No. I have a prepaid package. Willing to tip $10-$11.00 for a decent (not amazing job), the smallest tip was over $18.00! When I said that was not my intended tip she said she had to call a manager to reverse it and I was in a hurry. I had a Groupon for a leg wax here. They are currently running a nice deal, I'm attaching a picture of the savings for those interested. They really are quite a deal. First of all, since purchasing this Groupon, I've tried to Book an appointment quite a few times but they haven't had any availability on the days that I don't work. I have a difficult schedule so this isn't that big of a deal but it was something worthy of noting because it happened a few times. They are busy despite having several locations! Earlier this week I called and spoke to someone, I booked an appointment for a few days out at noon. I was at work at the time so I jotted it down on a piece of paper. Today's the day of the appointment, I couldn't find my paper so I called to double check and confirm the time of my appointment. I'm so glad I did because whenever I called I spoke with a different girl and she told me that they had no record of me having made an appointment. I explained that I had called 2-3 days prior and had definitely made an appointment. It felt like she didn't believe that I really had made an appointment based upon a few of the comments that she made and the attitude she expressed. That made me feel a little weird because I wasn't too upset about the problem, I just wanted to reschedule and try to get into one of the locations today. I admit that her attitude was offputting for me. Eventually, we scheduled an appointment for 30 minutes earlier than my original scheduled appointment but not at the location that was closest to me. I had to drive 20 extra minutes (over an hour total) to get to the other location, luckily my other appointments today were scheduled later so I didn't have to rearrange my day despite being further away from where I needed to be. Again, not that big of a deal because I do understand that accidents happen. But the girl's attitude on the phone was frustrating because I was never apologized to or anything like that.. I was just questioned and spoken to in a way that assumed that the mistake was somehow due to an error on my part. Upon arriving, there were two girls working the front. Neither of them really acknowledged me and when they did, it was in a short manner. They took me back to the waxing table which is in a small room that seems to double as storage with cardboard boxes stacked against the wall. They had two girls working on my leg wax. I appreciated that because it helped me to get out of there even more quickly. My opinion of their service is that they were fast, thorough and kind while I was being waxed. However, when I went to redeem my Groupon and leave a tip, they kept trying to get me to buy a package from the promotion they were running. They asked me about it several times and when I declined for the final time, the girl literally crossed her arms and scowled for the rest of the time that I was at the front desk. Overall, the attitudes that I saw and experienced just left me really disappointed. Despite being pleased with my leg wax, the interactions were enough to keep me looking for another establishment to give my long term business. read more

Been going here for years to get my brows threaded, mostly cause it's the closest one to my house but I've also never had any major issues to where I needed to look for another place. It used to get really annoying when they would ask me if I wanted to purchase a package every single time I entered the door, but they have toned that down. There is usually never a wait and when there is the most I've waited is maybe 10 min. The girls are super nice and helpful. Maybe they should begin taking notes down on clients that are getting on going work done because I had some girls working on growing my eyebrows out to match my eyebrow line better and the girl today just threaded right through it because I told her I just needed a clean-up. I didn't have a problem with it because they looked great but just a suggestion. They also do have great package options so ask about those. read more

Two stars in the Yelp world means "Meh. I've experienced better." Truth be told, this was my first wax job, so I technically haven't experienced better, but I feel like I should have. It hurt like the dickens, but I kind of expected that one. What I didn't expect was to walk away sticky and with quite a few stray hairs left lingering. I've been coming to Arch Brows-Keller for a couple of years for both eyebrow waxing and laser hair removal. Over the years, I have been satisfied with my service. Pinky always did a good job, but she is not always at the Keller location. So, I started seeing whoever was available. Over the past six months though, the quality of the waxing has been inconsistent. Sometimes they do a good job, others times it is just okay. The techs never want to wax; when I ask for waxing they say, "you sure you don't want threading?" That always makes me feel a little annoyed because they are questioning what the customer has already stated they wanted. It's just bad customer service. I just went for my last time this week. I don't like that they talk to each other in another language while they are working on my face. It is just rude! I don't like that they try to get me to do threading because they don't like to wax. I don't like that they are always trying to sell a package when they don't seem interested in providing quality customer service in the first place. I don't like that the salon feels dirty and unwelcoming. I'm hopeful that when enough people complain, they will change the management and make this place a more welcoming, customer-service oriented business. That is the only way I would consider returning. read more

The service provider seem like she was I convienced the whole time. Bought a package online twice but did not process for some reason. I was offered the same package at the shop, they ran my card and I signed the receipt. However, according to their "system" it didn't go through and they told me to contact my bank and told me that I was not charged. I checked my statement two days later and I saw that I was indeed charged for the package but the shop claimed they did not see the transaction in their system or statement. The front desk informed me that he will talk to the owner and will give me a call within 24 hours. Which they did not, I went ahead and disputed the transaction with my bank and they ended up dealing with this mess because the people at the shop won't take my statement as proof. read more
