Overall Sunitha is still the best when it comes to threading eyebrows. But due to the blatant disrespect for people's time, she has lost a client. This has happened many times before but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I had a 1:15 pm appointment on a Friday. I arrived at 1:12 pm (I have never ever been late for an appt with her, EVER, and I've been a client for 3 years). They said she went to grab a bite to eat and she'd be back in a few minutes. Okay no problem. At 1:30 pm I told them to cancel my appointment and I left. If you know you have a 1:15 pm appointment, why are you not back in time? There have been MANY times that my appointment was delayed, this is not a doctors office this is a beauty salon. And my time is more valuable than that so unfortunately I'm done here. read more

This place deserves all the stars they get. They do excellent work here. I have thin sad looking brows and they get me right every time with the threading. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I was waiting for about 10 minutes and no one came out. Once they did I was assisted after the person that was sitting with me. They had an appointment. I believe going forward I'll make an appointment and hopefully I won't have to wait again. I'll for sure be back! I live 45 minutes from this place and will continue to make the drive. My finished brows are worth it! read more

Sunitha, owner of The Threading Studio, is the best! I have been a client since 2004 when she was working out of a salon suite in Irving! I have followed her around DFW, TX because she's the only person I allow to touch my eyebrows. She's that good, and the quality is always the same each time I visit. I love her integrity, business model, speed and efficiency, personality and love she has for her clients (loyal and new). You won't find another Sunitha in the metroplex, I guarantee that. read more

I've been going here for 2 years doing henna tint and threading for my eyebrows. I finally did powder brows and I do NOT know why I waited so long. BREA!!!! She is the best! I had been coming here for eyebrow threading when she noticed my acne problem and said she could help me. She recommended the bio peel. She is their face specialist. I just had my best threading experience ever! I walked in and was greeted by "I think" the owner. I wanted a brow clean up and brow tint. There was a short wait, and then she led me to a chair. She cleaned up my brows with minimal pain. Then we discussed what I was looking for from a brow tint. After some discussion, I went with some brow powder for filling in my sparse area. This was such a better option for me. I am so pleased that she took the time to walk me through my options. I will be going back!! read more

Wow! I'm so happy I got my brows done by Sunita! After the Covid lockdown, my brows were a mess! I had gotten a powder fill 4 years prior and it was starting to turn purple. Yikes! Sunita was able to reshape my brow, color correct and do a new powder fill. Not an easy task when you have 2 different brow arches and are trying to make them look alike. I'm loving the results! I had researched for so long and saw her work on Instagram and on friends. Her work is flawless! Her studio is clean and the front desk lady was professional and friendly. I've added pictures of before, after the first powder fill and color correct, retouch and brows healed 3 months later. I have been to this location before, and have never had an issue getting my eyebrows threaded. They have always been kind, courteous and quick. This visit wasn't the same. I booked an appointment online for threading, henna brow tinting, and a lash lift. A different woman than the lady I booked with did my eyebrow threading while we were waiting for the other to finish up with another customer. She did do a great job on the threading! But - as I am laying there, she is talking me out of getting henna tint because she doesn't think it will look good. Because, I have a lot of eyebrow hairs, and a spot that doesn't like to be filled in. So she is telling me powdered brows would be a good option for me. I have no problem with an expert recommending services that may be a better option, they do know it best. But I haven't gotten any permanent brow or lash services done before, so I didn't want to commit to a full two years that it would last. I just wanted to try out with a semi-permanent option. But she did finally convince me powdered brows would be a better option, so I said ok lets do it! She tells me I have to book another appointment and put down a deposit for that, and it's $550 versus the $35 I was expecting. Frustrating to say the least. Also didn't get the lash lift I booked either because my lashes are "too short". I understand they wouldn't have been super curly, but naturally they go straight out. But again I did not want any sort of extensions due to the upkeep. I left feeling upset and disappointed with my time here. I am left to wonder if I would have received the services I wanted if the lady I booked my appointment with would have helped me instead. Unlikely to return. read more

Took my daughter and her friend for a first time lash lift...they both thought it was very natural looking and happy with the result. Only reason for 1 star off was that they both complained that the towel covering their eyes smelled "bad." Not sure what they were smelling but apparently it was offensive to them. read more

So impressed with the time she took to explain everything. Due to medication I'll be losing my eyebrows soon and she accounted for all of that. Her threading skills are amazing. Sunita is the ONLY person I trust with my eyebrows! Very good, very clean, good location, good prices. Very friendly. There is a small amount of pain with threading buttt it's so worth it and Sunita is so skilled it really doesn't even hurt. Updates I got my "powder brow" eyebrow by Sunita and wow oh wow do they look amazing. So natural and the shape is so lovely and natural, I get constant compliments. I had been doing a bit of research and decided to try a wax Brazilian. Waxing - Some ladies mentioned waxing did not get all of the hair, I had the same issue. Now, with saying that, it was in a place that can be easily removed with using a razor. If I were to guess, in my case, .02% of my hair remained. It was easy to shave it and go on about my day. I will mention that spot next time, so it will not be missed. Sugaring - It removes all of the hair. With sugaring, as Kim explained, you can go over the same spots, multiple times. Waxing, you can only go over the skin maybe one to three times, any more than that, can damage the skin. Overall, even with the tad bit of hair that's left behind, I'm still a happy customer. Kim was very personable, informative from the moment I met her, and was great to chat with during the process. The front desk receptionist, was wonderful. We chatted about my upcoming trip to NY, and she was able to share some of her NY favorites. Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Really left me with a nice shape and not too thin :). My brows naturally tend to start at not exactly the same height on my face, but she made them look very even. She told me she'd give me a "nice, even line," and I feel like that's what I got! The woman who did my brows was very nice and I had no wait for a walk-in. Takes cash or card. Overall very pleased and would come back if in the area.

