Was there 15+ mins waiting for my eyebrows to be waxed probably more. I eventually left

10/10 no longer recommend unless you book with Reetu. Been loyal for years but it's time to find a new spot. I asked for a simple clean up (like I always do) and my eyebrows were destroyed in 5 minutes. I've spent the last year growing out my eyebrows for a thicker shape with a smaller arch and evening out the patchy areas. The tech I had completely change the shape and pulled out EVERYTHING I had regrown this last year. I'm basically at starting point all over again. I'm not sure how but I also have a cut on my right eyebrow in the arch area. They're now thin and uneven and will probably take months to regrow and reshape. I feel like I have clown eyebrows now. Not to mention my tech had cigarette breath and placed her hands ALL OVER my face while working. So upsetting that I can't trust my go-to spot anymore. read more

Honestly the work they do is great, but I am so tired of the service. For over a year, I've made appointments and have not once been seen on time and I come every 2 weeks, and I joined the membership program. They have only one person working and 4 people waiting. The owner is ridiculous. I've been a customer for 2+ years. I think I'm done with them. I make appointments because I have a lot going on and need my time managed, this place is like taking a shot in the dark. It's 10 min passed my appointment time and I'm waiting for her to finish someone else's brows. Poor lady is scrambling around trying to attend to all the customers. Not the employee's fault, they're so kind and do a great job, hence the extra star. You can't have a "walk-ins welcome" option AND allow appointments then only have one person working. Their appointment system and number of employees is the issue. read more

Terrible experience, I had an appointment which was accepted and the day of the appointment an hour before gave me a reminder. I get to the place and they say the waxing machine has not been working all day and the day prior they canceled my appointment due to a family emergency. They tell me to come tomorrow but I have a flight to catch and needed this appointment. Now I had to scramble to find something which was open. Then they had they said for me to call next time for an appointment. But the prior time I came in said for me to make Appointments online. You guys need to fix your system. I went to this location because I was in the area and my normal place was closed for the day. I don't think they deserve the one star. It has been 2 days and the 4 places that she cut my skin on have still not healed. Yes 4 times. I have not had this happen ever with threading and I switched from waxing due to the irritation of my skin. My normal place also charges $5 and I paid $10 to have terrible service and scabs across my eyelid. I will not be back and I would recommend you not go. read more

I've been here three different times--all walk ins--to get my eyebrows done. Today, I got my eyebrows done while my mom got a full face threading. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have never been disappointed with their customer service on any of my visits. When I didn't like my eyebrows, they did everything they could. Even though I left without my ideal brows, I left extremely happy. QUALITY: They do a great job with brows and threading in general. Today was my mom's first time, and she fell in love with it. Threading definitely does cause you to tear up secretly at times, but it's worth the (small) pain. I did tell my beautician that I wanted thicker, more natural brows. However, I ended up with brows that looked nice but were too thin and not what I wanted. BUT that the other two times I went, I left with the brows I adored. Excellent service.. I bought a $5 for $10 coupon and used it for a total facial hair removal. The girl was fine with waxing but recommended threading... I wasn't sure but the girl was confident and I took her suggestion.. she removed all of my facial hair by threading and the only place that kinda hurt was around my lips and that is even with waxing. I loved how my face felt when I left - she used a soothing toner all over my face. She was very knowledgeable and very good at what she does.. I came in for an eyebrow threading as I've been self-maintaining for a while now and needed a refresh. I checked in, and they had three employees ready to take customers. The lady who worked on my brows (I couldn't see her name), was pleasant and did a fast, good job. I was able to use the Yelp coupon, which made a good value even better. Found this jewel today and am very glad I did! I was at work today and noticed my brows looked out of control. I then remembered seeing this salon on my way in to YouFit before. She listens to what you want and doesn't do anything else, which is great! I have still been going to sahar but it has been over a month and I don't think she works here anymore:/. And I've literally been jusy plucking my own hairs but today I decided to go and see who knew I could meet and explain to them my eyebrows are my life and I'm sooooo picky. I met Reetu, and I gave her the run down on how picky I am. And how I literally jusy need them cleaned and I'm always hesitant when someone knew touch's my eyebrows. I'm so glad to finally find a threading place closer to me! I use to go to one in Frisco however they started to become very inconsistent with their work and it was very disappointing. However SOI in flowermound is great! It's a little bit more on a pricier side because I honestly don't remember paying so much for a full face thread. YES I do full face every few months since I have some fuzz on my face and after they thread me it makes my makeup go on so much smoother. She did exactly what I asked her with my brows, which some techs tend to want to make mine thinner..but I like a fuller brows. Overall it was a great experience would recommend. Went to get my eye brows threaded last Thursday and I typically use Asmita but she was off so I used someone else. The girl was fine but afterwards she gives me information about rodan and fields. I never asked for information about skin care and I don't appreciate someone making assumptions about my skin when I simply wanted my eye brows threaded. It was very unprofessional. I will only use Asmita from now on so I don't have to deal with people trying to shove pyramid schemes in my face. I do NOT support any type of MLM, especially when I'm at your business to receive services for something completely unrelated-- Again that was extremely unprofessional. read more
