Clearly, they had preexisting knowledge on their own paperwork. Today, when I saw the PA she immediately (on her own) thanked me for referring my friend. I told her that I refer everyone. She thanked me again. When I went to the from desk to check out I asked about my referral discount. The front desk person and the office manager both told they could not give it to me because whomever was working the from desk when my friend signed up did not list me as the referring person. I replied, you must be kidding. The doc knows I referred him You know I referred him because you have the paperwork for the referral. But because some from desk person did not enter it when he was here I do not get it? OK fine. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND GIVE REFERRAL CREDITS.
