I stated multiple times I just washed my hair and did not want to get anything in my hair. She failed to listen or be careful and I left with a big glob of goo in my hair. The front desk girl was less than helpful and had zero care or empathy. No apology was given. She said "what am i supposed to do about that?" Ummm do you have a tissue at least? I was promised a call from the manager by the end of business on 11/24 and have yet to speak with them. Every time I call, they are coincidentally out of office. I want my account cancelled and my payments refunded to me. I do not consent to any more withdrawals from my account.
