Rups did my brows and was very efficient. My brows were clean and not overly done. I was in and out within five minutes

Brow threading and tinting. Expert technician that is so kind. The quality of the brows is just what we wanted. There is calming music playing and it is international music. The vibe is good. Clean and beautiful shop near Sprouts. I highly recommend this shop. read more

I haven't lived here for a few years, but this location was my go-to spot for threading. I came in for a quick walk in and Rajni was available immediately! She was so sweet, and quick. My brows turned out great, and I was so pleased. It's always nerve wracking to "cheat" on your regular service provider, but I was happy that I came. Thanks so much Rajni!! IF YOU COME HERE, PLEASE REQUEST RAJNI! YOU WON'T REGRET IT! read more

Brow Pros - Brows after the service - Waxing Near Me - Flower Mound, Texas

Was there 15+ mins waiting for my eyebrows to be waxed probably more. I eventually left

10/10 no longer recommend unless you book with Reetu. Been loyal for years but it's time to find a new spot. I asked for a simple clean up (like I always do) and my eyebrows were destroyed in 5 minutes. I've spent the last year growing out my eyebrows for a thicker shape with a smaller arch and evening out the patchy areas. The tech I had completely change the shape and pulled out EVERYTHING I had regrown this last year. I'm basically at starting point all over again. I'm not sure how but I also have a cut on my right eyebrow in the arch area. They're now thin and uneven and will probably take months to regrow and reshape. I feel like I have clown eyebrows now. Not to mention my tech had cigarette breath and placed her hands ALL OVER my face while working. So upsetting that I can't trust my go-to spot anymore. read more

Honestly the work they do is great, but I am so tired of the service. For over a year, I've made appointments and have not once been seen on time and I come every 2 weeks, and I joined the membership program. They have only one person working and 4 people waiting. The owner is ridiculous. I've been a customer for 2+ years. I think I'm done with them. I make appointments because I have a lot going on and need my time managed, this place is like taking a shot in the dark. It's 10 min passed my appointment time and I'm waiting for her to finish someone else's brows. Poor lady is scrambling around trying to attend to all the customers. Not the employee's fault, they're so kind and do a great job, hence the extra star. You can't have a "walk-ins welcome" option AND allow appointments then only have one person working. Their appointment system and number of employees is the issue. read more

If you like flat brows, try this place out. If you expect shape, avoid. I was specific about what I wanted, even showing a previous picture of myself. Walked out with ruined brows and the weak explanation that "there's nothing they can do about eyebrow shape" - which is in fact the whole point of brow threading. read more

Terrible experience, I had an appointment which was accepted and the day of the appointment an hour before gave me a reminder. I get to the place and they say the waxing machine has not been working all day and the day prior they canceled my appointment due to a family emergency. They tell me to come tomorrow but I have a flight to catch and needed this appointment. Now I had to scramble to find something which was open. Then they had they said for me to call next time for an appointment. But the prior time I came in said for me to make Appointments online. You guys need to fix your system. If they could have informed sooner I would have appreciated it. Never coming back here again. read more

Shanita did a wonderful job on my brows, they are the perfect shape! I will definitely be back to see her!

I went to this location because I was in the area and my normal place was closed for the day. I don't think they deserve the one star. It has been 2 days and the 4 places that she cut my skin on have still not healed. Yes 4 times. I have not had this happen ever with threading and I switched from waxing due to the irritation of my skin. My normal place also charges $5 and I paid $10 to have terrible service and scabs across my eyelid. I will not be back and I would recommend you not go. read more

After leaving "Perfect Threads" (down the street off Main) with brows that were FAR from PERFECT... literally they ruined the brows that I have been growing for months because I wanted them thick... *rolls eyes* but that's besides the point! :) Let's dive back into the real reason you are here ..the review. I was in need of a saving grace and that's exactly what I found in SOI Brows! I went in with hopes that someone could piece together what was left of half my eyebrow and they did that and more. Sahar did my brows, and she was an angel!! Super sweet, friendly, and EXPERIENCED! I told her want I was looking for and she went over and beyond my expectations. So thankful! I now go to SOI Brows every time I need my brows maintained. They offer a 30% student discount which makes it 10x more affordable too. There is nothing negative I can say about my visits at SOI Brows. From their easy sign in to their sharp precision when it comes to threading and waxing...wow! This is the place to be! If you do decide to come to this wonderful salon be sure to check in on Yelp to get a $2 off coupon and ask for Sahar. You won't be disappointed! read more

I booked an appointment for 10:00 and it is currently 10:23. I am waiting outside the store. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism. read more

Great great and simply great service! The salon is quite chic and cute. And most importantly clean. They are mostly into threading and waxing as the name suggests. No other services like nails or hair. Chandana is my girl. She listens to my requests and does my brows exactly the way I want. I am extremely happy with the membership benefits. I go and will keep going here for my threading needs! read more

I've been coming to get my eyebrows threaded here for years. Always great, precise, clean and friendly service from everyone. I always request Seguna, she always does an incredible job and I always look forward to seeing her. read more

