The building is extremely nice and new looking with lots of free parking right outside. It was extremely clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient. They have evening hours at the time of this review. They accept one Groupon per visit but there are some additional restrictions so definitely read the fine print before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs. If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. Front desk receptionist, Alex, was cold and unwelcoming. When I asked to explain something, she just repeated what she said the first time. She also checked me out. Still same demeanor. Waiting room area appears clean. Saw a nurse practitioner via telemedicine briefly to review medical history then a "Nurse Injector" administered the Dysport. Had bought 50 units prior to the visit but she said I needed 30 more units to cover crows feet area, Glabella and Forehead at $5.50 per unit so I paid a total of $314 with the 50 unit Groupon + additional units. The nurse applied Arnica over the injected areas to minimize bruising (a first for me and I appreciated it). Overall, Alex, in the front not personable or friendly. Nurse injector, Judy, not the most personable either but good skill and I appreciated the arnica and her marking the spots she would be injecting. I had gone to total Med solutions in southlake for the first time with my sisters in December of 2022. I had lip filler and Botox. I've been getting Botox and filler for the past ten years. My first visit, I got juvederm filler in my lips, and had to go back multiple times as my lips were asymmetrical. I recently went back to get more filler (which I paid for). I bought one Cc of juvederm. I asked Debbie to put a little in my left cheek and little in my right side of my upper lip since it was still asymmetrical. I clearly saw at least one quarter of filler left in the syringe, yet Debbie said she used it all and made me pay for the full string. When I had gone back to my touch ups after my first visit, Debbie had a basket of juvederm syringes that were either half used or had remaining filler in them which is what she used on my touch ups. I'm not sure what kind of business they are running here, but it's wrong. I've called and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my issue. read more

Went here today for my first of six B12 shots and had a good experience. The staff made me feel welcome and relaxed me. I was super nervous about getting shots done and the nurses made that fade away. Also, I felt confident in their recommendations as they had used the B12 shots as well. I love that I am able to return in four to seven days based on my schedule for the next shot. I did feel a little jolt of energy after the shot, but then after I did feel a little sleepy. I am hoping that after a few more shots I will get sustained energy. With the weather changes, my period, and getting sick I have been drained, so I am hoping that these shots will help overtime. I had such a negative experience here that I feel the need to share so that no one has to have this happen to them. With major hesitation, I purchased a Groupon for 50 Units of Dysport because of the positive reviews. (Which I did not need all units in my forehead where I requested most to be done) I requested some units to be put in another area of my face. Not only did I feel unheard and rushed during my appointment once I was with the injector, she immediately talked me out of the other area I wanted saying it's for a customer with a gummy smile. (I HAD A MASK ON) So I stated "well I have a gummy smile" and she quickly dismissed me like I never said anything. That or... she was rushing so much that she didn't even hear me. So she injected all 50 units in my forehead and right above my brows. (Which was WAY too much for me. I'm 36.) I left thinking well that was oddly fast compared to my normal injector and just chalked it up to them being swamped because of Groupons. Within 4 days... my eyes started to look really off. My brows were frozen, uneven, & my normal high arch was low and strait like a handle bar? Then day 5, my upper eyelid started to droop & sit on top of my lower eyelid. Keep in mind, I am a bridal makeup artist. I do my eye makeup daily and I couldn't get a brush in my crease because I had no crease! After doing a lot of research on "bad Botox" I realized something was very wrong. I called concerned asking for a follow up. Once I got there I was met by my injector and was told I was injected with too many units above my brow and it had froze them which was causing the heaviness on my eyelid. She explained there's nothing they can do and that it will go away in a few months. She also said "next time, if it's me or another injector... tell them you need less above your brow." I (thought) to myself... how incredibly dismissive of her. ...Next time? Another person? So you know you screwed up, right? I was TOO kind in that moment if you ask me because I wanted to cry right there but I took the high road and smiled and said okay! Like the last time, I felt rushed and I was in that back office for probably less than 4 minutes then sent out the front door. I felt rushed and unheard, yet again. At the expense of someone else's mistake. Just a simple.. sorry... nothing we can do? If I ran my business like that, I wouldn't have one. SO I made the crappy decision to call the call center and ask to speak to a supervisor of the Med Spas as a way to maybe provide a "coaching moment" for the injector. I was told a manager would call me on Friday. It's now Tuesday and I have had no calls, no voicemails, ZERO follow up. I understand mistakes happen but with the large amount of clientele this locations gets... this shouldn't happen by an *experienced injector. I'm extremely disappointed in my service and now I feel deeply insecure about my eyes as I work with the public in the beauty industry and I'm worried my lower lid will have permanent creases from the drooping. I will stick to my normal injector off of Camp Bowie and NEVER make the mistake to go the cheap route with a company that clearly see's no value in their Groupon clientele. I will highlight one positive thing and that was the woman that scheduled the appointments for me over me over the phone. I made sure to tell her that she was wonderful. She doesn't work directly at this location. I will post a before pic of my lid space and an after pic with me trying to make a mean face thats requested when your injected. I had taken medication prior to the appointment, and when it kicks in I get VERY chatty... I talked a few ears off, but they were so patient and kind. I got a vitamin B injection, and am doing it weekly for 6 weeks. The prices are very reasonable, and the entire facility was very clean and inviting. I signed in at 11am and after 20 minutes I asked another girl who was sitting there when I sat waiting how long she's been waiting and what time is your appointment. Horrible scheduling this location as only one technician. Why schedule multiple client appointments at the same time. Will not go to this location even if they run specials.
