Waited another 15 minutes (so in total now waited 25 minutes for a 30 min consult) . And she STILL doesn't show up. At that point I left. They texted me minutes after saying Mara was ready- lol. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

This tech was SIGNIFICANTLY more painful than any other laser Appointment I've ever had. And she also didn't care that I was visibly flinching off the table, she didn't test the laser first and ask if it was too strong. I had to stop her and ask her to turn it down. Overall bad bedside manner. Then on the way out, they almost had me pay for someone else's procedure instead of mine ?? And she confirmed I had a package on my account TWICE before I started just to find out that in fact I did not. The Frisco team makes sure I'm overly comfortable and has never messed with my money, so I'll be there instead.

After the very first appointment I didn't have any hair growth in the treated areas for over 5 weeks! Definitely worth the price to give razors a break. The office is pristine, and they are timely with appointments so if you're running late, you'll likely be rescheduled. I loved the woman who did my first appointment (Krysta!) but unfortunately I have been assigned to other technicians for each of my subsequent appointments. That's been the only downer, but everyone who has worked on me is competent. My laser experience has been great and my sis started getting services here also and raves about the hydra facials. Look no further for a one stop shop for all of your med spa needs! I am literally so obsessed with the staff at ZO Skin Centre! I have been in Dallas for years bouncing around to different medspas for services and finally found the spot that I can go to for all of the things because the girls are absolutely amazing and I fully trust them! I spent a ton of time researching micro blading and decided to go for it in January 2020 and hands down, having Amber micro blade my eyebrows has truly been the best investment I have made. She completely reshaped my eyebrows, giving me another boost of confidence. I went back for my annual touch up last week after a year and a half, and they still looked amazing. I continuously get compliments on my brows, and she is really the BEST in the game! I recently did a lot of research on coolsculpting and decided to pull the trigger to help get wedding ready, and get rid of stubborn fat that I've struggled to get off for years. I cannot say enough great things about Carley. Seriously the sweetest girl, and she made me SO comfortable throughout the whole process. She fully informed me on each step of the way, what to expect, and what I can do post treatment to maximize my results. I can't wait to go back and see her to go over my results! I'll be the first one to admit I'm not aging gracefully. I've been spending some quality time with the wonderful ladies at Zo. After years of having barely any eyebrows, I had my brows microbladded. I have to admit, it's exciting to look in a mirror and see eyebrows on my face! I had them done about 6 years ago and it was a horrible job. I researched Amber before having them done and all the reviews are . Amber is a true artist when it comes to microbladding. My mother had her eyebrows tattooed in 2003. Over the years they just looked worse and worse. They had faded into what looked like green ink. She had become very self conscious about them. I took her with me to my appointment because she was visiting. Amber went over then with her magic wand and now they look fabulous! She is thrilled, I am thrilled, we're all thrilled. I've also been seeing Gina for the Clear + Brilliant skin resurfacing and my face has never looked better. I have 58 years of sun damage she has removed in just two sessions. The results are stunning and I can't wait to see the final results. The best thing about Zo Skin Centre though is how much everyone there truly wants to help you feel better about yourself. It's been over a week now since I started using ZO skin products. I have oily skin and not only did I notice notice an improvement on my skin, but my husband and family as well. My face is glowing, skin has lightened and i get naturally rosy cheeks. My nose is still kind of oily, but it's only been a week and I haven't used the masque, but it has definitely improved. I'm also using bright alive, growth factor eye serum, growth factor serum, oil control pads and smart tone spf50 and let me tell you, my friends ended up getting products, too. I love how the oil control pads feel on my skin after putting it. It feels minty and refreshing. My skin also feels good after using exfoliating polish. What I didn't expect was how friendly, welcoming and accommodating Mia, Kyli and Amber were. Mia went above and beyond in providing the best customer experience. You can tell that they have a heart for serving and loving on people. They're all just beautiful inside out!! Mia's skin is goals!! I had a laser facial with sweet miss Carly and my skin is STILL glowing. I had a deep hormonal breakouts happening from a reaction to some bio identical hormones I was taking at the time that would NOT let up. I have very fair and clean skin so it was sticking out like a sore thumb (to me). It was so frustrating I was washing my face 3 times a day and it still looked awful. Carly not only made me feel confident in the skin I was in, but she helped me leave with an arsenal of new products that worked way better for my skin AND that post-facial glow! I told her what my goals were and she helped steer me in the right direction from her knowledge of the products and treatments. ZO is my one stop shop. I got microblading on my eyebrows done by the goddess, Amber Garton. She is hands down the best microblader in Dallas. I've been on the ZO Skin Health system for a over a month now thanks to their manager, Mia. She is extremely knowledgeable on the products that have truly changed my life. I've never once been comfortable leaving the house without layers of makeup- now I don't wear it at all. Courtney did my Botox and dermal fillers. He knows what works best for the individual and makes you feel great going into it. I just booked my first Hydra-facial with Kerry and I can't wait to see even bigger and better results. Lemme tell ya, I never leave reviews. Ever. But Terralynn is worth the time to leave five stars. Y'all are so lucky to have her at your space and she is sorely missed in CA! Terralynn is a fantastic injector and the only person I've trusted so far with my lips. She takes the time to listen to you, really assess the areas that could benefit from some assistance, talk through the pros and cons of different procedures and make you feel comfortable above all else. Terralyn is the best! I came in wanting poutier lips, some Botox for my forehead but not too much because I still wanted movement and to clear up my skin. I've had a hard time with lip injections in the past because of the shape of my lips but she did a phenomenal job! They look amazing and she did exactly what I wanted! If you're like me, I don't trust many people when it comes to my face. I am extremely particular, no groupons over here. I look for the highest quality products combined with very experienced aestheticians. Zo Skin Centre is the absolute best of both worlds. Cristy gives me an award winning facial every time. I struggle with hormonal acne and I have seen significant improvements in my skin. Also, the are very honest when it comes to results you should expect and do not recommend you pay $$ for anything they do not believe you will see great results from. This is my first time here and Nery made it a comfortable experience for me. She educated me more as I was skeptical on what to do for my under eye area and came here specifically after I did some research in the DFW area of who the best injectors are, and she definitely knocked it out of the park. She has years of experience and you can tell by how professional she was when she did my PRF/EZ Gel treatment. I have been struggling with melasma, a dark skin discoloration for years. It has caused me to be extremely insecure about my skin. Being a gym owner, I don't always have time to put make up on. I never feel pressured into purchasing something or uncomfortable with my services. I find my injectors have been conservative with their approach and always recommending very natural looking solutions for any concerns you may have. I love seeing Nikki and she's been my favorite. My only complaint would be, the Plano location closed down a while ago and it's a little bit of a drive to the Lakewood location. However, it's in a great spot in a lovely shopping plaza and easy to navigate to. The Lakewood location has flexible hours so you can fit in a quick session into your day!

