The whole spa is wonderful! I started with a 30min consultation with Kendal to discuss my skin…read moregoals and the proper approach to getting there. Kendal has so much knowledge and got me in for a facial that day!!! She explained everything she was doing and I just felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. I also was so happy with the results of the hydrafacial platinum. About 4 weeks later as part of my regimen I got a chemical peel. I just finished peeling and I am SO happy!! The products Kendal recommended were perfect as well. They have a large selection of some g medical grade skin products. I feel so confident in my self care journey going forward and owe a lot of it to Kendal and Mara. Glad I chose this spa when I was shopping for sure!!!

I show up to my first consultation and after 10 minutes I asked them if there's any update on when I will be seen( mind you I drove 45 minutes to make it to this appointment and I took time off work) she says yes Mara will be with you shortly. Waited another 15 minutes (so in total now waited 25 minutes for a 30 min consult) . And she STILL doesn't show up. At that point I left. They texted me minutes after saying Mara was ready- lol. I'm so happy I got my lips done with laser away! I was a little scared because I didn't know who…read morewas injecting me at first but they are very professional. Karen, my injector, did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. She helped balance out the evenness in my lips and gave me exactly what I told her! I also love that I payed everything upfront before getting them done. At another med spa I had been to you pay after and are required to tip. Obviously I would tip, but with laser away its all up front which is great! The only thing that I feel like LaserAway could have is music while patients are getting their lips done/other procedures. I've been to another medspa before and they did that and I like it. I will be back!

I came in for a tattoo removal and filler consultation, was very clear about what I wanted, and was…read moreassured they could deliver exactly that. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

One a scale of one to 10 with 10 being excruciating , it was 2/3! The atmosphere is clean, posh, and minimalistic which I love! One star off because my appointment was at 12:45 but didn't start until 1. It was super quick and was out by 1:15! My laser tech/nurse was great, explained everything she was going to do, checked in with me as it was happening, and made small talk to make me feel comfortable. So much so that I requested her for next time. The parking is a little tough but I was pleasantly surprised when I was making my next appointment, the young lady at the desk texted me the address for the underground parking they offer! Loved that!! Oh an to my brown skin ladies if you are curious, We in HERE! I saw 3 other ladies during my visit at SEV getting services so that made me feel comfortable too! Look forward to going back! (I purchased through Groupon for A good deal and no hassle to buy any add ons or extras which I appreciate)

Love SEV but hate this location. I just moved to dallas happy to be closer to a SEV near me,…read moreunfortunately the service at the Frisco location is so much better that I will still be making that 40 min drive. I don't care too much about the customer service 'vibe' because... it's laser. BUT when I walked in there was no one at the desk, then after 5 min someone walked out and said 'you can check yourself in on the iPad' then left again. I had questions about my appointment because my account was acting weird and she told me she couldn't answer them she just does the laser?? This tech was SIGNIFICANTLY more painful than any other laser Appointment I've ever had. And she also didn't care that I was visibly flinching off the table, she didn't test the laser first and ask if it was too strong. I had to stop her and ask her to turn it down. Overall bad bedside manner. Then on the way out, they almost had me pay for someone else's procedure instead of mine ?? And she confirmed I had a package on my account TWICE before I started just to find out that in fact I did not. The Frisco team makes sure I'm overly comfortable and has never messed with my money, so I'll be there instead.
