looked (I promise I'll share a picture but I look busted and have sunscreen on my face that makes me look ashy). Coming here was the highlight of my day Natetisha truly has a gift for making you look and feel beautiful and you can tell she loves what she does and this is her passion! Decided to get them threaded really quickly while stopping in the mall. I have no complaints on how they came out. I like them thinner so I can fill it a bit with makeup but they look good without makeup too. Only took her about 7 mins. $10 bucks so not bad. I may start getting them threaded here again for convenience.

i have to start by saying i had a very pleasant experience overall, and steph was kind and…read morereassuring. she was able to work well with my eye twitching from nervousness and light exposure, which i imagine can't be easy. but my time there is not why my review is so low, it's because how short-lived my lashes lasted. i've never had my lashes done before, so i did some research on my own about what to expect, so i was somewhat prepared on the longevity of my lashes and that they wouldn't last as long as someone who regularly gets their eyelashes extended... but i was really disappointed with how long they ACTUALLY lasted, which was maybe 5 days. i had them from april 30th (when i got them done), to may 5th. by then i had maybe 3 extensions left on each eye and i ended up just removing the rest on my own because there were basically none.. i don't understand what i did wrong to cause my lashes to come out so prematurely as i still have all my natural lashes. i slept on a silk pillow, changed my sleeping position to my back, wore no makeup, brushed them once in the morning and once at night, and used no oil products. by the end of day 5 i looked so silly with like 3 extensions on each eye that i just had to remove them myself. the experience itself was pleasant and i enjoyed them up until day 3, but overall i'm just extremely disappointed that i spent over $150 for something that didn't even last a week, whereas i paid less than $80 for my nails and they last 1-2 months. i can't say that i will be trying extensions again anytime soon... :*(

I scheduled with Ryan and informed her that I do have lashes from a different tech and she let me know that I'd need a consult to make sure I didn't need a removal & full set. After the consult we did determine that I'd most likely need a removal (the previous tech I had used WAY too much glue y'all) and she recommended a full set instead of just the fill. I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to afford a full set at this time as I am going out of town tomorrow and instead of turning me away (like many techs do) she worked with me!! I was blown away at how kind and personable she was and she totally leveled with me to make sure that my lashes would look perfect for my upcoming trip. I will definitely be booking with her from now on for any of my lash needs.
