I got a full set acrylic with french tip. all my nails were uneven and the french tip wasn't with any polish it was with the acrylic powder which i've NEVER gotten it done that way. I kind of just let it roll until i looked at my nails and realized all of them were uneven and all the french tips were wonky. i pay for them i say thank you and walk away. A few days goes by and all my nails lift, then they start popping off. after a few days!! are you kidding i paid for a full set of acrylics and she charged me for having short nails... i thought you charged for the longer length not short. So unbelievably disappointed. I called as soon as my nails started coming off and she said she could redo them but at that point my nail beds were so damaged and brittle i didn't want to risk getting them drilled on again so i asked if i could just get a refund and she straight up said no you didn't come here. I was shocked because she did my nails?!? So i described everything that happened and then she said okay well i can't do that. I just got my nails done and they all came off. at the end of the day don't come here unless you want to blow your money on nails that won't even last 4 days.

I have ingrown toenails, and rather than have them surgically repaired (which can cause other problems), I get a pedicure every 4 weeks. My wife and I make appointments so we can walk right in. It's very convenience, and their customer service it outstanding.

I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time (a total of 40 minutes waiting). This only frustrated me because I booked ahead of time and had a doctor appointment and gave myself plenty of time based on my appointment time. The gentleman was friendly and did my nails. But I could tell no one checked my appointment request because he didn't know what I wanted. Which I can understand because things get busy. I'm very disappointed in the end result. I have provided pictures. The power is all over a few fingers, one nail is not straight and lots of build up around my cuticles. This was my first visit to this place and I could tell them had regulars. I might give them another try but the first service I received was below average and I'll be spending time at home cleaning it up.
