From the moment I walked into LaserAway in Southlake, I felt incredibly welcomed. The front desk staff was so kind and attentive, they offered me a drink, made me feel at ease, and took the time to tell me about current sales (which I appreciated since I'm considering a HydroFacial package). I thought a lot about what I wanted this post to say because my experience was more disappointing than angry. And only after making another payment on an $800 balance for 1 treatment did I decided I needed to make sure other customers have been made aware. I bought a package for half leg and neck laser hair removal. The girl, Becca, that sold me my package was great! The manager Dylan was outstanding! The tech was the weak link & where it all went wrong. The legs were fine. The neck area was more the under chin 3x2 area. The tech would not do the patch I was only worried about saying it was my chin & they don't do chins/jawlines. I left there very disappointed and confused. Unfortunately I decided this was not a service I wanted to continue with, especially with a tech that didn't make it enjoyable. What I didn't realize was that one experience was $800 given that I bought the whole package for $2500-10 sessions! So buyer beware make sure the area you want is well talked about in an in person consultation & also what the policy is on the cancellation of a packed. Not sure I would recommend LaserAway Southlake to anyone else. read more

I took the day off to get my treatment done. And as soon as the driver dropped me off, Laseraway calls and says the staff today doesn't know how to do that procedure. Day off and ride fares wasted. No refund on this treatment. It's up to me to take off another day and reschedule. Laseraway does not care. read more

I just got Thermage done on my abdomen today, so I can't comment on the results yet, but will update on 3 -6 months. I can however comment on the customer service so far. I filled out an online inquiry, and was contacted immediately by phone for a consult. They were knowledgeable and I decided to go through with the treatment. They were even able to fit me in the next day- woohoo!! I was then contacted by a nurse practitioner, and she answered all of my questions, and I felt very comfortable. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted kindly by Gabriel, and the other lady at the front. He even gave me a tour of all of the treatment rooms. The nurse Alexis did my treatment, and she was so so sweet and kind. We chatted for over an hour. She made me feel comfortable throughout the "spiciness" of the procedure and she was extremely knowledgeable. Love that she is an RN, and all of their techs are RNs. When I left, they asked me how the procedure was, and if I wanted to book any more appointments. At this time, I am waiting to see how my results are, even though I know everyone's are different, but they had several other services that I would be interested in doing in the future. It is my 4th C&B treatment at Southlake location. To be honest I heard mixed feedbacks but Southlake location never disappoints. Today Natalie did my C&B treatment and I have to say she is the best! She helped me put on numbing cream before the treatment and put on mask and sunscreen after and was very helpful giving me aftercare tips. I started my journey at LaserAway for laser hair removal back in 2019. The manager in Southlake was the sweetest person and really cared that you got exactly what you needed each visit! I moved to Arizona for 3 years and my closest ones were in Phoenix or San Diego (both 2 hours away). I visited both, San Diego's location being stunning but hard to get into after opening back up after the shutdown. Moved back to Texas and went back to Southlake location only to remember how much I loved it! Everyone is so friendly, informative, and all around great at their jobs. On my most recent visit, Natalie was my Nurse and probably one of my favorites overall. She really listened and made sure I got the best treatment personalized to me. The location is also incredibly clean as well. Overall I'd highly recommend LaserAway as a company and the southlake location as your home spot! read more

I have been using laseraway almost 2 years. Today I had Taylor she was amazing! She was a joy to talk we discussed how we like doing things for others than ourselves. During my treatment she kept asking if I was ok or any irritation. She was simply the best and I really hope my next appointment I get her or someone like her. I have waited to post a review in hopes that laseraway would do the right thing. They have not so I have wanted to caution anyone from choosing their business for Botox. I went in for an appointment for Botox and shared my desire for a deep line to be the focus. The nurse doing the Botox assured me she could address it and said she would do one injection now and to come back a few hours later to do another one. The second injection was where it went wrong. She went too deep and punctured something. It cause my whole face to swell. It was awful and took months for the swelling to go down. Laseraway has some money that I had put down for future Botox injections that they are refusing to give back. I never did ask for them to cover the injections that went wrong. All I have asked is for the money that I put in a bank to be retuned. I will never go back there because of what happened and all I would like in return is my money they are holding to since I will not be returning for future services. read more

