It may not look like much from the outside, and is pretty to-the-point inside, but my daughter and I always have seriously fast service here for a great deal (I love the discount packages). The original appointment with Nadia was good. I was happy with the result. A follow up appointment was required with the procedure and Nadia has rescheduled four times for different personal issues and my follow up was ending up to be nearly 4 months after the initial appt. I did not feel confident in the professionalism or that I was going to receive a good follow up so I cancelled. Arch Brow would not allow for me to see anyone else for the follow up and it just didn't feel wise to go back. Not happy with this result. Will not be returning. read more

Y'all this place is wonderful! It's only my second time going but both times my brows have ended up looking fabulous. The best part? They have the a/c low! My old place was good but it would be SO HOT I'd end up sweating while getting my eyebrows threaded and then my anxiety would kick in from being embarrassed I was sweating. My first experience here was great. My second experience was not so great. I have my eyebrows microbladed so it is easy to see any errors. I asked for a "clean up" and this is what I noticed once I made it home. I wore a hat to my appointment due to a bad hair day" so as soon as she finished, I was in a hurry to put my hat back on. She also brushed my eyebrow hair down to cover the spot. I believe this was just a rushed and careless job. She also knocked my airpods out of my ears due to unnecessary roughness. Went yesterday and took the full face waxing service. There were two ladies, one lady did my face and I was in extreme pain after she is done, she didn't apply anything before applying wax even though i told my skin is sensitive. She told she knows what she is doing and she was very carelessly doing the waxing as if it is not face, it's leg or hand. I was in so much pain, but both the lady in the store keep telling me it's nothing, go home and apply Neosporin ointment in home. I asked for ice cube but they said they don't have, They had nothing apart from aloevera which didnt do much help to the damages they did to my face. They were not feeling guilty on what they did and they kept saying this is nothing and also took full service charge. People should be careful going there as they tear skin in name of waxing. worst place to go. I am putting my face image here which is a night after applying Neosporin ointment. read more

One time I was in line first but they asked the white lady behind me to go first but she was kind enough and told me to go and said, "but she was here first". Another time, one staff told me sit on a certain chair and when another staff member saw me, she told me to move to another chair. Then the next staff member came in and raised her voice at me for sitting in the "wrong chair". Then another time, I asked the lady who was doing my eyebrows if they can turn down the light she was shining directly into my face since I am very prone to ocular migraines. She told me very rudely "NO, I need it." I will never go back, tried them three times and all three times, they treated me with disrespect. They push packages on you as well. read more
