She has a loyal following so I would advise planning in advance, especially for a full set of lashes. Amazing Lash Studio in Southlake is the only place I have ever been to for lashes. I started getting lashes last October and went to the Southlake location. From the consultation to my first set and up until now, the staff have always been great. Maddie is my usual gal but I have had other master stylists and they are great as well. Before each service, Maddie always check to see if I want to change anything or make recommendations for adjustments, for example when I was traveling for over 2 weeks or attending an special event. The front desk staff are always friendly. Most recently Kyla helped me with check in and out. She was very pleasant and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out after the service . She also reminded to me book my next appointment. Sometimes it's the little things that counts. My stylist is Brianna. She does a great job, aways on time, and always has a smile. She takes the time to ask if I want any changes before she gets started and makes sure I am good when we are done. This studio is in a good location and easy parking compared to other locations I have previously been too. The only negative is the extra fees charged for the level of the stylist. The store is nice and the workers are friendly. Amanda, one of the owner was there today working the front. I also believe she and her sister (I may be misremembering) also owns the store in Los Colinas. It's a franchised business, so most of the Amazing Lash Studios have different owners. Today my lash person was a bit on the heavy handed side. I teared up several times from painful pulling of the lashes during the application. Also she kept resting her palm on the eye she wasn't working on. It was a bit uncomfortable pressure on my eyeball. She seemed knowledgable during the consult. But maybe the hands on clinical part is not for me. The rest of my day- at least 5 lashes fell off of my right eye. And it wasn't attached to my real lashes, so I know it wasn't just my natural lashes shedding. I didn't notice any from my left eye. Went to sleep and the next morning i found at least 5 more fell off my right eye. A couple from my left eye. So I figured this is not normal. So I called and Amanda was able to squeeze me in today to have it fixed. This time with another girl. She was gentler on my eyes. She did notice quite a few were already detaching from my left eye. So she went ahead and removed the loose ones and placed new ones on. Yay! So glad Amanda was very accommodating and was able to fit me in to get it fixed. About 2 weeks later. Most of my right eye lashes fell off. It seriously looks ridiculous. My left eye still looks half full and even. I could go another week if my right eye looked the same. I'm serious. It's like I have nothing on my right eye except at the very end a few is left and they're clumped together. I requested another person for my refill. But if this continues. No more! read more

I also bought their cleanser and mascara because I wanted to do things correctly. However, my eyes swelled up and I had to go to my eye doctor. I called and waited to see what I could do. No one called back so at my next visit I asked and they said they had no report of me calling. Long story but it ended up with them charging me $477 for lashes that didn't last 3 day (I went every week). When I called to cancel they wouldn't do it unless I was in person. I was so glad to find Amazing Lash Studio! After trying many salons in the Southlake/Keller area, this place is by FAR the best. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and people often think I have makeup on even when I'm not wearing any! The girls at the front desk are so polite and professional. They always make conversation and make me feel welcome when I come for my fills, but they are also keeping everyone safe by taking temperatures at the door. After my first visit with Carson, I signed up for the membership. Around $120/month which is credited for 2 fills fitting the every 2 weeks plan. Carson is a master stylist ($10 extra per visit) who really cares about getting the detail right every time. She's definitely worth it! She's a super friendly person who really pays attention to what I want and doesn't rush. Today I got a fill for my hybrid set and a lash bath (a new cleansing they offer before your service starts). I paid $40 plus tip to my stylist on what would've been around $90+ without the membership credit. Their plan is great for upkeep! So this place is the absolute worst (see pictures)!!! I had an appt on 12/21/2019 at 330 PM I arrived at 330 PM and there was nobody at the front desk. I stood and waited for a few minutes and then I sat down and waited a few more minutes when finally somebody came out from the back. She asked me if I had checked in I replied no that I was not aware of a self check in at this place. She eventually figured out why she was there and checked me in mind you by this time it is 340 PM. A few minutes later she started to say "your stylist is running behind, oh you checked in late and your stylist won't have time to see you!!" I quickly corrected her that I WAS NOT LATE she was not available to check me in!! She then proceeds to tell me that I won't be able to get my lashes done that there won't be enough time!! And she would need to reschedule me. With it being Christmas time very busy time of the year it's just not so easy to reschedule things I had made the appointment at the time I had made it because it fit into my schedule. But as what seems to be the norm with most businesses these days you need to accommodate them!! I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there wasn't one I asked to speak to somebody above her she said there wasn't anybody and then she said oh well I can send a message!! And to this day I've never heard from anybody on Monday, December 23 haven't heard a word from anybody!! To accommodate Amazing Lash Studio (very un amazing) I rescheduled my appointment for 530 on Sunday. I have included pictures of the extremely poor work they do!! Front desk staff is rude and could care less about the customers!! I'm going to try to find out where the corporate headquarters are and send them an email because this is ridiculous they should have a manager and that manager should be available to the customers and contact customers when requested. read more

My first visit was amazing! I got an amazing set done by Morgan and they looked wonderful! Very full and fluffy. Today I got a fill(done by someone else) and it was not good at all. The session was unusually short and my lashes look like a classic set when they are volume hybrids. They aren't nearly as full or fluffy as when I first got them done and I'm honestly disappointed especially because they charge an additional $25 on top of the membership fee for the volume. When I left, my lashes honestly didn't look TOO much different from when I came in for my appointment. Wish I had Morgan for my fill. read more

I got a full set last week and they looked great when I left the studio! I was so in love and getting so many compliments. My technician was gentle and nice and I enjoyed my appointment. BUT since then, I have been losing eyelashes left and right. It seems like every time I blink I lose an extension. It's as if the glue didn't hold. Today is exactly one week and one of my eyes is almost completely bare. I don't know if they use a cheap glue or what but I wouldn't s using this studio unless you want to go every week for a fill.... Update: I went back to amazing for a "correction" after my first set fell off. I was hopeful this would fix everything and was grateful for the customer service I was receiving. Unfortunately my lashes still didn't feel right after the correction. I went to a new salon and they told me half of my lashes were glued together. She couldn't believe how bad they looked (not to mention that is very bad for my natural lashes). She had to remove them all and start over. read more

The lashes don't stick. This is the second time its happened. Maybe its me but I know how to take care of them. I use to get them done all the time at a different location and no issue, granted this was a couple of years ago so I don't know if the quality of the lashes has gone down. I do not think its the tech she is sweet uses the whole hour and does a good job. They shouldn't be falling out the next day after a fill. I am not happy and am deciding to cancel. Its really pricey for it to not work. I will say on a positive note they are very clean everyone is very nice. I didn't feel pressure to get anything i didn't want. I had such a wonderful experience with Payton! I have super sensitive eyes and have had trouble with lashes in the past. Payton answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and secure during the patch test. After a successful patch test with the sensitive glue I scheduled a full set with Payton for 2 days later. Payton took me back 10 minutes before my appointment and was kind, understanding and gentle and very efficient while applying my lashes. Payton made sure I understood everything before taking me upfront to check out. Payton is amazing and does such an amazing job!
