I waited to write this review until I'd gone "full circle" with my new set. First off let me start by saying I have very short and broken lashes from using lash strips and waterproof mascara so I'm sure enhancing my lashes was not an easy task. I had a full volume set put on and one fill and so far I'm loving everything about them. The process is painless and comfortable. My full lash appointment was about 90 minutes (because my little damaged lashes could only hold so many extensions) and my fills were around 60 minutes (fuller looking than initial application because my lashes are starting to re-grow). I researched high and low before deciding to book with Emily. You can't just pick anybody to perform these kinds of things. Especially right on your face for the world to see. I absolutely love the online booking system. It's so convenient and you get reminders of your upcoming appointment. The location is convenient and her salon room is inviting and clean. I think I've found my new guilty pleasure!! read more

I would give her a fat ZERO if I could! Went to her a few weeks ago and she did my lashes and sold me some makeup. I made an appointment for today 12/30/17 to return. Because I'm in social work and help senior citizens in emergency situations I had to cancel 2 hours before. I sent an email to her at 1pm. She sent me a text after 3pm saying I missed my 3pm appointment. I immediate responded and told her what had happened and that I sent her the email (which she never checked). I told her I very much wanted to rescheduled as soon as possible but, she QUICKLY let me know that she had already charged my credit card for half of the appointment price. She then went into a rant about how she has to provide for her family (like the rest of us don't)....all of this from a person that talks about how CHRISTIAN SHE IS (Mormon to be exact). This is what gives religions a bad name Emily....people without a heart for anyone else but themselves. Pretty sure that's not the Christian way of doing things. While you were busy stealing my money and being very inflexible and very UN-Christian-like, I was out finding housing and medical care for a senior citizen who thrown out onto the street with nowhere to go and lots of medical conditions during this frigid day on the eve of NYE. You are not a nice person. She also doesn't allow you to leave honest reviews on her FB page. I just left one and it had to OK'ed by her first....LOL....so only the good ones make it through. Just got a 3 week fill with Emily! My lashes have never been so full. After talking with her we discussed me having to sacrifice some length in order to have it a little more dense like I wanted. Emily works fast and the results are awesome. You have to BOOK online with her or if you do call Jorgelux lashes you have to specifically ask for Emily or you will be scheduled with a different technician. It super simple to book online though and it also sends you a reminder a couple days before. read more

Emily does absolutely amazing work. This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions and I couldn't be more pleased. She ensured I was comfortable the entire time, so much so I even fell asleep! Everything in her work space is very calming and clean. She had an extremely gentle touch, and at no point did I ever feel tugging or anything uncomfortable. After the application, I was stunned at how lightweight the extensions were on my lashes, and immediately scheduled my next fill. Even now as they're growing out, I never feel them. I had a friend recently get extensions from another salon and kept complaining about how heavy they were and how they didn't last very long. I've had my extensions on for almost a week so far and I don't think I've lost a single lash. They still look like I just got them done.
