When updating my health history I revealed my cancer and was told i could not have ANY treatment until 6 months cancer free. All I wanted was a FACIAL! No lasers, no injections. It was a day for me to relax prior to my stressful procedure. Ridiculous. I get there may be some things you shouldnt do while undergoing cancer treatments but a facial is NOT one of them. I did call my oncology office to confirm the safety of this and was told it would be NO problem. So my advice to you is to avoid this place or LIE about your cancer history. Way to kick a person when they are already down Sedo!

Plus she charged me a 25 dollar late fee when I called and gave ample notice; and for an appointment that is in total less than 5 minutes and most of those minutes are spent taking your money; this lady has lost her f***ing mind. I'm in a similar industry; would never do that to my clients and guess what? I still have them. I never see anyone in there so that might explain a lot, and a lot of why she's so desperate for money. I was planning on returning for at least two more areas but I won't support this way of running business. I'm finishing up my treatments and I WILL NOT RETURN.

When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.

She was friendly, thorough and helpful. I had my 1st laser session scheduled the next day! I had to reschedule and the next appointment was available in 4 days, so there are appointment times readily available, you don't have to wait weeks or months. I'm just blown away by their level of customer service. So glad I chose Milan for my hair removal services.
