One year ago today I emailed Megan for help. I was a couple months into working at a startup, where the hours are just as long (and the diets are just as unhealthy) as expected. In exchange for the fun and challenging startup world, I had given up my previous meal-planning habits in favor of the free pita chips and sour patch kids.