I haven't written a review in forever but felt this was worth one. I had been contemplating microblading for over a year and was too nervous that the process would get messed up and I would have crazy eyebrows for who knows how long. For the past year I kept seeing raves, for both threading and microblading, for Sunita and finally pulled the trigger. All the moms in my community had so many wonderful things to say about her I wasn't even anxious the day I went in. She used a numbing cream and I must say, it worked; I think plain threading hurts more than the microblading did! Sunita and I talked the whole time so it seemed to go very quickly. And my brows look AH-MAY-ZING. I'm kicking myself for waiting so long. I will go back for a touch-up in a few weeks but I can only imagine them looking even better after that. I have nothing but loads of compliments for Sunita and if you're thinking about doing it, go in for your free consultation! I recommend her services a thousand times over. read more

Sunita is amazing. Even before I had work done, she made time to speak with me about her procedures and to see if it was the best thing for me. She even drew on the placement of where I would have eyebrows to help me see what I would look like...Once I saw the difference in my appearance I was sold. Her compassion and reassurance was appreciated because for over a year I was dealing with hairloss. For health reasons I had lost my eyebrows and other hair and I was feeling very depressed...she talked with me and made me feel I was going to be okay...and she was right. After having the procedure of microblading I felt so beautiful..they looked real and I was able to resume my public speaking job. Now I am a customer for life. She is amazing!! I tried threading for the first time the beginning of this year. Thankfully this was the first place I went to and I will never stray away from The Threading Studio! Not only is threading so much better than waxing (I never break out and I don't need to have it done as often) but the real hidden secret is this studio! Everyone there is so nice, helpful and they don't rush you out. I asked so many questions the first time I stopped by. They were patient, considerate of my concerns and really eased my worries. They take their time and I have never been disappointed! Highly recommended, I would give more stars if I could! read more

Sunita is a pro! I went in for microblading, and she spent a long time ensuring my brows were balanced and the perfect fit for my face. I love that she will respect your comfort level while gently suggesting a better arch or different shape. My brows are naturally super low on my brow bone, and she raised the arch. It was new to me, but I absolutely love it and will always do microblading in the future. I expect this to last at least 18 months. It's so wonderful. Saves me so much time every day, and I even look better when I wake up in the morning. If you are on the fence, DO IT! You will be so happy you went to Sunita! read more

I have been wanting to get my brows microbladed for a very long time. Just was very nervous to do so, since it is so permanent, and brows change like fashion does. Also seen and have heard of some pretty unfortunate scenarios. Now I regret not doing the procedure sooner. My experience was so wonderful. Sunita's expertise and bedside manner is by far fabulous. I even look younger and that is a plus for anyone. I live in Dallas and drove 40 minutes to get my brows done. It was worth every penny and the time. I highly recommend The Treading Studio to anyone. I'm new to threading. I've heard about it but never dared try it until my coworker recommended this place. And I'm so glad I gave it a try. I'll admit I was nervous because I didn't want to walk out with brows worse than I came with lol but Armuta was absolutely AMAZING!! The results are far more superior than waxing (you get a more defined brow). Does it hurt? Not really, no more than tweezing does. Whatever pain I had was totally worth it! The whole process took about 5 minutes. The price is very reasonable. Can't wait for my next experience! read more

I'm so glad I finally found the answer to perfect eyebrows! Sunitha and her team at The Threading Studio are just what I needed. 3D semi permanent brows look extremely natural and will last almost a year. I will make regular trips to the salon to keep them in shape. Sunitha's concern for hygiene and her methods are very professional. She listened to my fears of not having my brows too thick or too dark looking with my blond hair. I would highly recommend Sunitha and Jana to anyone that wants the perfect brows. The ladies at the salon are extremely polite and knowledgable about thier craft. They have all the constumers on file in an ipad for a quick payment. One of my eyebrows was shorter then the other due to a bad wax job and It was immediately noticed by the woman doing my brows and she made sure not to thread there so it could grow back. Now my brows are even and and in wonderful shape, I can't imagine going back to waxing after seeing the great results of threading. read more

If you are contemplating micro-blading, this is the place to come. Sunitha is the best. I was a bit nervous, but after meeting her and her consultation, there were no worries. I have no brows and trying to draw them each day was a challenge. Now I have brows and going out in public is not a problem. The change is incredible. I have been wanting to have my brows micro bladed for a while but didn't know who to go to. I found The Threading Studio on Instagram and watched for pictures of her work for a year before making up my mind that she is the one I needed to do this. I've been looking for a threading studio near my house for some time. I was running errands with a friend of mine and this was one of her stops so while I was with her, I had mine done too. They are polite, quick, & professional but a bit pricey in comparison to waxing. I am very impressed however and although they are not in my neighborhood, I will make the small trip to have their services performed again. read more

I don't want to say how pleased I am with The Threading Studio, because I worry it might end up taking me months and months to get in next time because they might get too busy. The ladies are always so kind and I never make an appointment but I always get in and out super quick even on the busiest days. Recently got my lashes permed and tinted there and they came out great. I have been going to Sunita for years, and her new place is beautiful and offers even more services. Today I visited Bree and she threaded and tinted my eyebrows as well as preforming my dermaplane. I have had multiple dermaplanes from other spas and hers was the most detailed! Loved my experience!! read more

Great threading studio! And, Sunita just gave me full brows again...microblading...unbelievable! Surpassed expectations.
