Sedo is full of stuck up people there, who are discriminating the clients based on origin and conditions! I am NOT talking about contraindication type reasons, I am talking about based on your personality and GOD given things who we are! I have been insulted and accused that based on their insecure personalities that way I talk it "sound that I am upset or angry" even I don't because of my tick accent I have and the way I talk they have a problems! I have one side ears issues currently so I don't really hear well and it's My CULTURE to talk lauder - I was accused that I am screening (Italians and Eastern Europeans gets that judgements often by those not educated well or judgmental like this place) even I was Not ! They came up with nonsense Accusations and do NOT ask any questions from them or if you are more educated about the Procedures as professional, because the Managment doesn't likes asked questions feel intimidated and do not know the answers! (Tammy one of them ). They do not give You the equal respect as a customer and judge you based on their limited narrow stuck up vIsion! Don't want to spend time with you, rushing you through your appointments and if the Managment represents that type of example! We are all equal Americans and should know better to respect the differences and treat with the Respect that is also refers the customer services and agreements with following through (I have been In customer service for 30 years!) They are not there to customize, or want you to know what they do to you instead all like shoe factory .. the laser I have completed before at other place had results and this one after 6 still NOT any better! I had my laser done 10 yrs ago by a doctor underarm with old technology and with better results, but I came here for bikini and with newer technology since but not much significant results! The Managment likes talking over you and do not want to hear what you got to a say and want the type of customers who do not know anything, clueless so they can do whatever and not being questioned! I have not seen such RUDE and disrespectful place like this one with Managment! I really buddy up to cover and keep it away from so no one would know what is happening there!he Botox lady she is very nice (otherwise it would of be only one star) she knows the etiquette what is the customer service all about and not being judging on origin or customer service because all of equal supposed to be! I am also professional and I know when someone blow smoke in my face! Some of things were not accurate with the staff (Managment I was promised and then given ). Then I got the call and one is hung up on me so it looks like that I have been called and she said what she wAnted to say but was not listen me as well back and was not giving me the same cutesy to discuss today nether introduced herself only said from Sedo was - no name nothing - on the other hand, the one prior Ronnie was calling me constant for days and pushy leaving msg -s and texts - that she wants to talk with me during business hours when I was busy with work and I texted her back that next few days I am busy and will get back with her in when I will be freed but not in 3 days ..so she kept going calling me ! So finally when I was able to call her during the day - she told me call on her cell so I did, she was telling it's her day off and insulted me made several comments how I talk and crazy accusations I told it her Perception and it's not mine, also how GOD made me I cannot help and how I talk lauder and she judging me on her psychological statement and assuming things I was NOT ANGRY but she wanted to find reasons ... that was Ronnie business manager! But now, Sedo made me upset with all the discriminating statements Ronnie did a good job on that which I mentioned above! She had no compassion even to willing to try to understand, or try to hear out! Hm... she said also they do not also Customize as I was told to the each individual customers' with individual needs,, so if you go with you get what you get and hopefully it will work out for you lol! Even if not need it or may not Accurate or appropriate! I was accused that I am screening (even if that is how I talk ;) ) - I was told by one of the manager it's a factory all matter NEXT,,, and MONEY, you are not a person instead just a bank account! Fake smiles on surface not customer service people! I have been 14 yrs in beauty business and educator on side for companies. I have NOT EVER SEEN SUCH A RUDE unprofessional judgmental snob place, stuck up people like they think above and full of discrimination place like this one! I have 30yrs customer service experience with traveling the world and working internationally! You guys need to travel more so you have the compassion to the people and understanding to different origins and don't make False statements and Customerservice etiquette for clients and customers with basic standards!
