I had Botox done here about two weeks ago, and unfortunately my experience was extremely concerning. This was apparently their last day of operation before the FDA shut this location down, something I was not informed about at the time. During my visit, they were aggressively pushing me to purchase a $750 package deal, which I'm very glad I declined. Not only did my Botox show absolutely no results, but I was never contacted afterward regarding what happened. I was not informed about the brand used, and no follow-up or accountability was provided. After I learned about the FDA closure, I reached out to them expressing concern since I had just received treatment there a few days prior. They never responded to my message. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency, safety, and proper communication especially when procedures are being performed right before a regulatory shutdown. I strongly urge others to be cautious. I am still expecting accountability and a proper response regarding what was injected and why there has been no follow-up or refund. read more

I've always had a great experience here. I also had about 80 units of banked botox that I guess I am never going to get now. I just add to the Botox club in December spending $1,000. I guess I am just out this since they have permanently closed since the FDA inspection. read more

I had mixed results. My first injection was from an aesthetician who left and the results were fantastic back in June 2025. Since then I came back and the second aesthetician results were bad. I had and bought a gift card package paid at the time of the second appt since the first was so great for $1000 for credit of $1250 using it towards a special $800 for 100 units of Botox as part of the Botox club. Now that they have closed I am out the $1k. They have not only violated FDA regulations but they have taken funds from customers like myself for future appointments have since closed and not offered refunds or reimbursements for balances that remain for unused services. read more

I came here for my first ever Botox treatment. I made it clear to the staff MULTIPLE times that I had never done this before and wanted the process explained to me. They didn't explain anything, proceeded to inject 40 units, and only went over aftercare with me. This should've been my first red flag. Fast forward about 1.5 weeks... My brows have been pushed down SO FAR that they almost touch the opening of my eye. As a result, eyes are SO puffy that EVERY SINGLE DAY someone asks me if I have been crying. It's mortifying. I cannot wear eye makeup, mascara, lashes, NOTHING. There's also a huge dimple on one side of my forehead anytime my brow attempts to move. I can't even fathom the reason for that, as it's not symmetrical. Whatever you do, PLEASE do not come here. That is, of course, unless you like the puffy eye, Neanderthal look. I tried contacting them multiple times since I received injections. You cannot contact this location directly. They will play phone tag with you, refuse to set up a call back time, and call to bother you at work. The problem was never resolved. Upon reflection, I'm glad they havent attempted to fix it. Amazing customer service. I can't say enough about Gigi who provided my fam and me with a variety of treatments. We got exosome, botox, and microneedling.  I was nervous, but Gigi did a great job of explaining the procedures, results to expect from the treatment, and answered all questions I had. I got 20 units on both sides of my jaw for my tmj and so did my mom. She got 50 additional units on various parts of her forehead. We can already see a difference! Microneedling was as painless as can be. Gigi numbed me up so I wouldn't feel the needles penetrating my skin, which by the way has made my pores smaller, skin tighter and brighter.  I felt the exosomes treatment a little more to help with my hair growth - there was no numbing there though. A small price to pay for beauty. My mom received exosome treatment via IV and she definitely felt the results within 12 hours, and it's still going. She has osteoarthritis and exosomes treatment helps her with her inflammation, and pain reduction. She also shared with me that she has more energy.  She slept real well after her treatment. Can't wait to see how she improves over the next few weeks. She also received a magnesium chloride and glutathione which further helps with inflammation. She got the works! Before going through with my visit I looked at some of the reviews on yelp and though maybe bad luck for two of the ladies. Not terrible experience but def seemed a bit sketch the way my injector handled some of the vials honestly. She held it in her hand closed so I wouldn't see what it was and then said it was to dissolve some old filler I had but but hid the vial def not a good feeling. read more
