Horrible customer service and a lack of apology or concern about making things right. The esthetician I saw lacks basic detail. The headband she attempted to put in broke twice which means she didn't put it on right. I ended up having to put it on myself. I stated multiple times I just washed my hair and did not want to get anything in my hair. She failed to listen or be careful and I left with a big glob of goo in my hair. The front desk girl was less than helpful and had zero care or empathy. No apology was given. She said "what am i supposed to do about that?" Ummm do you have a tissue at least? Do I have to ask you that? She was rude and offered no solutions. I was also charged an extra twenty bucks with no explanation. I stated on my last two visits to please upgrade me to the top tier. This review is for the Plano location, which I tried to add, but was unsuccessful. I have been visiting the Plano location since it opened. The first esthetician I had is no longer at the location and Jessica filled in. I couldn't be happier with the opportunity to have Jessica as my esthetician. She is wonderful at matching your desire to talk or not, which is important during these types of services. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides great insight and instruction for aftercare. I see her once a month and her facials are what keep me coming back. If it weren't for her, I may not have kept my membership. read more

A friend had recommended me to try them out since my facial person is in another state. Called and requested same day service and thank goodness they had an opening. It's about an hour drive without traffic so pretty hesitant to try. Located in an open plaza with lots of parking. Walked in and was greeted right away. Front desk didn't realize that I'm new so waited a bit until she asked me to complete a new patient form. Then someone called me in for the treatment. She had asked what my concerns were then asked me lie down which feels like a cocoon, so comfy. She explained what she was going to do then put the head band, headset then continued working on my face. She also provided arm massage. Ask for Nisi. I'm a 43yo mom of 3 who's struggled with acne all my life. To this day I break out, have clogged pores, and sun spots/melasma/acne scars. I wish that I would have been walked through the steps and there purpose (I selected this on the paper when I signed in), but I can see how this may be disruptive to other people enjoying the services. The space was relaxing and very clean which I always appreciate. The staff was exceptionally kind. No one was pushy with products which I also really appreciate. I tried to ask a few questions after the service to figure out what had just happened on my skin, but after 50 mins it's a little too much to review! I got a speciality facial and 2 products and paid $166. Typically that's the cost of a standard facial. They provide you with headphones to listen to meditation music and sounds which is great. During facials I find myself anxious and anticipating the dreaded extractions but these didn't hurt at all. I think that's the part where I ended up falling asleep! Massage was amazing ugh!!!