I've been here three different times--all walk ins--to get my eyebrows done. Today, I got my eyebrows done while my mom got a full face threading. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have never been disappointed with their customer service on any of my visits. When I didn't like my eyebrows, they did everything they could. Even though I left without my ideal brows, I left extremely happy. QUALITY: They do a great job with brows and threading in general. Today was my mom's first time, and she fell in love with it. Threading definitely does cause you to tear up secretly at times, but it's worth the (small) pain. I did tell my beautician that I wanted thicker, more natural brows. However, I ended up with brows that looked nice but were too thin and not what I wanted. BUT that the other two times I went, I left with the brows I adored. Overall, this is a great place to get a quick brow or threading done. They really care about your experience. I make sure to come here every time I'm home! (Student discount of 30% off is pretty great too!) read more

This place was awesome!! I took my sister from Australia to get our eyebrows threaded. They had a 30% student discount for us and then we got henna and it was so affordable! One on my foot was $7 and one on my sisters arm was only $5 they had ones for up to $30 that were beautiful. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The atmosphere splendid and the salon clean. Will definitely be going again. read more

It a good place....clean and new Ladies are good...a little rough. (I can say this cause I have been threading for 8 years now). But good. Only down fall. I am a "member" and it takes them forever to find me in the system. They have a place to check in at the front but offer to "look you up". They never find me. Its always frustrating. But at least its close to where I live...and good read more

I love coming here, they are very good at what they do. Saduna was very friendly and talented at threading eyebrows. I'm very happy with how they come out. They have gained my loyalty. read more

I am always pleased with my eyebrows threaded. The staff is nice. There are times when I leave with slight nicks of probably the threading being too close. I always leave really smooth and shaped well. The price is reasonable. read more

Come here OFTEN to get my brows done!! Always do an amazing job and great customer service.

My eyebrows look amazing! And it was cheap! Used the Yelp deal which cut my cost in half totaling to $5.

Excellent service.. I bought a $5 for $10 coupon and used it for a total facial hair removal. The girl was fine with waxing but recommended threading... I wasn't sure but the girl was confident and I took her suggestion.. she removed all of my facial hair by threading and the only place that kinda hurt was around my lips and that is even with waxing. I loved how my face felt when I left - she used a soothing toner all over my face. She was very knowledgeable and very good at what she does.. I will go back and this will be my go-to place for any facial hair removal services. read more

They were very fast at getting me serviced and it's not really her fault but the girl that did my brows definitely cut me. I was in and out in 5 minutes so that was nice I just wish she would have slowed down just a little. read more

If it was possible to give them zero stars I would! This is a terrible place to get anything done especially your eyebrows. I have really good strong brows that only need a little clean. They took off the top half of my eyebrow and has it slanted!! So needless to say if you want ugly eyebrows that are misshapen and uneven that's you place!! read more

Very nice staff! Did a good job on my brows and side burns. Will go back! Very clean area. I like that thy use aloe instead of lotion.

I came in for an eyebrow threading as I've been self-maintaining for a while now and needed a refresh. I checked in, and they had three employees ready to take customers. The lady who worked on my brows (I couldn't see her name), was pleasant and did a fast, good job. I was able to use the Yelp coupon, which made a good value even better. Not only do they offer facial threading but also waxing on other body parts, henna tattoos and some boutique type jewelry. I plan to come back in the future! read more

Found this jewel today and am very glad I did! I was at work today and noticed my brows looked out of control. I then remembered seeing this salon on my way in to YouFit before. I decided to check it out on my way home. I was able to get right in and was impressed with the attention that was given to what I asked for. My brow artist checked with me often insuring that I was getting what I asked for. My brows are perfectly shaped now and just what I asked for! This will definitely be my new brow place! read more

I'm extremely picky about my eyebrows!! But this place is great! I've been going here for some time and highly recommend it! I get my eyebrows done by sahar, really good. She listens to what you want and doesn't do anything else, which is great! I have still been going to sahar but it has been over a month and I don't think she works here anymore:/. And I've literally been jusy plucking my own hairs but today I decided to go and see who knew I could meet and explain to them my eyebrows are my life and I'm sooooo picky. I met Reetu, and I gave her the run down on how picky I am. And how I literally jusy need them cleaned and I'm always hesitant when someone knew touch's my eyebrows. She understand and she cleaned them up.. and showed me each time. Probably bc she knew I was stressed. And I'm going to say she did really good! With some explanations and showing her where I needed things fixed! She did great. Also very patient and sweet, understanding that I was crazy about my eyebrows. And gentle as well! So if you previously a sahar fanatic and need someone knew check reetu out! She made me happy and I'm extremely picky when it comes to eyebrows. read more

I'm so glad to finally find a threading place closer to me! I use to go to one in Frisco however they started to become very inconsistent with their work and it was very disappointing. However SOI in flowermound is great! It's a little bit more on a pricier side because I honestly don't remember paying so much for a full face thread. YES I do full face every few months since I have some fuzz on my face and after they thread me it makes my makeup go on so much smoother. She did exactly what I asked her with my brows, which some techs tend to want to make mine thinner..but I like a fuller brows. Overall it was a great experience would recommend. I hate that I forgot the lady's name that did my brows. read more