Love, love, love this location and their staff! I've been coming here since January of this year and have always been extremely happy with the service. Prior to starting the process, I met virtually with a nurse practitioner who reviewed my health history and discussed any possible side-effects. Every time I've come for my service, I've seen a registered nurse. Each person I've interacted with has been extremely professional. Additionally, it's super easy to schedule appointments. I've rarely had trouble getting in on a day or time slot that I prefer. They communicate appointment reminders by text, which you can respond to, so it makes the process really easy if you ever need to change anything. Bought the Groupon for the southlake location for IPL. Called to schedule the consultation only to learn they don't even have the equipment at this location. Ugh!!! I would have to travel to Ft Worth or Frisco- what!!! I wouldn't have purchased this in the first place had this been provided in the fine print. Very disappointed and I'm seeking a refund. ***Updating my review. I didn't get what I was originally coming in for and that is disappointing. However, they did end up getting the machine And the ladies are very nice and I did get a refund for the Groupon. Although, I ended up buying a bank of Botox instead so it ended up costing me more but I was in need of the fix. Anyhoo- I up'd the review to 4 because of the friendly staff. Went in today as I've been to LaserAway for the past year to get some laser tattoo removal on my arm done. Natalie was very pleasant, funny and welcoming on my visit today. Really took her time and was very detail oriented when it came to the entire treatment. Gabriel, as always was very nice, welcoming and helpful when it came to extending my procedure and acclimating more time to assure that everything is done to my liking. I have been getting laser hair removal for about 10 months now and results were mixed. Between sessions sometimes I would see a big difference but then other times would got two at a time to see something change. My nurses changed a lot but Lizzy was the last one I had and my last couple of sessions with her were fantastic and i saw a lot of improvement since she adjusted the setting to best fit my skin type and tone. I had to purchase an extension/touchdown package and was not happy about that since I was promised that, while everyone is different, I would love the results and 10 months in and I still feel like I need a lot more sessions. I gave them feedback that while I understand each body is different, i wasn't expecting to not be happy once my treatment was over and still have the need to pay extra. I would be aware that things can cost a lot more than they seem depending on how your treatment goes. Make sure to let them know how much progress you are seeing (which I did). Thankfully I have had corporate contact me about my experience and they seem to want to help me so we'll see what happens. Anyways, Lizzy and Linden were great at customer service and I hope to have a good resolution so I can think about coming back. read more

So far so good! I just had Coolsculpting done this past Monday, and since it takes about a month for results to really start showing, I can't comment on results just yet. I will say that I've had a great experience with the staff, and my appointment went very smoothly! I purchased a package over the phone with Amanda Devera who was absolutely lovely. I wound up purchasing a $2200 package that included four treatments since it was 25% off. I did a virtual consultation, and they said I needed like a medium size applicator. When I got to the office, the ladies told me that I needed a smaller applicator, which was more expensive. During this session, I used two applicators, which wound up costing $2000 alone. I asked them what would happen to my 25% discount, and they basically said I was SOL. Luckily, when I called Amanda back, she cleared it all up and ensured that I got my 25% discount. Initially I was like "wow, I just got scammed." But I'm glad I was able to easily resolve the issue. Despite the mix up, everyone was fantastic, the process was explained to me very clearly, and I'm eagerly awaiting my results! read more

This is my favorite location to receive my laser treatments because there's always less traffic and you can easily find parking. Plus, the front desk and nurses are friendly and thorough. Bethany at the front desk was helpful in checking me in and making sure I had my appointment scheduled on time. I've had 4 appointments done here and have had great experiences each time. All of the nurses, Deja, Kepal, Christa, and Jessica were professional, thorough, friendly, and made me feel at ease! I'm not sure why I waited so long to get laser hair removal but I'm so glad I finally did!! I've just completed my 5th treatment and I'm already seeing amazing results!!!! My hair is finer and takes a longer time to grow back. Some areas more than others. I have 3 more treatments for my body and 5 more for my face. I have PCOS and my facial hair has always been an issue. I know every case is different and I'll need touch ups here and there but I am still glad I made the decision to get full body laser hair removal! read more
