I first heard of Bree through a co-worker. I texted her and made my first appointment. I am a natural blonde with long thick but blonde lashes! I always just resort to strip lashes for going out but HAVE to wear mascara daily or I look like I have no lashes since the tips are all blonde. They touch my eyebrow line naturally when I have mascara on, so I decided to go with the volume lashes. I have had lash extensions one other time from a girlfriend who was just starting out. They were great, but very natural and not very thick. I am very particular with who I let touch my face, hair, etc. I also take care of anything I touch so I was very good with my after care. Once as I looked into her work, I knew she was going to be the one. Bree took her time to go through all of my lashes and gave me the most gorgeous set of volume lashes! I was obsessed!! I would wash my face morning and night but around my eyes. For my eyes, I would just gently wipe downward from eyebrow to lash with my finger tips. I then dry my face with a paper towel and gently press up on the lashes to remove excess water. Follow that with a good brushing of the lashes, a little eyebrow filler and I was good to go for the day! I LOVED how I could easily look like I did my full face of makeup, without doing so! I got a fill at 3 weeks, which I could have honestly waited till 4 or 5. Unfortunately due to time constraints on my end and other things, I could not get them filled again. I am now trying to fit in a lash lift and tint because I think it'll be perfect for me during summer! Needless to say, Bree is AMAZING at what she does. She set up the high-quality facial products, and made sure I was comfortable. The bed/table that she had me lay on was sturdy, but easy on the back. Bree was very nice when I first came to get my lashes done. However, immediately after the process was completed my eyelash extensions began to fall out. Bree had told me if the lashes were to fall out within the next 2 to 4 days, to contact her. I contacted her within one day and made it known that I was leaving on vacation, and made urgency a priority. Unable to get back in with her right away, I requested she refund me my money because I paid an ample amount for low quality eyelashes. Why pay $140 +&15?tip for eyelash extensions that come out the next day? I would have just used the normal glue ons if I knew this. After requesting my money back Bree went on to tell me that I wasn't able to get my money back and that it is stated in the contract I signed. Immediately after we had this conversation, I begin to receive texts from a strange number inquiring about where I got my lashes done, asking when I leave for vacation (no one else knew I was leaving for vacation). After thinking of every other possibility, I realized that this strange number was Bree! I find this very creepy. I will not be going back for services because I now fear for my safety. I am writing this review because I am upset with the service and would hope to prevent this terrible experience from happening to anyone else because I'm sure this is not the first time it has happened. Update: You're not being honest with our interaction. I have a darker pigmentation around my eyes, that you may have confused for make up .. but I didn't wear make up in any picture I've sent you or posted. The day of my lash application, I purchased an oil free make up remover to ensure the life span of my lashes. By the next day, I didn't even wear make up around my eyes for fear of more coming off... hopefully the truth is seen through the photos posted, and hopefully an experience like this begins and ends with me. You're however correct, I didn't come to my appointment after I continuously tried to work around my schedule to come back but you stated you were over booked. The appointment was only offered once I asked for a return. & a time and date was never scheduled. You booked it without replying to me or without me confirming the so-called appointment. & immediately after our conversation I received a strange text message that instantly made me not feel comfortable following up with you, so I followed my instinct not to.