When I told her I'm new so I wouldn't be in the system, she was so disinterested in helping me become a new customer. I said I see where I could book my appointment since I felt I was bothering her and she agreed. I guess they have all the customers they need.

I had an appointment with Gillian today and she was awesome. From the second I stepped in, it was a vibe. Super clean and very poshly decorated! First she talked with me about my skin concerns and overall routine. Then she gave me a breakdown of what she would be doing over the 1 hour facial. The time literally flew by and I was so relaxed by the end. My face is a little red (but we did do a fair amount of extractions and my skin is pretty sensitive to begin with!). Gillian even sent a follow up text for some skin care treatment recommendations over the next few days and sent me home with 2 samples to try out as well. I arrived less than 3 minutes late due to confusing directions and difficult parking (which I fully own, it's 100% my fault), and was told I'd need to rebook. That's completely fair. The issue wasn't the policy, it was how it was delivered. The employee at the front desk was dismissive, impatient, and openly irritated by basic questions about rebooking. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I had to pause and call out the tone, which is something I've never EVER had to do at a facial service (?). This ultimately drove me to cancel the facial and any rebooking altogether... Separately, the location itself is difficult to access (confusing routing, inconvenient parking, hard to find), which makes a welcoming in-store experience even more importantn I was so excited to try this service, but due to the lady in red who worked Saturday 4/25/26 at 5:48pm, I would stronglyyy recommend alternatives like SkinSpirit or It's A Secret Med Spa for a more professional experience.

They made scheduling an appointment incredibly easy, which was a great first impression. Before my appointment, they needed to push my time forward a bit, and as a thoughtful gesture for the change, they added a complimentary microcurrent service. I thought that was such a kind and unexpected way to take care of their clients. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, completed my paperwork, and was introduced to Lainey, who performed my Microdermabrasion facial. She was absolutely wonderful! Every step of the service was so relaxing and made all of my stress melt away. Lainey has such a gentle technique and took her time throughout the entire facial. I never once felt rushed, and she made the experience feel so personalized and calming. I left with my skin feeling incredibly smooth, refreshed, and so hydrated. Even my lips felt noticeably softer and more moisturized! It was exactly the self-care day I needed. I've already scheduled my next appointment, and I'm genuinely looking forward to going back. If you've been debating booking a facial like I was, I can't recommend FaceLogic enough! It was such a relaxing experience from start to finish, and I'm so happy I found them.

My appointment was not satisfactory at all. My technician did not go over pricing as she was adding…read moreup the amount of syringes she was going to use and it was never explained before it was done and then afterwards my card was charged $925 without me knowing anything. I have bruised lips and the Botox didn't do anything at all. No one needs to go to either location. Joanna was my technician who did not carefully and thoroughly go over with as she was in the appointment, like all places do. Absolutely horrible.
